I’ve been to a number of doctors recently for various reasons and even within the Olathe health system, I’ve found some health professionals to be cold and inattentive. In particular, there was one who completely ignored a major health concern that has proven to be a big deal. That’s why I’m so excited to have found the Olathe Ridgeview location. There is never a very long wait for an appointment, I’ve always been able to get in the same day in fact. I’m currently about to get a TB test done having given them 5 minutes notice. Alison is an APRN that I’ve seen when I’ve gone and she has always been incredibly kind, attentive and mostly—interested. She actually seems to care about me and my concerns and issues. She considers everything I say and addresses all of my concerns as if they are of the utmost importance. I’m extraordinarily grateful for this location and will continue to come back, just hopefully not too much.

Had a major surgery in January followed up with my surgeon but have called since to see my pcp. Overall not feeling better. Always told no appointment available and brushed off. Left messages for nurse line never been called back and often met with disdain or attitude by receptionist when calling asking if my message was received. At first thought that the place didn’t care at about its patients but from the reviews maybe it’s my ethnicity. Overall feel ignored and overlooked on a regular basis by them would not recommend.

I had my first visit here today. Dr. Anjalee Carlson is fantastic! She was very thorough and seems to really care about her patients. Her nurse Tracy was equally as caring and respectful!

I started coming here about 8 months ago because my previous provider was so far from my house. I see a nurse practitioner (Allison Price). It is very easy to get an appointment, the facility is new and clean, the front desk people are very nice and helpful and they took my insurance. I would recommend this provider location to anyone looking for a quick appointment as well as a primary care place
