Last class on the roof..so sad..Maddy gave us a great class as usual..so much fun

Really amazing calorie burn! The music and the instructor were both amazing. Jamie A. definitely has a following of students in the front row of class- they know exactly the arm movement sequences she is going to do right when it happens. Jamie is also very motivating and I loved her energy. One of my favorite workout cycle classes (as a reference, I really enjoy cyclebar).Love their lockers and the fact that they have showers with everything you need! There aren’t many showers, so you will have to wait if it’s busy. A couple of negatives are that they charge for a lot here- the necessary shoes for the bikes are $3 per class to rent and they will charge you $4 for bottled water. Also, it was super hot in the studio without any fans and packed with people. So prepare to sweat more than you might expect. But super fun class and I would come back.

Loved my entire experience at soulcycle. The staff was super friendly in helping me figure out the best package option for someone that was just in town for a week. I had three different instructors with the different styles and it was great. It was my first experience with indoor cycling and it was a blast. Crazy intense workouts if you want them to be and youll sweat like nobodys business.The music is awesome!

Soul cycle is a great way to energize and revitalize your body! I love the music and the high energy of the workouts. The instructors are awesome!! If you love sweating in a high energy, yogi-like environment- then this is your place!

The instructors and facility are great! But I’m so used to my community-centered spin studio back home in San Diego that when I come here while I’m in college, the people don’t seem as friendly and motivating.

Soul Cycle is a completely unique spin class where you ride to the music and get your upper body really involved with push-ups and weights. Super friendly studio staff and really clean change area with 3 showers, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, face cleanser, deodorant, lotion, hairspray, hair elastics and bobby pins are provided. The music is awesome and I look forward to this workout every week! (I also have an electric car at the EV parking is right out front of this location at Fashion Island - bonus!)
