Staff was unprofessional and inconsistent. Giving me different instruction and different products to prep for procedure. A lady called me at 5 pm and told me the doctor cancelled my procedure - no reason given. I requested the Dr. Holbrook call me and she said he would not. I asked her name and she said she would not tell me. I requested the Dr. call me a second time and she said no. This is a very mismanaged office. They do not return calls, you cannot leave a voice message - they say no one available to take your call - call later. Closed for an hour for lunch - no service or way to leave a message. The most disturbing is the Dr. not providing a reason and not calling me. I thought Dr. had a professional code they should follow. I would be careful about scheduling something here.

Was horribly sick after my procedure. Called Nurse had no idea what to do she transfered me where I left a message. This happened 3 times leaving a message to see if I could get ny results. Once I did reach someone all they said was everything was great. They schueduled a follow up virtual visit for today. Waited for 15 min the PA never came on. Would NOT recommend]!!!

Horrible experience! Dr was nice when and if he decided to speak. No results are given. Over a month later I’ve received no results only extra bills! Office staff has no knowledge of any kind. You pay “in full up front” is what they claim before services are given yet I keep being billed hundreds of dollars afterwards for random things!? Save your time, money and a headache and look for another facility.

Dr. Holbrook is an amazing doctor!! His nurse has always been prompt about returning calls and giving results. Dr. Holbrook is a very caring doctor and has a great bedside manner.
