I called reception to know about my report and they didnt bother to tell me my correct report or connect it to my doctor. It was urgent as I needed the eye pressure number to report to my other doctor who did my lasik. Staffs here are not very supportive.

Wasnt even able to make an appointment, the lady who answered the phone cut me off and was so rude about not being able to hear me I just hung up. Will find a place who doesnt give such a bad impression the first 2 seconds of calling the office!!
