My girlfriend and I were told to be here half an hour before the appointment, waited for an hour in the lobby, and an hour and a half in the exam room before someone FINALLY came back. I don’t know what the issue is, but I’m seeing other people’s reviews about long wait times, something’s gotta give.

The doctors and staff were very friendly, kind, and professional. They didnt rush the appointment and answered any question I had. I had a wonderful experience here and would fully recommend them! It was so terrific to learn that we are having a baby girl! I felt the ultrasound technician was genuinely happy and excited for us! Due to COVID my husband couldnt be in the building but they let him facetime so he could be a part of the experience!

It was pretty cool actually everyone was helpful and friendly Im wondering if they actually send the baby photos to you gmail tho cause theirs a couple I want to see and have .. to me the wait time is normal you never know who all is already being seen and their just trying to get everyone seen and get them the help they need

Wait time is always way too long. Never get called back until about 30-45 minutes after my appointment time. I would be more understanding if the doctor spent time in the room but once he finally gets in there I always feel like he’s rushing through. They tell you to expect your appointment to be 2 hours but I’m always here way longer.

The staff were all very friendly and the facility was very clean and new. The doctor reviewing our ultrasound was very nice, informative and we enjoyed our experience here. They even took video during our ultrasound, which was a fun surprise when they emailed us the images.

Wait time is incredibly long. There needs to be some reconstruction of scheduling or something.

Overall excellent experience!! We waited for a short time and were treated fantastically by all staff and medical personnel. The doctors were extremely helpful and took the time to explain things and listen to all our questions and concerns. I definitely recommend this office to anyone and everyone. Also a very clean facility!

I am VERY impressed by everyones level of professionalism, kindness, and respect. I was more than pleased to see just how thorough the doctors are and how vast their knowledge spreads, even with more rare conditions.We need more eloquent, understanding, and highly educated doctors like this in Oklahoma! Im genuinely looking forward to my next appointment and I find comfort in knowing that they will take the best possible care of me.I recommend this office and its doctors to anyone in search of great care, proper education of their condition, compassion, and most importantly action to get you on your way to being the healthiest version of yourself that you can be.

We absolutely love coming to this facility! The atmosphere is beautiful with pictures of Oklahoma landmarks, the nurses are amazing, and the receptionists are very welcoming. Each visit (of two so far) they have taken me back within 15 minutes or less of waiting. They take their time with each ultrasound and really talk you through everything! Very please with the whole experience they offered!

After MAKING sure I knew the doctor would be at a different office 40 mins away, no one could be bothered to inform me that changed and Id need to be at the Norman to see Stanley. Stuck sitting and waiting hoping this other office can fit me in.

I saw Dr Stanley throughout my entire pregnancy starting at 17 weeks. My experience was amazing! He is an incredible Dr. He was so thorough. His knowledge put me at ease. His nurses and staff were all very friendly and helpful as well. To go along w the other comments about wait time, yes, there were 2 or 3 times that I waited for over an hour, but that happens all the time w any doctors office. Stuff comes up that is unpredictable and appt times run late. Thats just part of it.

We have enjoyed our first experience, friendly staff and the doctor was knowledgeable and very personable! Cheers to keeping my wife and child safe and happy!

2 HOURS WAITED IN THE BACK ROOM. HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. STAFF ARE HORRIBLE AND SLOW. WHILE WAITING IN THE ROOM, OUTSIDE THE ROOM IT SOUNDED LIKE 4 YEAR OLDS BUT REALLY THEY WERE GROWN ADULTS. THIS PLACE OBVIOUSLY SERVES FOR WHITES AND IS RACIST.

The staff was always amazing and Dr. Mirabile explained everything as he went through the ultrasound himself. His bedside manner was outstanding and he answered every question we had with thoughtful detail, care and compassion. Please keep in mind while reading the negative reviews, that most complaints are about waiting. Lets face it, in most cases you are at the perinatologist because of some possible concern for your pregnancy. This is a stressful appointment and you want your questions and concerns answered when you are in the back with the technician, staff and doctor. That might fit into your appointment time and it might take longer. Those longer times mean the next patient might be delayed beyond their original appointment start time. Please have some consideration for those patients that might be getting good or bad news about their baby and need a little extra time with the doctor. Wouldnt you want others to allow you a little extra time to address your concerns with the doctor rather than rushing you out the door just to keep the schedule on time? Please just smile at the patients coming out to offer them comfort on the information they may have just received.

Been waiting for over an HOUR! They should really tell people ahead of time that they will be taking their sweet ass time so expect to be waiting for a while.... Real inconvenience.

I went in because I was at risk of preterm labor. I was the only one there and waited in a examination room. I was told the doctor wasnt even in the same city and would be in shortly. After being told 30 more minutes several times he finally showed up, 2 HOURS LATER! He then barely glanced at my ultrasound and told me I could have my baby anywhere from now till me due date ( which I already knew). I had to ask him about steroid shots to strengthen the babies lungs and he said we could do them .he then told me I would have to take one home and have someone inject it the next day. When I asked if the shot needed to be refrigerated or left at room temperature he said I dont know youll have to ask the nurse and left! I have never seen a doctor so uncaring and dismissive in my life. Especially when your unborn childs health is on the line .If I could give this place zero stars I would

I absolutely hated going here. Being a high risk dr you think Dr.Mirable would have better bed side manner but he treated me always always as an inconvenience. And his nurses were awful too. One of them I even asked to get a different nurse because she was so rude to me. Some kind of mix up happened and the nurse ASKED ME what testing I was supposed to get? Like what... Im already freaking out and to not have everything under control and ASK ME? Unacceptable. I would avoid this place at all cost or at least not see him.

Love the Dr. But the wait time is ridiculous waited over an hour just to be called back with only 2 people in waiting area. wouldnt recommend this office if you have some where to go!

This place is the worst. The office has technically closed b/c it is after 5pm and there are still 3 people waiting on their appointments to start.

They moved locations and didnt bother to let me know. Luckily, I was early enough to make it to my appointment on time.... Just to sit in the lobby for 30 minutes. Got to see someone show up 25 minutes after I did and got right in. The excuse for the waiting...Its the nature of the business. Sure wish I could use that excuse in my profession and get away with it.

Worst customer service ever. You wait for an hour with no one in the waiting room. Doctor sees you for 5 min and youre done. Couple hundred dollars later.
