Nurse Heather was amazing! I went to her for an appointment and she treated me with such kindness. She is knowledgeable and cares about her patients. Good nurses and doctors can be hard to come by. Unfortunately she’s out of network so I wouldn’t be able to see her as my PCP. But once I find out that she is, I will definitely switch over!

The staff is very friendly. They were able to see me quickly and displayed as much concern as I about my health. Extra: The waiting area has an awesome selection for healthier snack choices for both adults and kids.

I have been seen at the UpCare Clinic twice now since they opened. I have been impressed with the staff from my first visit, and it gets better each time. The staff is very informative, and they are not pushy with their recommendations. From 2011 up until UpCare, I have had horrible dental experiences, as it seemed that the dentist was only concerned with selling some type of service or product, and really didn’t care about what I really needed. The UpCare staff is extremely knowledgeable, and they do a great job of making people feel at ease. I recommend the UpCare Clinic to anyone that is looking for exceptional dental care with a staff that treats people like your childhood dentist did growing up.

I had the most refreshing experience! As an older adult with a deep fear of dentist since childhood, this was like nothing I have ever experienced before! If I knew dental offices like this existed I would have gone years ago! Great staff fantastic dentist and a truly great experience!

I would not recommend having wisdom teeth removed here. I was not offered nitrous or pain medication for this procedure—which wouldnt have been an issue if it had gone smoothly. I had pain during and excruciating pain immediately following the procedure and my concerns about this discomfort were not taken seriously. I also paid to have 3 teeth taken out and wound up getting one taken out and one coronectomy. After choosing to get a second opinion elsewhere to avoid further discomfort, a maxillofacial/oral surgeon said there are issues with the coronectomy that now require another surgery and an extra $850 to fix. Along with that, the front desk person was not nice to me, accusing me of breaking the law for having my partner ask that my x rays be sent to my email (which is my full name), then didn’t send them, and accused us of calling outside of business hours when we called at opening time. There were a couple people there who gave great care and comfort to me during the procedure (like Fabi) and otherwise they were very nice. They did let me keep my intact pulled tooth as I requested, and one person even cleaned it off for me.

They were able to schedule me in last minute & were very flexible with my schedule! Not to mention they’re accommodation! They were nice and got my teeth all good and cleaned!!

My son is nine years old and hates going to the dentist. Dr. Shivam was so gentle and patient and Fabi made him feel so comfortable the whole time. They totally turned my sons experience with dentists around. In my sons words “I don’t care if I have to travel across the country that’s the only dentist I’m going to.” Thank you from the bottom of my heart Upcare!

Came with a horrible cracked tooth ache. They took less than 2 hours to get me checked in and get my tooth pulled out. Everyone is so nice and kind and the office is beautiful. Thank you so much. I can actually talk now. Would recommend for sure!

I had a root canal that had broken. I just was done with it and didnt want it fixed again. The dentist didnt try to push me into fixing it. He answered all of my questions. The whole staff is friendly. I was amazed by how good the experience was.

Finding a good dentist is incredibly difficult to find especially after moving from out of town. Today I had one of the best dentist experiences I have ever had. Both the doctor and hygienist were professional, and took great care of my teeth. I also appreciated their honesty regarding what they found on my x-rays. They have great COVID protocol in place. I felt completely safe from check in to walking out the door. Thank you so much UpCare Team and I can finally look forward to my 6-month appointment!

They got me right in and the office was very nice. Laura was great with the lightest touch Ive ever had at a dentist office.** Edited due to 2nd visit:I ended up having to go back to have corrections to a filling made. The 2nd visit did not correct the issue either. Maybe it was a one off situation and your visit may be pleasant. I wont be taking that chance though, no 3rd visit for me.

I came in for emergency wisdom tooth removal after years of avoiding the procedure due to both price and my debilitating fear of dentists. The pain got so unbearable over the last 8 days that I finally decided I needed an emergency appointment to at least get diagnosed. I found UpCare after sifting through the first several Google results for emergency dentists near me that didnt seem to think my pain was as urgent as I did, and I could not be more thankful for the team at UpCare for seeing me so quickly. I set the appointment at 11pm last night and was seen at 9am this morning. Dr. Parbhu and Eliza, were top notch. They were quick, efficient, and so friendly. There were no unnecessary procedures, the diagnosis was fast, and they were able to do the extractions same day. Dr. Parbhu took his time to make it as easy and painless on me as possible and for that alone Id give him five stars. They even walked me through different options in case I was unable to afford the visit or didnt want to do all four at once. The nitro they have me to relax was well worth the $85 and Im not sure I couldve done it without it. Part of my fear of the procedure for years has been the choice between going with or without anesthesia. The nitro was the perfect combination of staying awake but being relaxed.I initially planned on visiting the office only for the emergent procedure because its a 45 minute drive, but after the care Ive received I think Ill be a patient for a long time. At no point did anyone try to upsell me anything, no comments were made about my other teeth, the focus was solely on getting me the help I needed quickly. I plan to return and address other concerns Ive long put off as I finally feel Ive found somewhere Im seen a person and not a number or a dollar sign. For the first time in my life I didnt cry at the dentist thanks to the incredible team. I cant thank the staff at UpCare enough for taking such good care of me!

Amazing staff and ambiance. This clinic has a very calming feel to it and Dr. P explains your dental health in a way that is easily understood. The dental hygienist Laura was very gentle during my cleaning as well. Highly recommend Dr. P and UpCare clinic for your dental and medical needs!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Parbhu! The entire staff was excellent!

I needed to get a cracked tooth repaired and was very happy with the results. The staff is incredibly polite and helpful and ready to help with whatever you need and Dr. Parbhu was very gentle and explained everything that was going to happen prior to the actual work. He also made sure I was completely happy with my new veneer! He is now my new dentist!

My experience at Upcare was great. I was able to schedule a last minute COVID test prior to the holidays. The sign up was seamless. They got me in immediately and performed the test right on schedule. My results were back in 10 minutes which was great peace of mind before seeing family. My understanding is they have an MD, Dentist, and NP on staff which will be very convenient for future visits.

SOOOO. This 5 star does not come lightly. I have had a long list of terrible dental experiences. Why this place is great by Lee Orrison: They listen! How crazy is that? They actually listen to my struggles, what I wanted to know and they listened. 4 cavities later (that is my fault) and it was the best experience. The numbing process was the least painful Ive had. They had a mouthguard to help me keep my mouth open and it had its own suction. None of that awkward trying not to swallow the nasty stuff as they are working on your teeth. I got to watch HGTV! This was TRUE genuine care. If you live near this location and have had bad experiences before (trust me, I have a list), check this place out for your teeth.

I had to get a covid test for travel reasons and this has been by far the easiest and most convenient experience. There was absolutely no wait, the nurse came to my car and the whole process took less than 5 minutes.
