First visit I never saw my Dr. Just the PA but I dont mind to me they are always most patient and Amber did not fail me. She was great!! She walked me through some things to change up, made recommendations and provided some samples for me to try. All of the staff I had an interaction with were super nice and explained the why.

The best doctor I have ever been too! She takes time to explain everything and I appreciate that. I feel so much better all ready, and it’s only been two months. I don’t like having to call when I get there and being caught in a loop trying to talk to a live person to let them know I’m setting in the parking lot. Covid has changed so many things!

Dr Darter knows her stuff. She has been able to help me when many others have not. I’m very grateful to her for her thoroughness and attention to detail.

I have to travel from Kansas for my appointments, and was a new patient during covid. The office was always extremely kind and flexible regarding rescheduled appointments. Once I did have appointments, I have been so impressed- from how long they took for consultation to how they handled a drug challenge. I never felt rushed and Dawn always listens to everything I have to say. The communication is better than any other doctors office I’ve ever had. She has called me herself to make sure I had questions answered and was comfortable. They go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of and that is so valued when it is a specialist.

The staff here is amazing. Front desk people are always polite and great help when I need a refill on a prescription. Rebekah Green help solve my allergy issues quickly and is always open to listen. She and her team even saved my from a giant spider I found in my car after a visit. :) So glad I chose this clinic.

Dr. Darter is extremely knowledgeable and will help get to the root of your issues. She helped me figure out that my symptoms meant that I was having migraines (rather than what I thought were just random and unrelated symptoms) and helped me get treatment for them and get them under control.

Becca is awesome! When I first started seeing her I was having ridiculous hives every day. That first visit she was very thorough and spent a good 45 minutes talking with me. Highly knowledgeable and informative. She also spends a good amount of time with you at follow up visits. I never feel rushed. I have had a couple of adverse reaction after injections and the staff took excellent care of me. You can tell that they genuinely care about people. Since I have started going here my allergy symptoms have been the best they have been in years. Highly recommend!

The staff at the Norman Office are awesome! They are very knowledgeable and they genuinely care about people. You can ask them questions and they spend as much time as you need them to. My allergies have been the best they have been in years. I would highly recommend!

Dr. Darter is great, she is very knowledgeable about all the types of asthma and allergy problems. I love how caring she is and her staff is so very wonderful.

Dr. Bellak is a wonderful doctor...he takes the time to listen to and answer any questions or concerns we have, is great with our son, is very thorough in everything that he does, and is always up to speed on the most recent developments in medicine to help his patients. I wish more doctors existed like him! His nurse, Kisha, is wonderful as well...she is always so kind and helpful! OIAAI has been a blessing to our family!

We are so grateful for this office! After having had several bad experiences at another allergy clinic, we stumbled upon them. It was such a gift. Everyone is so friendly and through. They answer all of my questions with patience and kindness. They treat my children so sweetly, even the ones that arent their patients. Thank you so much!

We are so impressed with the doctor here. My oldest son is eight and is allergic to peanut, grass and cedar. My youngest age one is allergic to egg and milk. We have done several food challenges here and started peanut desensitization today for my oldest. The staff is so friendly and the doctor always takes the extra time to explain everything and listen. They never rush you through an appointment like other doctors do. We really recommend this faculty.

Everyone is efficient, professional and personable. No long waits after appointment time. Time taken with me is sufficient for complete understanding for both patient and provider.

Excellent Service and customer care.

I love De Bellack and his team. I have to be honest, the front staff forgot to put me as there, I waited 45 min out in my car for my appointment. I called them at 30 min and it took 15 more minutes for them to text me and say that Dr Bellack was running extremely behind. I asked if I could wait and they said no he asks that you come another day. Know mind you I have been going there for over 2 years, Dr.B NEVER runs behind..and if he does, it is 5 mins or so..not 45...I asked for the next available first appointment which was 2 weeks later...then when I talked to the Dr is when I confirmed, they were not honest with me...just be honest and tell me you forgot..Covid-19 is alot different and mistakes happen.

Staff is always extremely friendly. Doctor’s and PA’s extremely knowledgeable. They are very thorough and I never feel rushed. Wait time for appointments are always minimal. I would highly recommend them.

Very friendly professional and knowledgeable staff. Prompt attention. In and out in a timely fashion.

I called to schedule an appointment for my child in the beginning of February and scheduled an appointment for March 19th. Then a couple of weeks later they called and said we need to reschedule because doctor will be off that day. Ok, we rescheduled for the 12th. We came to the scheduled time and the receptionists said we don’t have you scheduled and acted like it’s my fault. Did not apologize or offered to squeeze us in just to reschedule. I work! I had to take off work and waste my time! If you have my name in your system and my phone number and I’m a new patient then you made a mistake and you should fix it. I’m not going back. Unprofessional. I can only imagine what else can be wrong with that place.
