I have been coming here for at least a year every 4-5 weeks. Depending on who you get, its the quality of work performed. Lately, its been ok, not great though. My brows are micro-bladed and micro- shaded so it should be easy enough to get them clean....I came today at 1145am during my lunch hour to get them done. There was only one lady who told me to come back later because she was eating. I asked if she was closed for lunch, she said no but for me to go around Walmart for 10-15 minutes. I dont shop at Walmart so I told her that I could wait 10 minutes. She got upset because I decided to stay in shop and wait for her. I respected her time and understood so I decided to wait for 10 minutes, after all, she also has a lunch break. She went to the back and never came out. 🤔 They lost a customer for sure but most of all, they lost my respect and my loyalty.

The lady that did my brows was friendly and funny. She did an amazing job on threading my brows and made them look incredible even though one of my eyebrows has a scar.It was my first time here and I will definitely be back.

I love going to get my eyebrows threading!! I have been following the owner since she worked at a studio in Oak park mall. When she left I was said an didn’t get them done for a long time. Then one day at Walmart I found it an it’s been the greatest since then!! I would recommend to anyone!!!!

They have great service, always nice! I had an horrible experience at the mall getting my eyebrows threaded and they fixed them for me! They also do a great job on eyelash extensions!!

Oh goodness lord, after such a long time, finally I found the place where I can get very well done and neatly shaped eyebrows. I feel much more confident and pretty seeing my well shaped eyebrows now. I recommend everyone should give a try to know the better outcome. Don’t miss the opportunity guys!!!

I tried several threading shops in & around the Shawnee area yet continuously found myself leaving dissatisfied. I eventually obtained a referral to Mrs. ”J” at the Olathe Miracle Brow location. I drove over an hour round trip to see her prior to the Shawnee branch opening. Despite being in high demand she went out of her way to accommodate my crazy schedule on more than one occasion. Thats customer service!I’ve since received services from multiple employees at the Shawnee location & invariably walk away with beautifully shaped, symmetrical brows tinted to match my complexion. That’s 5 stars in my book.

Usually I come here every time to get my eye brows done and the lady who does them is great! But last time I had a new girl and man I have no eyebrows left. Crazy thin even though I said I like mine thicker! I will continue going back but I’ll definitely be making sure who I go to!

This place is great! Suda did a wonderful job. Its always a little nerve wracking going some place new to get your eyebrows threaded but she did not disappoint! Im very happy the way they look!

I went in for eyebrow threading not expecting much she also offered brow tinting I decided to go for both wow I literally wanted to cry on how perfect they left my eyebrows they are the best can’t wait to go back for more services!😍

This business is a hidden gem. Service and prices are fabulous. Jay is a talented professional and I try to schedule with her each time but others are very good as well. I never wait more than a few minutes.

Threading is good but I hate that they do not even bother to clean your face after! I always have to ask for tissue to wipe the hair off my face. Back home you pay one tenth of the price here and they clean your face for all the threaded hair and also offer soothing gel to calm the sensation after threading. Based on this I do not appreciate their service skills.

Been here several times, the lady that usually does my eyebrows wasnt there so I let another person do it which was a big mistake. Before the service even started I said keep them full. After months of letting my brows grow out how I like them and now I have to start over because one brow is ok but the other is super thin.

The lady who threaded my eyebrows last Thursday did a wonderful job. Will be back again definitely!

I went there for my eyebrows and eyelashes. I had great experience. I had my eyebrows done by threading and it was not painful and got good arch shaped eyebrows. I would highly recommend this place. The staff was very friendly.

The ladies were all great and my stepdaughter left super satisfied with longer lashes! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

This was a cool experience. Much better than waxing or laser. Less expensive and quick. Eyebrow threading doesnt tear your skin like waxing. Im hooked!

This was my first experience , I got them threaded and tinted. It was an okay experience,I know brows are not always the same but they look diffrent one has a peak and the other is rounded ! Not the best I have had
