An amazing experience from start to finish. They are so kind and so caring and efficient. I couldnt have been more impressed. I am very nervous about dental work and was in a ton of pain and dealing with a lot of anxiety when I arrived. They were very quick to get my x-rays done and get me numb and out of pain. I am so thankful this office was recommended to me and I will be telling everyone to go see them. I have extensive dental work that will need done and will be going back to this office for all of it.

I have been a patient for over 20 years. I have had exceptional service and treatment. I needed a crown today and Dr.Ryan did the procedure. He is as great as his father Dr. Bill. I am impressed by the technology used as well as the the knowledge and performance.

I am a caregiver for a person with MS. I was told that by your employee that your clinic took my clients insurance. So I made the appointment in June and waited for her August 6th appointment today. She completed and returned a vast array of forms back to your clinic while waiting for August 6th. When she arrived at your clinic today, she was informed that they do not take United Heathcare Complete. This is not acceptable, as the clicnic should have informed her in June that you would not take her insurance.

I’m a new patient at this practice, and my experience from start to finish was phenomenal! From scheduling with the front receptionist, my hygienist (Abby), and Dentist (Ryan). Everyone was so kind, caring, and easy to talk to. Ryan&Abby thoroughly reviewed my treatment plan and associated costs, which I was aligned with. I didn’t feel like I had any unnecessary treatment being shoved into my face.On top of that, they’re ensuring all patients safety during COVID by requiring a mask and taking temps. This is super important to me as I have an at-risk kiddo at home. Without a doubt, I’ll be recommending this place to everyone!

This practice is professional, knowledgeable and caring. Basically everything you want in a service provider. I would recommend their services to anyone needing a dentist. But I would imagine it may be hard to get an appointment, as I am sure all their clients feel about them as I do. I have been a patient for 13 years, and the hygienist I had yesterday was the best I have ever had. This business just keeps getting better with time.

I have had a tooth slightly bugging me for a little while, and of course, it decided to start constantly THROBBING on a Friday night, of the labor day weekend.I just happened to be googling dentists, hoping to find one that would be open on Labor Day, and sent a message to the website at like 2am on Saturday. And he actually replied right away! (Weird coincidence!!)Talked me through some things, and then got me in at 730am on Tues with his dad! Who took amazing care of me, even after I left and called back in the afternoon with concerns, the entire staff was friendly and CARED about getting me out of pain over getting paid.I think I just found my new dentist!! My husband and I have been patients of Bucher Family Dentistry since 2009. But twice they have stepped in on for my kids on an emergent basis when their pediatric dentist, wasnt in. It is so nice to have both offices in the same building and to have the dentists so cooperative with each other. The most recent visit for my 14 year old resulted in some of the best patient care I have ever experienced. From referral of Dr. Cobb, Pediatric Dentist, who didnt want my son to wait even a day for care, to taking in a same day appointment by Dr. Ryan Bucher, to another referred Oral Surgeon same day appointment, to very expedient treatment same week and same day follow up from all three offices following his procedure. Just wow!

This office is absolutely amazing! The Drs and their staff are very friendly. I had to have my very first root canal done, not a procedure that anyone likes, and Dr Ryan did a great job. I felt no pain at all. Dr Ryan, Caroline and Nancy made sure I was comfortable the whole time. That right there is greatly appreciated!!

My wife and I found Bucher dentistry through a Groupon offer 3 years ago, and this is one of only a couple of Groupon offers that have been what they were advertised as. From the first visit there, we have felt comfortable and part of the family. From Reva at the front desk, through the hygienists, and up to Bill and Ryan, Bucher dentistry oozes professionalism and customer service, and everyone always goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and appreciated. I recently had a crown fitted and it just wasnt quite right. As most people do when something isnt how it should be, I reached out to the office and they scheduled me to come in the next day to get things resolved. I ended up having to go back a couple of times to get it to where it needed to be, but since then it has been great! The difficult thing is that there is only so much that can be done in the office. Once the anesthetic wears off, the swelling goes down and you start chewing on real food, your teeth feel very different to when you are in the chair. Bill got things resolved and it has been wonderful since, which is something that I didnt experience with my previous dentist. I have recommended many of our family friends to Bucher Dentistry due to the way they have taken care of us over the years. If you are looking for a great dentist in Johnson County, youve found them.

After my mother encouraged me to visit this dentistry over the years, I finally decided to do so. Thankfully - this has been the best decision I have ever made regarding my dental care! I arrived as a new patient during the month of May 2018. Unfortunately, I arrived late - but the practice welcomed me without making me feel that I had caused any inconvenience. The waiting room was fashionably arranged with courtesy Keurig and K-Cup Pods (assorted flavors). Once called to enter the appointment and/or procedure area, I was seated in a comfortable leather chair that was clean upon my arrival. The chair faced large open windows that provided a view outside which was rather appealing. The Dental Hygienist introduced herself, welcomed me as a new patient, asked me a few questions to get acquainted with my dental history, and then explained what her next activities would include concerning my first time visit. X-rays and a thorough cleaning were completed, then I was introduced to the dentist, Dr. Ryan Bucher. Dr. Bucher was patient, informative, and professional. The evaluation/assessment and future plans regarding my dental care seemed exceptionally purposeful. Prior to my departure, I was scheduled for a follow up to initiate the plan involving my preventative dental care, given an estimated cost for future visit, and given cards to share with others that invite them to try out the dentistry with the gain of incentives. Today, I had a tooth that was quite decayed and required attention. Dr. Bucher and his Dental Hygienest first explained the options for today’s visit. We decided it would be most appropriate to remove the decay in this tooth that had caused this tooth to break a week earlier. Prior to the procedure beginning, the Dental Hygienest provided me with music of my choice via headphones along with eye shields! This helped to relieve and soothe my anxiety! I was numbed with a gel prior to being numbed via oral injection. The procedure was virtually painless! I am beyond astounded! Dr. Bucher was able to remove the decay, provide filling, explain what he had found during procedure, and shared with me future options with respect to my dental care. It has now been a little over 12 hours since the procedure and I have been bragging to everyone how I feel as though I have experienced nothing to cause any disruptions in my day! In conclusion, I would encourage any person living within Miami, Johnson, or Wyandotte County, Kansas to make this dentistry theirs as I have made it mine - based on the limitless conveniences and professionalism generously provided during services provided.
