First I’ll speak on the salon itself. It is very clean, welcoming and the whole staff is very professional and nice! Second I’ll speak on my stylist, Ashlee. I’ve been going to Ashlee for awhile now and I will not let anyone else touch my hair from now on other than her. From the beginning shes been very professional and there has been ZERO surprises with her which I believe is key with hair color. She’s been very upfront with me since day 1 on my hair journey to get as light as I wanted while still maintaining the health of hair. I’ve been to many stylists in Florida that I’ve brought pictures in to give them an idea of what I’m looking for and in result they sold me a dream and I always left very brassy and yellow and not the icy and ashy tones I wanted. I never have anxiety going to the hair salon anymore and I have Ashlee to thank for that!

I went in for a hair color/ highlights for my upcoming wedding. I brought in a picture of the color I wanted. The picture I brought in was a picture of me and the color I normally have it done.( Which is a Is copper red) I showed the pictures to Ashley who did my hair , and she showed it to her coworker who gave her some tips on what color she should use. As Im watching it dawned on me my color up top was a brown color, I asked her if it was Brown as she stated no. About 3 and a 1/2 hours later they wash my hair and dry it and long story short it was nothing compared to the color I showed them. I explained to her It was not the color I was looking for. Ashley stated oh I will put it in my notes and well try it again different next time . My dilemma is i dont have a next time Im getting married Friday i spent over $300 on something i really dont think was worth it and Im not happy with. I told the nice young lady up front the same exact thing and they did nothing about it. Im a little disappointed. ( the picture I brought with me which is me at salon with the lighter Cooper color and the one that they did is standing outside their Salon with some Dark red color in front of a yellow brick wall.)

I called with a slight emergency to fix my daughters hair, as a home hair dye project went terribly wrong. They were able to squeeze us in the next day, and We got the pleasure of having Juliette do my daughters hair. She was amazing! She was extremely knowledgeable, and insanely friendly! My daughter adored her, and she made my daughters hair look amazing. Like I seriously cant thank her enough! She even waxed her eyebrows, and cut my hair during the whole process as well. I cant recommended her enough, and I know shes the one Ill be seeing from now on every time I want anything done with our hair. I highly recommend this place. Everybody there, including the receptionist was so sweet and friendly.  It was almost an hour drive from us, but they make it certainly worth it! ❤️

I decided to get a touch up color and highlights done. As a first time customer, and out of town visitor, Josh, blew my expectations out of the water! Not only did he take his time to ask what would make me happy, we discussed clear expectations, and cost up front. He stayed past his shift to ensure the end outcome was exactly what I wanted. He even gave me the haircut I always wanted, but no one could ever get it right. The end outcome was fabulous!!! I felt like I was working with a skilled artist. I felt so welcomed by the entire team at the salon. Later in the week, both of my daughters had their haircut done. Juliette was so personable. The haircut was amazing! This is my go to salon in Florida. Josh is the stylist I trust to do what’s best for my hair.

I am extremely happy with the service that I received at The Cut & Color Room. From the moment I walked in, I was glad that I chose to get my hair cut here. The receptionist was very polite, efficient, and even though I was a little early for my appointment, she was able to get my services started almost immediately after I got there. The salon was very clean with great ambience, and my stylist Rebecca was incredible. I have medium length, thin, curly hair and I wanted to get a short pixie cut because of going into military Basic Training in three weeks. I showed Rebecca some pictures of what I was thinking and she gave me some suggestions based on what she could tell would look best with my hair type and facial structure. Throughout the appointment she was so friendly, asked me questions about my life, she would ask my thoughts on how the cut was looking (and if I was okay since it was such a drastic haircut…), and she made sure that I was comfortable the entire time. I highly recommend this salon, and especially Rebecca because it was the perfect experience for what I needed (and even what I didn’t know I needed!). Five stars.

I used to come in here in 2012 and then I moved away to the Rockies for 6 years. When I returned to Florida I could only trust them to take care of my hair. That means how much of a credibility that they give it to you for me to come back after all these years. Highly recommend this place!

Leo is AMAZING!!!! I came here to get a full highlight and trim after letting my roots grow out for WAY too long, and he did a perfect job. I showed him a picture to give him an idea of what I wanted my hair to look somewhat like, and he absolutely nailed it! I was not expecting my hair to come out as awesome as it did, as my roots were dark. He was able to get my hair to exactly what I wanted, while still leaving my hair feeling healthy and full. Leo is so down to earth and honestly one of the best hair stylists/colorists I’ve ever had. He does a stellar job and REALLY puts in a lot of effort to make your hair look amazing. I highly recommend this place as the staff are all really friendly and do a great job!!

The Cut & Color Room was recommended to me by a number of colleagues after I had relocated to the Orlando area and was seeking a new establishment to frequent. I gave Cut & Color Room a chance and I am glad I did! Lets review all aspects of the experience: 1) scheduling an appointment is easy and they are flexible, which is greatly appreciated as I have a hectic schedule. 2) The salon itself is very nicely maintained, professional feeling without being cold. 3) The people! I go to Theodore, who is a great guy. Very professional, listens to what I like or what I think worked/didnt work last haircut and modifies accordingly. I absolutely recommend this place if you are looking for a new salon or to switch it up and find a new experience. Also, for a standard guys haircut, the pricing is competitive with most other places Ive gone the last few years ($25+ tip). If that seems a little steep to you, know you are getting value in spending a little more for a consistent experience.

In depth color consultation, friendly staff, they seem genuinely excited to see your hair turn out beautifully. My stylist even went back over the color when I wanted more vibrance and didnt try to convince me to get an easier color (reds and coppers are quite tricky to get right).

Every time I go in for an appointment, everyone is so friendly and welcoming there. They offer you a beverage while youre there. They have top of the line product brands that they use and sell. They cater to your wants and needs for your cut and style, to make sure you are completely satisfied with your hair. they are also really good about getting you in with your stylist if you have to re-schedule an appointment. everyone always compliments me on my hair when I get it done and asks me where I go. I always say go see Holly or any of the other great stylists at the Cut & Color Room!

The staff are very friendly and do a great job of getting you the style you need. It is best to make an appointment if you can. You will pay more here than your quick haircut place (Great Clips, etc) but you get what you pay for. The attention to detail from the staff is great. Over the years my stylist has learned what works best for me and does a great job making sure I am happy with the results.

Love this place. Scott and Matthew have never disappointed. Inexpensive quality hair dying and cut jobs complete with blowouts. Good quality hair dyes are used. Wine is available or water if you prefer.

Holly has been great & very supportive trying to fix a disaster done by Autumn Nucci. 80% of my hair has had to be cut off in stages due to Autumn Nucci damaging it to the point of no return. Holly has been great trying to keep a now very short hair cut feminine & not to damage it further. Holly understands the devastation of losing a full head of hair and tries to do everything possible with her stylist skills and emotional support she provides to help get me through this disaster. She’s also honest which I did not get from the Autumn Nucci stylist (who promised numerous times she wouldn’t damage my hair). Thank you Holly for going above & beyond!

My first time in a proper salon environment, instead of the usual cheap and quick places like Super Cuts or Great Clips. I was weary about simply walking in, in hopes of being seen soon without an appt. To my surprise they were able to squeeze me in. The receptionist was kind, patient and helpful. While I waited to be seen, several ppl offered me something to drink, it was very very pleasant and welcoming. Beca helped me with my hair and suggested a cut and style that I found to be just right. Everyone is friendly and the environment is comforting. I cant speak to the pricing, as I said before this was my first time in a salon, but I dont think it was super expensive.. especially given the amenities and the shampooing etc.As I paid for my cut and style, and purchased some product, I definitely set an appt for a future cut again.

Ive gone here for the last 5-6 years and Ive never had an experience that was less than outstanding. I have my hair cut about once a month by Jeremy and over the years, weve built a relationship. He knows me, know what works for me and what doesnt, what I like and what I dont like. Every employee, including the owner, is very professional, welcoming and when youre there, it isnt just a haircut, its an experience. You can tell that the work ethic of the salon is very team oriented. For me, I almost get more excited to see all the staff Ive grown to know than my actual cut! Although my loyalty lies with Jeremy, I would trust any stylist (particularly Scott, Matthew and Holly because Ive known them the longest), to cut my hair. While your stylist will be aware of efficiency,, youre never rushed and the attention to detail runs high, ensuring you dont leave dissatisfied. Hair products that work best with your hair or your style are always explained and recommended but youre never pressured to buy - Although, the hair products available there are top-of-the-line and will do wonders for your hair. The cost of a mens cut is probably more than what youll pay at a Hair Cuttery or Great Clips but you get what you pay for and its well worth it; especially since your hair is washed and styled.. Additionally, I love the reminder emails and/or phone calls/text messages received prior to the appointment (I tend to forget things). BONUS: Theres complimentary wine if youd like.

I used to love coming here. But they werent helpful AT ALL when my hair turned out ORANGE after getting it colored by them! Just be extremely weary of your stylist! You have to be OVER communicative and explicit with what you want!

If I could give it a 10 I would. Have been with owner for over 15 years even before this salon, and know he aims to please. Same for Matt, Jeremy and others - friendly, helpful - just nice people! my thinning hair only looks healthy because Scott takes care of it & tells me what to do at home. And, the number of students theyve mentored over the years is impressive! Cant say enough about how much I appreciate this salon.

The most friendly and talented group of stylists Ive ever met. I drive an hour to have Jeremy cut and color my hair. Heres just that good.

I’ve always heard great things about this salon, but the last experience was pitiful.When your boyfriend goes in and specifically asked for caramel/golden brown hair color (his hair was super dark to begin with), and the stylist neglects to inform him that she would need to bleach his hair first to reach his desired color (because it would take too long since she was ready to clock out at 5pm), she then proceeds to layer on color and turn his hair light orange. Unnatural, straight up carrot top.Upon expressing his dissatisfaction, both over the phone and in person, the stylist maintains that his hair is exactly the agreed-upon swatch of color and cannot fix the disaster without charging him again. I’m sorry, but please help me understand how this is good practice for customer relations? A client asked for something they did not receive, and the solution is to charge the client again? I’d be interested to see how any other business would survive with such a ridiculous policy.Just throwing in my two cents: do NOT expect to get what you pay for. And also expect to be met with condescension and defensiveness when trying to find a solution to the situation.:(

Had a complete new look done by Theodore and I love it 😊. He took the look I wanted from a picture and ran with it, with his way of styling. He was experienced with my texture hair, which is thick and curly; and gave me a smooth sleek look🖒😉.The salon itself was also quite nice and the staff was friendly and helpful.

This salon appears to be very nice. However I had a very bad experience. The owner of this salon is not very solution oriented when one of his stylist make a bad hair mess. I left with the situation not being rectified and paying over fifty dollars for a really bad haircut....What ever happen to making customer happy. Wow I dont know..Hate to share a negative experience however maybe this can help someone else not being treated the way I was in this salon. His stylist cut one side of my hair really short and the other side really long. He blamed it on everthing from age to it being my fault. A salon is suppose to make you feel good. I was shocked. Thank you.

Worst hair stylist ever, I went there twice and I never got the look that I had asked for. Not even close. Second time, I requested him to fix the disaster he did. His solution for me was, to pay more so he could fix it. I am Highly disappointed, I do not recommend this place to anyone. BTW! It is WAY TOO expensive to get your hair done by trainees. Even free, for them, is TOO expensive. DON’T go there.

Just discovered this place. My friend reccomended me here and to see Rebecca Murphy, which was the best reccomendation I have received for a hair stylist. She cut my hair perfectly. Though this is more of a high end salon, me, my fiancé, and her whole family use the same hair stylist now. She is amazing, and I highly reccomend to see her. You must make an appointment to be seen. It is 30 usd for men, but wouldnt you rather leave with a smile or leave thinking Ill grow into this cut.

Very bad experience.I would never recommend anyone to go there because if they make any mess with your hair they never gonna fix it the other day free of charge and they never confess their mistakes,vey rude management,they dont care if the client is happy or no they just care about money and thats it,receptionist is very rude she doesnt know how to treat a customer.i literally cried after spending too much money and not getting the good result.please dont go there.
