My first experience with Ridgeview Family Dentistry has been excellent. I was able to get in for treatment sooner than I expected and received great care while there. All the staff seem personable and wishing to make your dental visit as comfortable as possible. Since I may need additional procedures done in the future I certainly hope (and believe) this high level of service will continue.

I love their high tech imaging they do of your teeth!! I can see in 3D what is going on in my teeth as well as how they have changed over time. That is so valuable!

Last week was my first visit to Ridgeview. I needed a new local dentist and had not been happy with offices around me because I never felt like my teeth actually got clean. This office was recommended. The front office staff were very accommodating when scheduling my new patient visit and were patient when I had to call back multiple times with my insurance information. When I arrived, I filled out paperwork for about 15 minutes (this is my only complaint; in this day and age, this should all be digital and not pen and paper IMO - if you have a fairly simple history, plan on 10 minutes, if your history is more complex, plan on 15 to 20 minutes for paperwork), and then waited about 10 minutes before I was taken back. The hygienist was very thorough. I especially liked the 3-D model software that they used to show you wear/tear on your teeth. The dentist was very professional. I appreciate that they didn’t try and sell me on anything; they just cleaned my teeth. I was very happy with the outcome!

I am so glad I switched to Ridgeview Family Dentistry when I moved to a new home last year. My last dentist office routinely tried to sell me procedures and services that were not medically necessary. They also kept telling me I needed new fillings or old ones replaced. My dentist at Ridgeview was baffled by this and says my teeth are fine. The dental hygienists are also way more gentle on my teeth here during my routine cleanings. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I am soo extremely happy in finding this dental office! Super nice staff, very detailed and the instruments they used were top of the line! Very friendly staff who tell you everything they are doing and and about to do. I feel very confident in their knowledge and ability to take care of me while I’m there.

Chose this place due to the good reviews but, unfortunately, I had the worse experience I have ever had! I feel I was treated differently because I had no insurance. I paid $1500.00 cash for a crown. I shared with the staff I had been in pain during the time I had to wait for the permanent crown and did not receive anything to help with the severe pain.The extreme, unbelievable pain I experienced was so horrific. I am still having pain and feel I should have had a root canal. I am terrified to get help. By the way, my husband had insurance and was treated much differently.

I have pretty bad dental anxiety due to some negative past experiences. The staff here made me feel comfortable and are happy to go at my pace. So far Ive only done initial exam and consult but am happy with the experience and have scheduled future work to be done here.

Actually I never thought I would ever say this but I am looking forward to my next appt. I have an extreme anxiety over dentists and what procedures they induce to my mouth but this was a surprisingly good experience and my teeth were not perfect either. The hygenist listened to my wants and did a great job to do her job and relieve my fears. This was a definite positive surprise.!!!!

This was my first time visiting Ridgeview Family Dentistry. It had been a few years since I had been for a cleaning and was looking for somewhere close that I felt comfortable going regularly. The whole experience was fantastic friendly staff, flexible scheduling, nice office and great service. I would highly recommend!

All the staff was great. Got a root canal at 10am and was back at work at 12pm! Didnt feel a thing.

Let me first say that me hating the dentist is an understatement. I literally cry at cleanings because Im so anxious about going. My body tenses up, I physically shake, my pulse goes wild, the whole 9 yards. This is no change. I cried at my cleaning with Dr Harris before even meeting him. I have had only a handful of dentists work on me after some bad incidents from my childhood. Even the most trusted sent me into straight up panic mode. Dr Harris came in after Jenny cleaned my teeth (amazing, kind, and so gentle with me) and told me I had some cavities. I cried. Again. You see, I ALWAYS have work that has to be done which is why I never, ever go to the dentist. I can do everything they ask me to do, exactly as they ask me to do it, and Ill still have cavities. I cried because I was disappointed (not in Dr Harris). He was upset I was crying and asked what he could do to ease my fears. I wasnt sure. Could I trust him??Fast forward to today. I leave work early to make my 530 appointment. Ive been dreading this all day. I get into the office after debating about cancelling the appointment on the same day and paying whatever fee I have to. My husband convinces me to keep the appointment and go. When front desk asks how Im doing, I reluctantly answer with could be better if I wasnt here. They were sad I was so nervous! I go back and get nitrous oxide. Ive never had it before. Dr Harris does his thing and fills the first 3 of my cavities (still have 2 more trips to go thanks to my terrible teeth). He gets done and Im so calm (probably due to the nitrous) and I cant help but tell him how thankful I am. Ive never had an experience like this before at the dentist and while Ive only been to probably 4 or 5 in my lifetime, 30 years has taught me that I cant trust them. But I am literally writing this just an hour after having much needed work done and I feel like I can trust Dr Paul Harris. I made sure to tell him that and that Id tell you reading this as well.If youre debating goingIf youre scaredIf you have dental anxietyIf you have anxiety in generalIf you havent gone in the last year or 6 months even for a cleaningGO!If I can do this, you can too, and you should. He will do everything he possibly can to make you feel comfortable.Ill see you in October for the second round of fillings Dr Harris! New to town. They got me in quickly at a convenient time for me so I didnt have to miss work. I completed forms online so when I went to appointment, my wait time was very minimal. Everybody I worked with was super friendly and very professional. Finding new doctors and dentists is very stressful when youve gone to the same ones for many years. I feel I made a good choice going to this practice.

I had to get a tooth pulled and it was the best experience I could have had! Dr. K talked through what he was doing and made me feel very comfortable. I was surprised how fast the tooth was out and I felt no pain. Everyone at the office is friendly and the office has a very welcoming atmosphere.

I had several old metal fillings replaced with white filler as well as a crown. The staff are so friendly, the office is clean and has up to date equipment. Dr. Harris is very skilled, has a great “chair side” manner, and put me at ease through out all the procedures. Mrs. Rhonda assisted in all of my work and truly treated me as she would want to be treated 🙂 Dr. Harris and his team explain everything to you, prior and during the process and truly make you feel comfortable and value your budsiness as well as take time to get to know you! I’ve had so many issues trying to reach anyone in the office and had problems trying to get scheduled. Their hours listed on google are incorrect, no hours listed on their website or on their door (I even dropped by their office several times when they were supposed to be open - no one there). When I finally did get ahold of someone to schedule, they said their hours had changed “just for that week” and are back to their normal hours. When I went in for my scheduled appointment at 11 (with a text confirmation for proof) they said my visit wasn’t until 12 and expected me to wait. When I told them about my text confirmation, the lady up front says “I don’t know what to tell you, we have you down at 12.” I was having tooth pain and it’s not easy for me to get off of work so asked if there was anyone that could see me just for that, then I would come back for my cleaning and regular check up at another date. She was a bit rude about it-never apologizing. It wasn’t until I said I couldn’t wait and I was just going to leave that another woman came to say an employee had called in and so they had to move my appointment to 12 (without notifying me). Acting as if I was an inconvenience, they said they could fit me in just for the tooth pain. Dr. Harris was very nice and took great care of me. I made my second appointment before I left and someone just called to move me, saying their hours were changing and could no longer keep my current appointment. It seems any time I try to call them or stop by during the day, there is no one answering or in the office. Their hours seem to change on a whim with no notice. I like the dentist but may have to go elsewhere in the future as scheduling has been too much of an inconvenience.

Love the Dr, and the staff! I love that I wasnt pressured into a big treatment !, other dentist love to pressure you but not Dr K! He discussed my teeth in detail and went over all avenues of treatment! Not just the most expensive one!! So kudos Dr K to you and your team!! You were all so professional and fun!! ( Are you suppose to have fun in the dental office?) I look forward to coming back and bringing my familiy!!

Dr. Kellenberger was terrific with great bedside manner and an optimistic personality. Its always frustrating when you go to a dentist and get chastised over your dental hygiene habits. This couldnt be further from the truth there. Even though I ended up having a cavity, he focused on how good my teeth were overall, instead of giving me a lecture. Great experience. Amiable doc. The thought of going to the dentist no longer evokes emotions of dread and apprehension.

They provide me excellent care for my diagnosis of my pain and my root canal and cavity filling procedure. I was able to get a appointment the next day after calling as a new patient. I have high anxiety about a lot of things including anything to do with the dentists​. I already take meds for my anxiety, they were very comforting and able to provide me gas to lessen my fears. Everyone I saw had compassion and never once did I hear anyone poking or joking about my anxiety because of me being a Mechanic (That Stigma of a Mechanic being tough and no fears) that has anxiety about the dentist. Ive ran into that in the past with other dentist offices. They said theyre there to help me with my dental needs and make me feel comfortable in doing so. Theyve earned my business, Ill continue to go there for all my dental needs form here on out. Im glad I had a friend recommended them and they where able to take care of my needs.
