I bought the membership over a year ago. I had several different massage therapists that smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke that by the time I leave I’m congested (I’m allergic).I also splurged on a facial which ended badly. The anesthetician must’ve been new. Within a day my eye lids started to swell and peel. I had to go to a doctor and they advised me that the anesthetician had sold me a chemical that was not to be applied to the eyes and they had given me bad information.When my year membership was over I asked to end my membership. I was told that I could not end it without speaking to a manager but the manager wasn’t available. I have been in three times yet there’s still never a manager available to speak with. I finally told the front desk that they needed to leave a message with the manager to cancel my membership.I received a voicemail from a manager saying that we could “discuss options”. I received terrible service and they still won’t cancel my membership.I have emailed management telling them that there were no options, that I received terrible service, that I have repeatedly tried to cancel my membership and I just want it done. I received no response. I just checked my credit card and I am still being charge for a membership I do not want.They have failed with service, customer service, and refuse to end my membership. At this point I have no other options but to take it to the Better Business Bureau.I would be very leery of signing up for a membership with an organization that refuses to acknowledge that you no longer want the membership due to bad service.

My wife and I are both members here. It is a great way to get a monthly massage at a good price. The facilities are nice. Staff is friendly. The only trick is finding a massage therapist that you like.

I provided written documentation in November to cancel Monthly membership however I am still being charged. Poor business practice. I also had 6 prepaid sessions I was not allowed to use.

My husband had an appointment with Tyler at 9am. Tyler ended up calling out sick and nobody was notified. So my husband sat there for thirty minutes until they finally pieced two and two together. They basically just said sorry and that they couldn’t do anything. What a waste of time. Needs better communication with customers and better management of employees!

Robert has hands of gold! He is a great Massage Therapist. I wouldve given 5 stars but I didnt realize that I also needed to give a tip. Expensive place, but Robert worked wonders.

I have been a member here for many years and the new management is awesome, as well as the front desk teammates. I have always found the talent of therapists at the top of my list, and continue to return.

I got a giftcard for mothers day and I was less then impressed. I was sore for five days afterward and I didnt ask for a hard massage. It hurt so bad and I will never return again.

They put on the hard sell when I thought I could be relaxing and they I got an eye infection from a dirty applicator (so says my Dr.) Its a great concept, I wish I had better luck there.

My massage was a great and relaxing experience.

I went the first time a 3 months ago to get a massage and showed up early to fill out all the forms massage was great so i came back this weekend. i got there right on time bc i thought i didnt have to fill out the forms bc i had already done it. but the dumb receptionists lost all my info and made me redo it all which cut into my massage time. they said they told me to be there 15 minutes early but they never actually did. and i specified that i had been there before when booking my massage. So i had to fill out everything again but their ipads werent loading and taking even more time out of my massage. my massage that was SUPPOSED TO BE AN HOUR WAS 35 MINUTES. i was not happy and asked if the manager could call me and have not received that call yet do better next time massage envy

They did not respect the normal duration of massage. Its pure anarchism. I paid $ 65 for an hour of massage normally, but I did 35 minutes and its over. This is theft. I do not recommend to others.
