Excellent service! I needed an emergency root canal and Dr. Sprague took care of me on a Saturday night with very short notice. He made sure I was comfortable and not experiencing any pain. I highly recommend coming here if you need his services.

I visited Dr. Sprague years ago with some cosmetic concerns (a large gap between my two front teeth) and to fix an old root canal, post and crown that had degraded over many years. The root canal went flawlessly, but what most impressed me was that, while he said he could surely address my cosmetic concerns, rather than insult my teeth (which were otherwise healthy), he referred me to an orthodontist. In other words, while I was willing to spend significant $$ on caps or veneers, he put my interests before his own. Good guy who truly has a passion for his craft.

Dr. Sprague is an amazing dentist who genuinely cares about his patients. When I first went to Dr. Sprague I was dentist phobic because another dentist had created a mess in my mouth that had left me with eight extremely painful and ugly teeth that I was embarrassed to be seen in public with.I have been in both his Beverly Hills and Newport Beach offices for treatments, His state of the art dental offices, with the latest equipment is great for patients like myself because crowns can be completed in one visit rather than having to go back, which saves valuable time and money.Today I have beautiful teeth, a smile Im proud of and I am no longer terrified to go to the dentist.Because of Dr. Spragues never ending patience and gentle touch, eight veneers, several root canals, crowns and one implant later, I can tell you without question, that he is a fabulous dentist.

This review isn’t about Dr. Sprague himself, it’s about his receptionists. I chipped my front tooth before Christmas and Dr. Sprague got me an appointment right away, but unfortunately I came down with the flu. Since then the receptionist have been going back and forth with me. I tried to make an appointment 3 different times and they said they would call me back and never did! Then I requested off work made an appointment and waited 3 weeks only to find out it was pushed back another week! I requested off work for this appointment! They texted me that it was canceled. How unprofessional is that. They should be trying to squeeze me in as much as possible. This is a chip in my front tooth! Plus out of me being kind, Dr. Sprague wanted to squeeze me in even though he was busy and I told him not to worry about it and I can wait. So by me being kind to him I get screwed over?? I’m honestly in shock.

I am very thankful that I found Dr. Sprague! He is the Best Dentist in the industry! That is why my family and I have gone to him exclusively for years. He is professional, caring, Honest, highly skilled and flexible. He has an amazing personality and he always finds a way to accommodate me and my hectic schedule. I travel from Las Vegas Nevada to his Newport Office for each appointment and it is worth the drive. Before Dr. Sprague I was completely terrified of going to the dentist due to horrific past dental encounters. When I am in Dr. Spragues chair I feel safe, relaxed and have minimal discomfort. He has not only saved and fully restored my smile but he boosted my self esteem and confidence. Now going on all of my acting and singing auditions I feel a step ahead of the game! I cant thank him enough for maintaining his integrity and high quality performance. His entire staff is equally professional and amazing, especially the beautiful Idania!
