What a wonderful experience! Thank You! From the staff to the Doctor, I felt very relaxed and at ease. They explained everything that was going to happen from the beginning to the final diagnosis. Dr. Urice took his time and did not rush things, just as a doctor should and it was greatly appreciated. Thanks again!

Dr Urice is an AWESOME Dr! I’ve been going to him for years. All My experiences with Him have been good. Dr Urice is very knowledgeable professional, caring and kind.... however I cannot say the same for some of his staff. A gal by the name of Cassie... his receptionist, or whatever her title, is RUDE, condescending, hateful, uncaring, unwilling to assist with anything that concerns you! I recently had another very disturbing clash with her, my first was when my insurance was changed and unknowingly did not include Dr Urice.. she literally, rudely took over the conversation at the front desk! I paid cash! I made the insurance changes in Drs office that day!! So a month later I made another appt to follow up & Dr needed to see me right away for biopsy so hours b4 the visit I called asked if there was anything I could do to speed up the verification of my new Insurance since I had not recvd new ins cards plus was picking up my grandson at school @3:15 and due to the last bad experience! I was told to come in & theyd resolve it there. I went in 25 min early & CASSIE took over the convo AGAIN!!! Screaming she would not look at the ins card I had!!! I asked if she would speak with my ins rep who was on the phone Cassie literally started yelling again saying she didn’t have time to talk to my ins rep! My insurance Rep was appalled at what she was hearing!!! I was to cancel my appt & return with proper ins Proof! I refused asking again plz talk w my rep as she had the new info but Cassie refused again saying she didn’t have time! She was on the phone and had two waiting! I was accused of having a “bad attitude”!!! I was put at back of the line saying I would be “worked in” My ins was proof was emailed to me Cassie refused to look at it and must email it to her!!! I left Drs office 3 hours later! I’m scheduled At this time May 26th, 2021 for a follow up check from biopsy. I honestly dread going to that office now... I love Dr Urice but cannot understand WHY they keep this INSOLENT, rude, arrogant, uncaring WOMAN on staff!!! I will continue to avoid her at all cost!

I heard good things about this doctor; in desperate need of a skin diagnosis I called his office and his front desk was terribly rude. They told me my condition didnt exist (it does/is common) and told me to just continue seeing the dermatologist I was seeing. I was going to see Urice as a cash customer, he doesnt take my insurance; but, not one but, two of the front desk people told me my condition doesnt exist, and they cant see me. As if I would call for no reason and pay out of pocket. I even told them I had all my medical records and biopsys! One front desk person was Casey, didnt get the others name. Pretty sad, when your needing heath care, and your willing to pay cash and people are so cold and rude.

I went along with my husband for his appts. Hes been going to this Dr. for several years now. He has always liked the Dr. from the first appt.He is very knowledgeable, has good communication skills, understandable & relatable.Seems to me that he treats you how he wants to be treated.

Terrible experience even being a good customer of his, he was so good until I questioned a 2 xs prescribed medicine ....all I was doing was making sure I was suppose to get that medicine and he refused us as a family from that point on...I NEVER questioned his practice but I did question my medicine that was prescribed and if that causes issues then he has a practice problems...
