Not the worst or best place to go went in to get checked out for my migraine took forever in a day literally to be seen by the doctor

The people and doctors at orange blossom are me and my family ,Super heroes, they have made it possible for us to have a longer , healthy and pain free life style

Yes the 1st visit is Long But Well Worth it !! The female dentist pulled my teeth a few years back and her assistant a young Man they made me comfortable in an uncomfortable situation I need to come back to get more work done and it’s almost free!!! W.e you do please dont get a tooth Extraction here! I got a extraction done days ago and still bleeding badlyDidnt kno if I was in a dentist office or A torture chamber. If I need another extraction I have no problem paying top dollar then going to this place for free!.

I am in complete and total disbelief at how incompetent this office location is. I went there with pneumonia at 10:30am to be seen and was sitting in the lobby until 4:30pm. I asked the nursing staff when I would be seen and at first they lost my paperwork and then later I learned that the nurse lied and wrote down that she called my name out 3 times when she didnt. I asked what they would do to fix it and after 6 hours of waiting they told me to go to the emergency room, as a doctor if my staff did anything like this I would make sure it was corrected immediately this is unacceptable

Dont even bother taking an appointment at this place , Ive been trying to make an appointment since November 2020 and every time they told me to call back next month because theyre not taking any new patients currently. Of course last month same thing happened and she told me they gonna start taking new patients March , i called today March 25th 2021 to schedule an appointment and again same story call back in April such waist of time i am calling my insurance and let them know that i need to change this primary care dentist

These folks have been professional and very helpful to me. One must realize that they handle an array of different clients, some of whom have various economic and/or environmental challenges. I feel that the staff is very caring and professional regardless of some unique challenges they encounter. Their response to the Covid epidemic is thorough and professional. Thanks to you all!

Good to have an appointment first for doctors. Mainly nurse practitioner though. Get appointment with doctor in triage.

Thiss is a busy clinic and staff are very professional. They try their best to accommodate your needs. I had Dornie go above and beyond in accommodating the necessary steps for me to be physically stable having an autoimmune and insurance complication. They made it ask complicated and she took a weight off my shoulder. Bay the nurse is amazing also he is very patient and verbalize himself very well. Norma Hernandez the PCP does make sure Im taken care of to the best of her ability and responds to me to get earliest convenience. I realize addicts, homeless and diverse people come with different types of attitudes and can be hard to work with yet, they maintain their professionalism and dont deny anyone unless theres nothing they can do. In the end the people complaint ate just verbalizing their own reflection cause I havent had a problem.

Went for a filling and the filling was damaged within 4 days and I didn’t eat anything to hard for it fall out I wouldn’t recommend this place to a dog let alone a human. #SuckYuhMuddaskuntOBFH

I was in extreme pain while the doctor and the nurse were laughing at my teeth right next to me in Spanish , I was born in Puerto Rico and I understand Spanish , at the end she did nothing and prescribed Advil and told me to get an appointment with a surgeon which takes 2 months so in two months I have survive on Advil even tho I told her I had severe ulcer

Consistently disorganized, inefficient, and lacking any customer service skills. Waits to see a doctor are several months, then theyll cancel it and reschedule you for another month out. Special shout out to the director who didnt take covid precautions until late April (because they werent mandatory), and to whomever put together the hot mess in front they call check-in. Unfortunately healthcare for the uninsured is vastly underfunded, but being treated like a nuisance is specifically an issue at this facility.

It took me nearly an hour to speak to anyone, And still got no answer!!!!!! So I made a mistake pressing the option for voice message, And low and behold it said “voicemail is full” so I went back to wait for even 5 more people. How can it take an hour to answer just 5 people?!!! That’s 20 mins per person!!! Are they evaluating and treating each person over the phone?!!!!!

The Clinic located in the Orlando area has a much better staff and attentive Doctors. My experience with multiple Doctors in Kissimmee was a nightmare!!! ... As far as the prescription medication provided by Orange Blossom Health, HORRIBLE!!!! ... Instead I always have my Doctor order and send my prescriptions to Publix. My health has GREATLY IMPROVED Due to The QUALITY and HIGHER POTENCY of my medication which comes Publix and not The HORRIBLE Brand of medication from OBH.

This place is terrible service they never answer my calls for my mother i waisted 50 dollars and my time to this place they never gave me my mothers results i have been calling since octuber and when i callnfor so long they answer and they just hang up if i could GIVE THIS PLACE A ZERO I WOULD.

Only reason im giving one star is because i couldnt give 0! After 2 hours of sitting in a room with no instruction or time frame i walked out. I could of dealt with that, but the nursing staff was talking about movies, tv shows, and bad mouthing patients and gossiping about other patients. I could hear it all through the door meanwhile while they are too busy talking to one another, no work was getting done. The only nice people there were the people at the door taking covid temperatures. Im reporting this place to my insurance and every single other place that will listen. Patient confidentiality is important and this place practiced none of it. I had an appointment at 9 i left at 1030 after being seated in a room and not talked to again. Will be reporting.

I had a very bad experience. I went twice (hoping the second time would be better, but it was even worse)Tooth crown was not done the right way, and the tooth was hurting for over 2 months after. My temporary crown cracked, and I couldnt get hold of anybody on the phone for several days (they do not return phone calls). If you know how excruciating the pain is if the crown is open and anything touches that nerve, you would understand how critical it is to repair the crown. It took me 3 days to get hold of someone to schedule an appointment with them to repair the crown they put. (while living on pain medications)I went one time for cleaning - the staff was very distracted. Instead of focusing on the patient, they just keep on talking to each other. Other people walk in all the time and distract the person who is trying to do something, then continue working on my teeth, as trying to explain and answer irrelevant questions that other people are asking.Very unprofessional staff and I felt like nobody was focused on me, as a patient. Everybody just walks around and talks about other things.I also had to wait over an hour after my scheduled time before being seen, then the machine starting leaking, and they were trying to fix. Then they had to switch the assistant, as the 1st assistant had to go somewhere. So from start to finish - everything was unprofessionally done!

The dental staff here is amazing. Everyone is friendly and outgoing. It might be hard to get into for the first time but its worth it. Ive had major dental work done here and have not once felt pain. They are so good that my kids now go there. Love their policy of people not wearing colognes or perfumes do to staff allergies as I have this same allergy problem.

All I want to say to everyone out there is DONT JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER. The medical staff was and still is very kind, caring, and professional. They dont judge you by your race, color, religion, or financial situation. Nobody its turn down or send away. The place is very clean and well kept.Im so grateful and thankful to them!!!!

I have had two visits to this establishment and yes, it is crowded and oftentimes you have to wait, but compared what you have to pay for other dentists, it is well worth the wait. So your choice. Pay the upscale dental offices charging you $1000 for a crown or deep cleanings which will put you into debt, or wait an hour. The girls at the reception desk have a huge overwhelming job and they do the best the can. More important, when you finally get through to the dentist chair, the care and treatment are some of the best I have had and I have had a lot of dental work over the years. So go here with confidence, be polite and be prepared to wait and you will come out debt free and painless.

Wow im shock at all the bad reviews a friend told me about this place how they do sliding scale and how she had to see a specialist but they didnt charge her at all but after all these bad reviews i think i try somewhere else

This is the worst office. I was on hold for 2 hours yesterday trying to get an appointment for mom . Her teeth needs adjusting they don’t fit properly. I was on hold an hour & 15 minutes this morning & I called at 8 when they opened. There was 2 calls ahead of me for that long. I’m seriously thinking of calling Channel 9 to investigate this phone service. This is ridiculous my mom is 82 & shouldn’t have to go 2 hours early for an adjustment. No matter what time I call it takes hours on hold & I have to hang up because I can’t wait any longer.

If you have options dont go here staff is great but over worked and Im sure underpaid whomever runs this needs to make drastic improvements for all God Bless stay safe Have a wonderful blessed day 🤬

I was patient of this clinic. I I was treated by a doctor from Spain. I think that his last name is Dr. Turner . I told him in the clinic that I could not resist the pain of one finger, because I had many masses on my finger, the pain was irresistible and this doctor told me that it was nothing that could live like that, he told me to ignored the pain . I went to another doctor for a second opinion and they removed 9 tumors from my finger and when the new doctor asked me why i did not had surgery before, I told him the truth. Doctor Turner did not have the ability to send me for exams and because of him I could have lost my finger. Thanks God i have a good doctor now. I was a patient several years in this clinic and I suffered from a chronic Rheumatoid Arthritis and they never found it and i was a patient for 6 years . I was also once prescribed medication for diabetes when I am not a diabetes patient until today. Never have diabetes . Thank God Im fine and I share this because there are many people who are at risk by doctors and we need to be careful .Not everyone who is a doctor is concerned about the health of others.

I called to make an appointment. And was on the phone for over 2 hours. On top of that the appointments are months ahead. I need a root canal urgent and they have absolutely nothing available.

The staff really sucks they dont care about you. They tell you to be there at one time then the same lady that help me in my appointment told me no I did not help you. And I waited so long for my fasting testing. Worst place ever really if you have the money to go somewhere else please do you will be doing yourself a favor, but because I dont have the money to go anywhere else in stuck there. Its just the front staff the doctor there are amazing and very helpful, but the front staff suckssss so much.

This place is impossible to reach, too long of a hold time to stay on hold. They dont respond to emails, if you opt to leave a voice mail because the wait is too long, the voice mail is full.

I hate to talk negative but How do you set up an appointment for a patient make the patient and not eat Or drink because her blood work make the patient drive 40 minutes away from his house when the patient gets there on his appointment day have an outside line To verify your appointment and check your temperature Go inside for another long line I need to get greeted by a rude receptionist ask me if I have insurance and of course I said yes quickly with a smile she says I have to cancel your appointment we don’t take this insurance I told the receptionist can I pay cash receptionist that now gave me a piece of paper and see if you want to continue with us to inquire about these other insurance companies they take Long story short they don’t care about you

Everytime I need the records department to send my records to my attorney or any other place, the records department is not capable of performing such a simple task. My attorney had to ask the judge for a court order for my records. Thats the only way to get things done with them👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎I must admit something. Its July 19, 2019, I had problems with dental and I spoke with Sandra, she completely helped me like you wouldnt believe. Im very grateful for her help. This clinic has been like a horror movie for me. Let me explain they took blood from me now they telling me that they can not find the paperwork for that. After that i seen the doctor for headaches they prescribed medicine for it but when i walked around the corner and looked it was not even my medicine in the bag. I had to go back and the other person was still there so we took it upon ourselves to stand up let them know what is going on. This so called clinic need get their concentration and performance in order you dont play games with peoples lives. I havent had a good experience anytime i go there thats why i stopped. All i want from them is all my information that they have for me on file and everyone that was involved in my visits.

If it werent for these good people its very possible that I wouldve died. Their only shortcoming is they lack the resources to expand services so that the wait times are shorter. if it were within my power I would grant them all the funds they need. Not only are they saving lives they are saving taxpayers money by keeping people out of the emergency rooms! If you need help they will help you. If you have money please make a gift to them.Thank you for taking the time to read this.

These people do a dam good job and if not for them the less fortunate would die. Truly good people and if you dont have insurance they take care of you I think they charged me 16$ with visit and meds which they have a pharmacy to. There is a lot of rough looking people there because thats the only office that will take uninsured people. if that scares you well il pray for you but with no appointment you might be waiting an hour but make sure you show up early. Its helped a lot of people and continues to do so

I Called and asked questions over the phone about dental care and I spokento a very nice lady that answered my questions above excellent with a positive attitude.

Very unprofessional. Took my friend there who was a new patient and one of the desk girl told her to only fill the front page. She gave the paper and the other lady said she had to fill everything. My friend took her time to fill the papers just to be told that she needs to go to the ER and that she only needed to fill the front page and not everything. They both laughed at her looking at her like she is crazy. That’s not right at all. You are supposed to welcome people and not make them feel unwelcome. Never going back there.

Your pharmacy is very unorganized. Went to pick up my meds and they said I picked it up already. Was telling me one of my meds is not ready for which I was not prescribed. One man almost walked out with the wrong dose of his med when he caught it. Very negligent and careless practices. Will be taking my business to a different pharmacy.It makes me think those pills in my bottle might not even be the right ones. Its a shame please do something you are potentially endangering peoples lives.

Awful Experience, took my husband since he is seriously injured since last yr. No compassion for the ill. First and last dont expect to come back here. I was told he would not have to pay as we have no income and they refused to see him if he didnt pay something. This is a shame how they operate. Peoples Tax Money Being Wasted Here...

Just spent about 5 days volunteering at Neptune Elementary with the dental bus. We are expected to be there at 8am & leave at 3. The first day the dental bus shows up late & under equipped. 2nd day they were late & unprepared with the paperwork. 3rd they were late & slower than constipated snails. 4th the same. 5th late. When I say late I dont mean minutes. Around 2 hours late. All the kids there love the experience. The only tears I had was today, when I had to tell a class who were waiting since the beginning, who finally got to the bus, that they wouldnt be seen. 15 kids heartbroken. I had to walk them back to class & explain that they had to wait til next time. Thank you for shattering my kids & making my first volunteer event an embarrassment. Heres a little tip. If you know you have an out of office event, get everything ready before closing time. That includes paperwork, enough tools to service the groups you doing, & most of all dont be late. Its common sense people. Youve had 5 days to get it right.

This health clinic is run by money-grubbing crooks and thieves who would milk your last penny from you if they could. And the way the staff treats patients here is just awful.

Everything was great until yesterday. Dentist Nerissa Aquino did a great job of making me feel comfortable and completing the task. However, she had a clumsy assistant. The assistant forgot to suction the water out of my mouth a few times. So I felt like I was forced to swallow the water otherwise I would have choked on it. She accidentally dropped the hose on my face. After the task was complete and the dentist left the cubicle, the clumsy assistant then accidentally poke herself on a tool that was used in my mouth. About 7 different assistants and a male dentist surrounded the cubicle. They profiled me, gaving me the nastiest looks as if I did something wrong by coming there to get a filling.Heres when my visit went downhill. I felt abused. I was a bit light headed from the procedure. However, I guess no one cared that my face was numb and drilled in. They rushed me out of my chair and made me do blood work. I wasnt in my right mind do to my lighthead. One of the assistant walked me over to the medical area and left me there. Yes just left me there. I never received my prevedent prescription or a note to make my next appointment. It was the most unprofessional selfish, disgusting, unethical experiences that I have ever had in my life. They didnt care about me. They just wanted my darn blood. It is not my fault that the assistant was clumsy. She shouldnt be in that field of work. Now that Im in my right mind, i would have NEVER gave them my blood. She can get herself tested due to her clumsy actions. My dentist appoint was left incomplete. What a waste of a day in that place. It was a total nightmare. If there was a 0 star option, I would have chosen it.

Get there early like 7am and doors open at 7:30pm. Very crowded in the morning. A registration employee was very overwhelmed and start yelling at the patients very rudely. So I left not the kind of services I want.

Nightmare to get them to referral for a free MRI Im my case I had a shoulder injury ,I have no comments about the Doctors or staff but what destroy everything is the administration especially a Manager name Shannel who will let you wait forever to help you in a referral,please fire her!!!!

Bad service, I had to take my mother to an appointment that was scheduled for 10:20 we arrived an hour before can not walk and we were waiting two hours for the nurse to call her and lets not talk about the doctor another hour to attend. And to leave they also take a long time and do not take good care of their patients. I only received good service from the secretaries. Finally five and a half hours with an appointment that was scheduled. Please improve the service because I was not the only one who was complaining.

It seems to me that it has very good attention. Only in the pharmacy area when I was the last there was no one who will speak Spanish.

They kept my 35 dollars and they do not want to take my tooth out and it hurts until today because I have high blood pressure and because of this they did not want to get my tooth out they did not give me the money back they must take pressure before they charge I think under recourse and should not take advantage of others like this please stay with someone elses money.
