So thankful for Daniel and his knowledge! I have a pinched never in my back, specifically my sciatic nerve. After going to see a physical therapist for a couple weeks I still wasn’t feeling much better. I decided to go see Daniel and in the first training he was able to help me more than in all the combined physical therapy appointments I had previously had.He was able to to determine what muscles where affected just by the way the muscles felt. The physical therapist would continuously ask, “does this hurt?” But Daniel was able to tell what was wrong without even having to ask. His knowledge is incredible and I would recommend him to anyone!

Daniel is an absolute genius. I have met a lot of personal trainers but none that have the understanding and ENERGY that Focus Athletics brings to every workout. Daniel is the real deal with 2 degrees and more certifications than most *teams* of trainers. He understands the body extremely well to tailor workouts specifically to the needs and goals of each client. He specializes in helping athletes recover and grow to meet their goals. I had no idea the imbalances in my body until Daniel pointed out some new lifts and stretches I could do to meet my goals. I highly recommend training with Daniel and could not recommend a better personal trainer in Orange County than Daniel at Focus Athletics.
