Please Parents. Do Not go here. Absolutely worst service imaginable. Disrespectful, rude and will give you the runaround with billing. Thank God for Google reviews so we can all help eachother and NEVER pay for terrible places like this one. They have a coordinator/scheduler who is absolutely terrible and shouldnt be working there.

Pleasant and friendly staff, impressive in-house lab, 21st century equipment and spotlessly clean! Dr. Stroede was recommended to me by my dentist because of the work she had seen done by Dr. Stroede in her own patients’ mouths! I thought that was the best testament I could ask for! Dr. Stroede was all that. She was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in her examination, clear and precise in her explanations, patient and professional in her demeanor. I was so pleased with my experience that I am actually looking forward to getting my orthodontia work started with Dr. Stroede ASAP, and I’m almost 60 years old! Thank you!

The consultation was a great experience. Very polite and treated my son and us with respect. They were completely honest and told us our son was not ready for braces, but wanted to monitor his teeth. And follow up in six months to access his growth. We will not pay anything until he actually gets braces.

WOW! I cant say enough good things about the staff and Dr. Stroede. From the first consult to the final exam, they did an amazing job....For my daughter, they made her feel welcome and comfortable with the process. They lived up to her expectations and the staff was consistent with the quality of care they provided her.For me, they worked with the insurance company and provided an excellent plan to complete payment. Having multiple locations helped me plan my daughters appointment.Im happy to say, theyll be getting repeat business form me when it comes time for my son.Thanks for making and giving my daughter a wonderful smile!

Everyone was so welcoming and friendly from the beginning! Heather Kindig, treatment coordinator, was very knowledgeable and super easy to talk to! Dr. Stroede is kind and made me feel very comfortable. I really wish I could remember the woman who worked the front desks name! She was great! Overall, I had a very pleasant visit and highly recommend Stroede Orthodontics!

We love Dr. Stroede! The wait is never long and I love that the staff remember us from our previous visit 6 months ago! I appreciate the fact that Dr. Stroede is not in a hurry to put kids in braces. Doing checks and forming a careful plan for each of my kids is what keeps us coming back to her. She has a great way with the kids too and making them feel comfortable.

My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Stroede since she arrived in the area and we have not been disappointed with her professionalism and attention to detail. The front staff ladies are always helpful and courteous. Our favorite tech, Natalie, is incredibly helpful. She has helped me understand the progress of our daughters teeth without making me feel stupid. As for Dr. Stroedes skill, she has corrected the error from the previous orthodontist we had- and it was BAD! You will not be disappointed.

Stroede Orthadontics is a wonderful place. Every time I walk in I am greeted with a smile! All of the staff are very helpful and kind. They are very good at what they do and only do the highest quality work. It is a very kid friendly place. Overall it is an amazing place!

Great first impression! Friendly and welcoming staff, very attentive. Heather did a great job of ensuring we became well-acquainted with the facility. Looking forward to beginning our orthodontic experience with Dr. Stroede and her team. We use the Overland Park location, but I expect the experience will be similar for the other locations.

From the moment I walked in Heather made me feel comfortable and gave me a complete tour of the office. Dr. Stroede was involved and did her own exam, rather than relying on the pictures and what she was told by the other technicians. I had previously gone to another Orthodontist and the first words were we need to pull teeth first with out every taking a look. I appreciated the attention. They were slightly more expensive, (and it not by alot mind you) but I think this a fair trade off for feeling comfortable. They were even able to get me into an appointment right away to get the braces placed.

Very friendly staff, clean and modern facilities, easy access and Dr. Stroede is very professional and knowledgeable. The consultation was thorough, pleasant and put our minds at ease. We look forward to becoming part of their clientele. :)

Dr. Stroede and her staff are so welcoming, helpful, kind, gentle, and a joy to work with. They always have flexibility of times and dates to fit into my schedule, and my daughter feels very comfortable going there. I have 3 more younger children who will most likely need braces, and I wont hesitate to have every single one of them go to her office when the time comes.

Everyone is very knowledgeable and caring about the patients. My son and I both had braces and Dr. Stroede and her staff took very good care of us. They dont rush treatment or overcharge.

I never write reviews but after my kids appointment this week they told me that the new red head girl Ashley didn’t know what she was doing and was extremely rough with them! She would mutter curse words or make noises every time she got frustrated! Very unprofessional and no compassion!!!! We will be asking for someone else every appointment from now on! Beware!!!

I have had braces with Dr. Young in the past. I was very happy with the care I received so I sent my husband and daughter both to him. They are both still currently in braces but are getting close to the end. He and his team are very knowledgable, acurate and efficient. They are, in my opinion, the best in the KC area.

This is no longer owned by Dr. Young. Had a piece of cement break off of my retainer and called to ask about getting it secured again, the lady told me that the still maintain all warranties that were in place by Dr. Young but then told me I would have to pay $75 to get the retainer secured again. I would tell anyone who thinks this is Dr. Young, IT IS NOT. Terrible experience.
