Staff was rude and completely unresponsive I would texted questions emailed questions and left voicemails and no one ever returned my calls under any conditions I was there on a referral from the VA the medical assistant who is my contact let me know she didn’t care much for veterans or military people. Dr. Moses seem rather capable but his staff was a big zero spent my own money out of my pocket even though this was service related just to get away from them.

Dr Mark Moses, MD, is knowledgeable. I researched Dr Moses before we met Oct 4th afternoon. Dr Moses put a spray numbing agent on my right knee, before he did an injection. My right knee is pain free now. Thank you, Dr Moses for your education and knowledge.

Very good surgeon. Very good staff. Very good service. Make sure that you follow up diligently with your pain medications after the surgery as it might take sometime to refill them. Highly recommend him.

We have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Moses. I have healed great. We knew we had a Godly Dr. When he prayed with us before surgery. Thank you.

Last week I took my sister to the Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Center in Norman, OK for shoulder repair. When I arrived I was most impressed with how well the staff greeted and managed patients. I’ve had some terrible experiences with immature or untrained office staff, but not here. Once she was taken back to get prepped I saw an incredible group of nurses who were kind, skilled, helpful and worked together so beautifully. We left late that evening and did not receive any less care from the tired staff. Kudos to you Dr.Moses and your team for taking care of your patients as if they were family.

I recommended Dr. Moses to my family member and he did an amazing job treating her quickly after she had seen so many other specialists. She had a terrible time with his office staff though. Nobody answers the phone ever and the voicemail says to leave a message and you will get a call back in 24 hours but she would never get any calls back. The only way she was able to reach anyone was by calling a different department and they had to physically go get someone from the desired department. They would promise and assure that paperwork for her short term disability would be faxed in 5-7 business days but it would take 2+ weeks or never sent at all. She’s had to beg her leave of absence company to wait for her to get in touch with the doctor’s office and allow more time for the office to send in necessary paperwork that they were supposed to have sent already. She never received her short term disability checks on time because of the office and she has to struggle to get the back pay she is owed. Dr. Moses is great so it’s such a shame really.

I have to rave about Dr. Moses and his staff. The staff was very polite and friendly wgen calling to make my intial appointment. I arrived early to fill out all the paperwork, which wasnt more than 3 pages. The waiting room was clean and large. My appointment was pretty much on time, i think we had to wait 10 minutes past intial scheduled time to see the doctor. As Dr. Moses entered the room, he was smiling, pleasant and friendly. He was quick to get to t hff e pount of diagnosing and and explaining all that would be done.Day of surgery, he came to see me pre-op, and prayed for healing and guidance. He was confident and reassuring.Best experience with a surgeon.

I was treated less than sub humane today. They confirmed me for a 10:00 appointment which I confirmed with Becky. After driving the 1 1/2 hour from Piedmont to Norman and arrived on time they tell me that there are 4 people I grin of me and that the providers only have one room to treat patients. That there is nothing they can do. I ask politely why I was scheduled for a specific time (10:00) if I am going to have to wait over an hour to be seen. On top of this, I am is serious pain which is the main reason I called to do the ensure I was going to be able to be seen. I am deploying next weekend and this was the last chance I was going to have to see the dr. Before I deployed. There is something wrong with my shoulder after surgery. I explained this to the receptionist and they didn’t seem to care much about my illness all she asks is if I had a copy. I then proceeded to ask should I go to the emergency room why you scheduled me then if I am going to drive so far to be denied treatment even if I have an appointment. They said the dr. Leave at noon on Friday that we would not have a chance to see me anyway. I am making a formal complaint with Tricare and the military to have this Dr.’s office. Remove from the network. I don’t want any other service members to go thru the disrespect and humiliation I went thru at this office. Do not get me wrong. Dr. Moses is an excellent Dr. but his staff is substantially disrespectful and they are only there to make money not to take care of there patients. He did 2 surgeries on me and both time I had the same experience.SFC RoblesArmy Special Forces
