I feel very fortunate to of found such a quality gym with all new state of the art equipment. LOOK fitness is the best gym Ive been to in Orange County, and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to improve their fitness & health goals. Bryan is well educated and knowledgeable about everything related to health and fitness. I joined this gym for life. My wife is now a member and loves it just as much if not more than I do.

Im so beyond grateful to have found this gym. I worked out daily for two years at another local gym and was not getting the results I wanted. Within weeks of coming to The Look, I began to see extraordinary results that I never even dreamed were possible for my body. Bryan and all the trainers are so extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. They create easy to follow personalized meal plans and guide you every step of the way. They constantly go the extra mile and check in on your progress daily to help you reach your goals. I initially signed up for a six week program and the results were far better than I could have ever imagined- they are now stuck with me for life. I highly recommend contacting The Look!

I would highly recommend The Look Fitness located on the Penisula in Newport Beach, California. It is a unique private personal training facility with state-of-the-art equipment and an elite personal training team. I elected to do one-on-one personal training, and the improvement in my physical (and mental) health has been extraordinary. I am working with the owner Bryan Greene who has over 20 years of experience training individuals and making them feel like athletes. In addition, the nutritional expertise The Look offers has improved my diet and has resulted in a drastic improvement in my daily life in the form of weight loss and an increase in strength. I feel transformed and am honored to share my personal experience.

This picture is actually extremely difficult for me to post as I was so unhappy with how I looked. When I came across the advertisement for the 6 Week Challenge - Im going to be honest - I was extremely skeptical. Even after walking in to do the consultation with Bryan (you can ask him) I was GRILLING him with questions and concerns that I had. We probably sat there for a solid two hours discussing my body goals and how the challenge was going to work. Bryan made sure that I was going in this 100% committed, confident and ready to work. For those of you who are looking to get into fitness, whether the reason is to lose weight, or to just live a healthier lifestyle. PLEASE, PLEASE PLEASE do yourself a favor, invest in yourself and join The LOOK. Without their amazingly friendly trainers, I wouldnt have been able to complete the challenge successfully. Bryan, Michelle, Ryan and Randy really kept me accountable every day/week and I am forever grateful for those four.

The Look Fitness is an incredible gym if youre looking for true workouts without the crowds. They offer a solid mix of group classes as well as time and space for your own workouts or private training.I cant say enough about the owner and world class trainer, Bryan Greene. Ive been through many gyms (big and small) and worked with as many trainers over my 51 years, and Bryan has been the best hands down. He challenges you with new ways to do exercises you know (and ones I didnt know), and he explains the theories behind his concepts. His corrections come with reasoning, and he constantly watches you to confirm solid form. If youve been a part of group classes elsewhere, youve probably seen really bad form resulting in injuries. Bryan puts a max on his group classes and watches/corrects everyone with a caring eye while also sharing praise and motivation.I would highly recommend Bryan and his boutique gym, The Look Fitness. Newport Beach residents should be flocking here. Bryan set me up with a personalized nutrition plan to go along with a consistent workout schedule, and Im down 8% in body fat in less than 5 weeks and shooting for 10% in 6 weeks. Theres no magic pill, but Bryan will guide you through a life changing experience if you put in the effort and follow his personalized nutrition plan.

Weekly reminders, caring instructors and friendly members encourage success and long term results. As a professional in the fitness industry for over twenty years I am a pretty tough critic, however he listened to my individual goals and made weekly checks to ensure follow through. Great Experience!I am a college student who, with two other friends took up the 6 week challenge. I must admit, when my friend informed me of this 6 week challenge I wasnt quite motivated. I thought that loosing 6% body fat in such a short amount of time was near impossible for me. In my mind, Id fostered excuses to why it wouldnt be a such a good idea to take the challenge but nevertheless (dont ask why because I was quite afraid at the moment), I signed my life away to this challenge-- hahaha. Personally I dont regret it. After completing the challenge, I lost 6.8% body fat and went down 15.5 lb. I definitely recommend The LOOK Fitness! The classes are very powerful and make you sweat! Trainers in this gym are beyond great. They actually care about your progress and answer all your questions and concerns. Beyond that, they make sure that you are taking the right classes and eating properly to meet your goal as well as express great amounts of support. Needless to say, the workouts are fun because music is never a problem. Better yet, one of the many highlights of The Look Fitness is that you exercise in groups rather than alone and become further motivated to work out. The quality of this gym is spectacular! If it werent because Im on budget, I wouldnt think twice rolling over to a membership.

DO NOT TRUST THE FREE PROGRAMS or the owner Bryan Green!!! I had a family emergency that took me out of town for 3 days right before I had a scheduled vacation. The challenge I was a part of would have ended a few days into my vacation and he was well aware of that. My 95 year old grandmother got sick right before my 1st Anniversary vacation that I had planned for 8 months. HE WONT REFUND MY MONEY because I didnt fulfill my end of the contract. The lack of compassion this guy has is unbelievable. He want to build his business by word of mouth. My words are RUN AS FAST IN THE OTHER DIRECTION AS POSSIBLE WHEN YOU SEE THEIR AD!!!!

Bryan and theLook fitness have been a great experience! I loved their classes and the personalized touch and feel of the gym as well as Bryan’s workout planning was awesome. I came across the ad for the 6-week challenge on Instagram and was skeptical when I first saw it. Yet, I still decided to check it out and I scheduled a consultation. I am very glad I did this, I started the challenge weighing in at 225.9lbs and ended the challenge weighing 199.7lbs. The facility is fairly small but the classes I took tended to have no more than 10 people present, thus allowing the instructors to truly help out anyone who needed assistance or clarification on anything. One complaint I have is the lack of classes that would easily fit in my schedule and there were some classes that I was interested in trying but they were only offered on specific days and times and these did not always work with my schedule. Another complaint that I had was the $600 deposit that is required to participate in this “free” program, yet they were able to set up payment plan for me so that was a little more accommodating. While here, I worked with Bryan and Michelle the most, and both of them are really great. Both Bryan and Michelle were very friendly and seemed to genuinely care about helping people reach their fitness goals. I highly recommend checking out a bootcamp or a battle ropes class with Michelle or a boxing class with Bryan, because these were some of my favorites. In conclusion, if you are on the fence about doing the program, just like I was, just check it out, I am glad that I did!

Six-week challengeTL: DR: Participated in the 6-week challenge and lost 10% (21 lb) of body fat. No diets or supplements and such, just eating healthy and working out 3 times a week.Like many of us, I work out (twice a week + bike commuter) but hardly see anybody change. So, over the summer, I decided to participate in the six-week challenge at The Look Fitness. We all know nutrition being the most important thing about being healthy, but we tend to ignore it. Or like me, I simply never gave a genuine try to eat a balanced and nutritious diet. Through the six-week challenge, while challenging I was able to learn about portion control and substitutions of heavy foods for light foods that still fill you up but didnt leave you with an excess of calories. For the most part, most of my daily meals didnt really change. I did have to eat less often and fewer amounts of pizza from time to time. Among other things, avoiding to eat at fast food restaurants, on the bright side, there was a whole new menu I got to explore from restaurants. The work out the aspect of the challenge was pretty amazing. The small group exercise classes are really enjoyable. The variety of classes are even more amazing. This including Bootcamp, Strength Training, Boxing, Yoga, Core and much more. Another cool feature, at least personally, its that its a small gym creating a sense of familiarity among your fellow gym goers and coaches. I really like consistency and the gym delivers a consistent but amazingly flexible schedule and every class with pure energy. I roughly worked out about an hour and a half more per week than on my own but felt that I got a drastic different result from this workout. The drastic work out change allowed my body to maxim weight loss; steadily over six weeks. Its a really awesome place. Would love to continue going to the gym, but I finished my graduate program at UCI and had to relocate for work.

Scam to take your money. I hit my weight goal and they are making it impossible to get my money back. The workouts really aren’t designed to the type of weigh gain they ask of you anyway. Ryan has not been helpful and has avoided me. I wish I wouldn’t have spent my time and money here.

Definitely had fun in all of my classes! My favorite was the TRX suspension class with Tara. If I had followed my diet strictly, I would have lost so much more- however, I was still able to lose 7 pounds, gain 3 pounds of muscle, and lose 7.2% body fat! I wish there was more class variety at night. I could only attend classes after 5 pm because of work, so it was always abs, bootcamp, or TRX suspension class. Really wanted to try the elite bar class.

Here are the results of my 6 week challenge. While Im happy with my results Im completely disappointed with the owner Brian Greene. I joined under what was advertised as a free 6 week program promoting The Look Fitness by social media, social online reviews, before and after pics, and checking in at The Look Fitness at least 18 times during this period. I followed this program diet and workout schedule to a tee even exceeding my allotted 3 classes per week. This free program requires a $599 deposit to make sure you stick with the curriculum and complete it. Upon completion and my final weigh out I was told I would not be receiving my $600 deposit back because I did not lose 25 lbs, 6% body fat, or gain 6lbs muscle. I lost 4.6% body fat and gained 4.2 lbs of muscle instead. I would have never in a million years sign up for a 6 week $600 program if I didnt expect to receive my deposit back as described in the initial group consultation. I even remember Brian saying that it wasnt important to hit the goals if you stuck with the program until completion.Brian has the right to run his 2 year old business as he likes but I doubt that the negative reviews that will continue will help grow his clientele.I do want to make a point that The Look Fitness has a great training staff motivated me to stick with the program from start to finish. A special thanks to Michelle, Carmen, and Riley who keep on your form during the Boot Camp, TRX, Battle Ropes, and Butts and Gutts classes. While the diet portion of the program is hard to adjust to at first it gets easier by the end of week 2. Unfortunately I can not recommend The Look Fitness due to the business practices of the owner.I would like to re-concur that I did follow the nutrition program down to every meal. I never told you (Brian) or any of the staff that I was not following the meal program. Ive talked to other participants of this program with similar results. I even attended MORE classes then was on the program and continued to work out and run the last week when I ran out of classes. I understand that you will not reward my $600 deposit as the program advertises but want others to be aware of this deceptive program. What a lot of people dont know is the program stipulates an online review before a reward of deposit is granted.

This is my The Look Fitness “testimonial”. For the record I should say that I’ve never written one before.Wikipedia says ” a testimonial consists of a persons written or spoken statement extolling the virtue of a product.” Okay then. This should be easy.Let’s start with some stats:· Started my 6 week weigh-in: 226 pounds 26% bodyfat.· Finished my 6 weeks 197 pounds 16% bodyfat with visible abs (even though most so-called experts say you can’t see abs at 16% bodyfat, mine were visibly chiseled although slightly covered in hair. If anyone reading this doen’t believe me, message me and I’ll send you a pic of what hairy abs look like (got lots of compliments on them, but I digress))WOW!!! This really, really freakin’ works.First of all I want to say thanks to the entire The Look Fitness team for the assistance and encouragement. Especially to Gym General Bryan Greene for setting up the program and for all the coaching and training and encouragement AND especially for Bryan’s contagious energy, excitement and passion for life. And to my friends who convinced a perhaps unwilling participant to give it a try with them. To be fair I had seen the amazing progress in my friends – and who wouldn’t want to get some of that? But even so, there is always some lingering doubt at the beginning of a difficult task. And while I was excited and encouraged, I was still a bit doubtful.Everyone’s story is different but mine perhaps sounds similar. I had gotten sloppy and lazy from a fitness perspective. I guess the excuse “too BUSY” is relative, but one I definitely used. Dazed and confused, I found myself at this point 6 months after intensely grinding to get a new business up and running. I found myself 15 lbs. heavier than I thought I should be and not liking what I saw in the mirror one post new year’s morning. An acquaintance of mine also struck a nerve when she commented on me wearing baggy clothes, I had subconsciously been avoiding my fitted clothes because they just didn’t quite sit right on my body anymore. It snuck up on me - too many other things to do, not enough time in the day, food too good and convenient – you know all the excuses. And yes, they are excuses. And yes, it snuck up fast…in a 6 month time frame I went from exercising 6 days per week to exercising no days per week. I also went from being on point with my meal plan 100% of the time to having cheat days as the rule not the exception. As a former highly successful competitive cage fighter/competitive bodybuilder/college rugby all-star/ high school baseball and football standout, I’m no stranger to exercise and hard work and achievement. All my coaches in every sport used to say, Rogers you’re an above average athlete who just outworks everyone. For the first time in my life I was in the predicament of knowing what work to do just not doing it. UHHGGG!!! It was a horrible pitNobody is responsible for your health and wellness but yourself. And guess what? You also have the ability to control it.This program shows you the way if you’ve never learned it before, and puts you squarely back on track if you’ve come off life‘s rails a bit or completely ‘trainwrecked’ (where I was).Well from above we know what I’ve lost – 29lbs. 20 pounds by week 4 weigh in, no weight loss week 5 weigh in (because I cheated on my meal plan), after encouragement and a “loving” slap on the hand from Bryan, I got back on track and lost 9 pounds by end of challenge weigh in. And I guess the story could end there. But there’s also a side-effect to this “The Look Fitness” experience, at least in my case, and individual experiences may vary.It sounds a bit crazy but once again I’m reminded of possibility and accomplishment. Of mental and physical toughness. And of personal responsibility – to yourself. So I’ll say it again – THANKS!Kirk Huggins Rogers6 week ChallengeClass of 2017
