She is: knowlegeable, respectful, friendly and really nice. She listens to you and understands what you say and if not asks again. She makes sure your health comes first and always wants to see you healthy!

I have been going to Intergris and Dr Anderson for 8+ years. I always enjoyed Dr. Andersons personality and helpfulness but since she has become busier and started doing the News 9 stuff I feel as though her time and attention for patients has faded. I feel rushed now and as though my entire medical history isnt evaluated throughly. I will be moving on to another facility. Although I believe Dr Anderson is moving on from this practice as well.

Dr. Andersons friendly and efficient staff made me feel very comfortable, even during the Covid crisis. Test results were prompt, and all my questions were answered. I never feel hurried or ignored at Andersons office. I’ve been seeing Dr. Anderson for many years. Dr. Anderson and her staff are effective, efficient friendly, and caring. They communicate very well through the Integris app. Refills? No problem Replies are usually in a few hours. Labs? They got you, Debbie is right down the hall. I feel very safe with Dr. Anderson and all the staff at Integris. Absolutely thrilled. You ladies are amazing.

My wife and I were both patients of Dr. Anderson for several years and everything started out great. But over the past year, when we would need to get in, it would be weeks. The nurse answering the phone would tell us it would be best to just go to urgent care. For a while, my wife would see her PA Kristen because Dr. Anderson was never available, and Kristen was great. But even lately she cannot get in to see her either and takes days to get a response on the messenger system they have.Recently my wife has needed to get an MRI done and it has been rescheduled twice now over the past week and a half because they are still waiting on paperwork from Dr. Andersons office so it can be approved by the insurance. Needless to say, she sees her new doctor this week and we cannot wait. We are very disappointed because Dr. Anderson was such a great physician when we first started seeing her. But the longer we were a patient, the worse it got.

Rude receptionist. My first visit there I didn’t make it past her, she’s so rude I didn’t wanna bother seeing the dr. I’ll go elsewhere to find PCP. Wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy. Maybe find a better person to run the front and you’ll have more patients.

When I had my annual physical examination, I was happy to discover that Dr. Anderson was a participant in a clinical trial for a COVID-19 vaccine and that, after completion of clinical trials, the vaccine might soon receive FDA approval. I, like most people, would like to see the pandemic come to an end!

Dr. Lacy Anderson has been my doctor for several years. I am always completely satisfied with my visits with her. She is so caring and makes me feel comfortable when talking about any health issue. I never feel like she is in a hurry to get me out the door! I am confident with any diagnosis and treatment she gives me! I highly recommend Dr. Anderson!

Dr. Anderson has been my doctor for over a decade. I absolutely love her and the staff at Integris. She treats the whole patient and stays in close contact with any specialist that I see. She listens to her patients and cares deeply about their health. The nurses and staff are just as caring. From the lab to the front desk I have never had a negative experience at this office.

I have been a patient if Dr. Anderson’s for at least 5 years. I highly recommended her. She is very personable, does not make you feel she is rushed. She spends time with you and will answer any questions. I also like Intergis online portal. All of my doctors can see all of my health information and I can communicate with them through the portal. It really make the communication process really simple.

When I found myself running low on a med Ive taken for years, I got chewed out by some 20 something scheduler who cant fit me in till January and wont refill by thyroid meds. Its obviously time to find a new primary care doctor! Thanks for nothing Integris! Your staff needs additional customer service training.

I have been going to Dr. Anderson and her PAs for about 5 or 6 years now, and shes the best doctor Ive ever had. She is knowledgeable and isnt afraid to say she needs to look something up and get back to you. She is so funny and never makes me feel bad or stupid for asking questions.Her PAs, Tracy Toft and Krysten Jenkins, are also absolutely wonderful, which is important because Dr. Anderson can get booked up really fast, and sometimes you need to go to the doctor anyways.

If you want a non-rushed personalized treatment then look no further. First visit and it felt like I had been going there for years.

I started seeing Dr. Anderson 3 years ago after a horrific car accident I was in. She has been a life changer for me. She is the most caring doctor . She listens and is very personable . I can honestly say, I think she is the BEST doctor in the area.

None of the doctors are ever taking new patients and youre always put on hold for a long time before they tell you they wont see you. I also called last week talked to two people left name, number, and info and was never called back. This place is a joke and could care less about actually helping people.

Cannot get them to answer the phone. Called for the last 2 days at various times pressing various extensions. Just keeps ringing.

Dr. Anderson is very kind and believes in taking advantage of current medical research in treatment and preventative care. I wouldnt go anywhere else.
