I started coming to this gym about 3 months ago and it has been nothing but a positive experience for me! The staff is very nice and welcoming. Whenever there has been an issue they addressed it immediately and were very accommodating. The gym is newly remodeled. All the trainers are super chill and helpful. This gym is for everyone!!

Loving this gym experience!!I travel a lot and am constant signing up for a weekly membership at a variety of gyms.Sabrina is the most personable and helpful support I’ve received at a gym in Newport Beach.I won’t mention the others, but wow if Curl isn’t heads and shoulders above the rest. It’s clean, the floor plan is easy to navigate, it’s got everything you need from well looked after machines to classes to an upstairs space overlooking the harbour.I don’t need to look for any other gym in Newport. This one is the best, and thanks again to Sabrina for making me feel like a long term member, excellent service!!

Be carefull !!! I stopped my membership after 1 year and they took me 600$ fees on my account. I called many times in order to get a refund and Sabrina told me that it’s a mistake and they gonna refund me. One week later she told me that finally they are unable to refund me. Absolutely non professionnal! THIEF !

Not only is the view of the marina great while you’re getting your workout in. But Sabrina, is such a joy. Bright eyed and bushy tailed she greetsme every time I walk in the building. Love the vibe of this gym. #committed

Such a great fitness facility! Curl has pretty much everything you need for a great workout. There is all new cardio equipment and a ton of weights. What I love the most is that it is well maintained and clean, which is important to me. The facility is also never over packed, so you can work out comfortably without needing to wait for equipment. Highly recommend!

The best gym around! Andrew helped me get started quick and easy. Him and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The gym has been upgraded a lot recently too. Its a chill place to go get a workout and theres quality equipment for any exercise you feel like.

Love this gym! It’s right on the Newport in Lido overlooking the harbor. Over the past year the new owners of really put some major work into this place. Never completely remodeled added a whole bunch of TVs on the cardio level all brand new equipment like treadmill stair climber air bikes and water rowers. They just upgraded their Dumbo selection in the Olympic squat rack with bumper plates in a platform. They really have all top-of-the-line equipment it’s all really spaced out and well organized. The place never gets too crowded either. Ask for andrew or dani they helped me get started with a really good deal. Highly recommend! Recommend!

Curl Fitness is probably my favorite gym in my community. The facility is so clean and everything smells brand new! The staff at this location are very polite and help with any questions that you may have. Music is amazing and defiantly look forward to working out here every time. The trainers here are also very knowledgeable. They give the best advice.

Man what an amazing Gym!This place just reopened under new ownership and it is looking awesome. They’re about to do a huge remodel and completely re-do the gym with a new everything from what I understand.This Gym has an amazing view right on the water and is in a great shopping center. It is definitely a local secret!Happy to have these guys come here and get workouts going again. Everyone was nervous it would be turned into a restaurant or something else. It is clean, well-maintained and ready for workouts. From what I hear after they remodeled the price may go up a little bit so you definitely want to get in now!

The first time I visited this gym I immediately realized how clean it is and how lovely the staff is! It has up-to-date equipment and everything you need to get a great workout in. One of the best things about the gym is that it never gets too busy. They have free, validated parking as well so don’t worry about having to pay to park in the parking garage.

Absolutely amazing facility. Its under new ownership and wow the difference it has made! Ive never been much of a class person, but they expanded their classes and schedule, and the classes blew me away. The instructors give you exactly what you ask for- a great workout and an amazing time doing it! Also this facility is always up-kept and clean which is appreciated since my previous gym was a disaster. The prices are amazing for this area, the lowest Ive found!

Signed up again after finding out new management had taken over and Im loving the changes. Major improvements have been made throughout the club including some brand new equipment, amazing staff and overall cleanliness of the gym. Prices are extremely fair for the beautiful location, high end equipment and amenities offered. I was paying twice as much for a far less at another local gym and so glad this place is back. Thanks everyone who helped get me started again!

Im in love with this location. Has everything I need and more. Experience yoga classes like you never have before with an unbelievable environment, great instructors. Also, has a ton of other classes and from what I have seen some great Personal Trainers. Easy parking and free in the structure. Definitely recommend giving it a try especially with the new ownership and if you heard about the remodel coming, its insane. Going to be a brand new gym w turf and top of the line equipment!! The view is too die for!!

Im super glad this gym is open once again. Its under new ownership and theyve really sparked up the place nicely. The views are amazing and its a very soothing homey atmosphere to train in. You can cool off after your training session and enjoy the views of the harbor and the ocean air. The staff is super friendly and they offer various types of equipment for all types of exercises. No matter what level of fitness you are at you will definitely find comfort and motivation training here.

Great new ownership over at Curl Fitness! I’m excited to be back working out here. It is in a great location in Newport with the cardio center overlooking the peninsula. Their new staff is awesome. Faith reached out to me since I was an old member and I ended up signing back up. New staff is all very accommodating. They have all the equipment you need ranging from cable stations to free weights, squat racks, hammer strength, a circuit training area, a spin room, and a studio as well!This gym is definitely a steal for the price. It’s an awesome little local gym in Newport Lido. Has the full complimentary towel and water service, and locker rooms with a couple showers as well.

This gym has amazing customer service! I really enjoy the fact that there are different options as far as classes go! My friend and I will be coming in regularly now and we can’t wait for the remodel! The best part is the affordable prices for the area that it’s in!

This gym is beautiful and all the equipment is new and very clean. It’s on the coast so it’s got a view and the staff is amazing also (Faith is my favorite!) I’m looking forward to their expanding class schedule and can’t recommend this gym enough!

This place was okay until some new management was put into place. Now Curl Fitness offers some new equipment and is heard to have a remodeling done. Its great to see businesses like this totally do a 360⁰ turn on things. I can totally promise anyone would be satisfied with this gym. & Im a pretty big critic when it comes to this stuff LOL take my word :))

I joined this gym about a year ago because I was impressed that everyone in there looked normal. No posing in spandex in front of the mirrors. It has been a great experience. The staff is friendly and it is always clean.

I’m so glad they re opened! I love this gym! It’s the only gym around that has everything from weights, cardio, classes and spin classes. They were telling me about the remodel they have planned and it sounds awesome! Not to mention all the stuff they have already done from fixing everything that was broken to just basic cleaning and making this place look so nice!

I was a bit on the fence when I heard Curl was back in business but after going in and seeing what the new owners have done I am now sooo happy that Curl is back! I met the new staff today, Micah, and Andrew took such good care of my sister and I. They rewrote our memberships and honored everything! They answered all our questions and were just overall super helpful! The place looks great! Even smells good haha! Way cleaner, organized, better energy, the list goes on! If you were a member before with the previous owners I definitely recommend stopping by to see what the new owners have done with the place! They are nothing like the last ones! They also told me they will be remodeling very soon which I am super excited to see how it turns out! Good luck to the new owners and staff! I can tell you guys are going to really turn it around! 11/10 recommend 😄

This is the best gym near the coast. Brand new equipment, no waiting for machines cardio is upstairs and has in amazing view I was greeted by Faith she is Great ! It’s so close to all the shopping centers and the classes are also expanding !

This is a very clean gym. I’ve been coming here for 2 years and the people, fitness equipment and location are awesome. It’s rifht across from the bay with a bay view.The plans are a little pricey but It definitely is a private gym. Go here if you want some privacy and want to avoid the crowds at 24 hour fitness.

There’s one thing that I have to say about this gym it’s not just a business it’s not something that you see in the plaza there’s something about this place that catches everybody’s attention the thing is this place makes everyone feel at home they have a very great team of people that enjoy doing the same thing which is giving customers what they want getting the benefits of what a person needs when it comes to signing up at a gym lucky for myself I got to experience that.

I am so glad that Curl Fitness is finally back in business here in Newport Beach! It is definitely a great gym to get a good workout done. Very friendly staff that greets you when you walk in. Not only does this gym have a variety of workout equipment such as cardio or lifting and many more, but they always offer a variety of classes. Whether you like Zumba or yoga they have it all. The trainers, they definitely know what they are doing and have experience to help me meet my goal. I got to admit that the best part is doing cardio on the second floor where the view is just amazing. This gym has lockers and showers which not many gyms have so thats an A+ for me.
