Nearly 3 weeks of trying to contact the office to make an appointment for 2 people. Messages left and emails sent remained unanswered. No worries, plenty of other places available

The absolute worst. DO NOT buy a Groupon. No follow up for the second zoom whitening. Horrible.

Dr. Nili and her staff are amazing. They are welcoming and kind. Dr. Nili really cares about the health of your teeth. I originally went there for Zoom Whitening and liked her so much that I’m switching dentists to her! Oh and my teeth are really white now too! Five stars all the way! :)

I love Dr. Nili’s office. The entire staff is really wonderful and amazing! The staff was wonderful. I started 2 speak with her assistant in Spanish & she was nice enough 2 reply to me in Spanish (all treatment related) The dentist from a different room started shouting really loud ENGLISH ONLY, NO SPANISH, IF U BOTH SPEAK ENGLISH THAN SPEAK ENGLISH Than minutes later started speaking really loud in her native language 2 another client. Thats Discrimination and racism in my eyes

The sweetest doctor ever, Dr. Nili. She has the best and fairest prices in all of OC. Her office was very clean and comfortable, and her assistant, Janine, welcomed me into the office super kindly and quickly.I had a Zoom Whitening done here for a mere fraction of the cost you find in LA. She also pointed out a preventative measure I can do for my teeth health that other dentists did not find before, which I find so helpful in ensuring the longevity of my teeth health.I am referring everyone I know to her, and if youre debating on who to go to, look no further than Dr. Nilis office and Janine to help you.

Professional, and with the mouth appliance for zoom (for teeth whitening) I did not experience any gum discomfort. And the first dental office with a nice view !! (Of Fashion Island).

Never had a crown before and I was very nervous. Dr. NIli was super professional and caring and made this whole experience a positive one for me by communicating to me every steps she was taking and giving me step by step heads up of what to expect as she was performing the procedure.

Dr Nili has had great patience with my adult autistic son. Step by step watching his tolerance to her cleaning his teeth. I am proud to say at 22 he has no cavities and now mostly enjoys his bi-annual dental cleanings. Dr. Nili and her staff have been very patient and flexible with us.

The assistant who set me up asked me many questions to ensure that I was an appropriate candidate for Zoom, and thorougly explained any possible side effects that I could experience post Zoom. She gave me a fuzzy blanket to keep me warm and comfortable (Im always cold), and I had a view of Fashion Island, which was nice. I was able to text my friend during the entire process ( but it was a bit diffucult because I had to hold my arms up and they were gettting sore).The most difficult part of the process for me was to remember to keep biting down on the tray that they put in my mouth, with a certain amount of pressure (I was very relaxed, so I had to remain cognisant of biting down).I have some sensitivity in my teeth, and I did experience a bit of discomfort for about a day afterwards. The assistant had informed me that this could happen, and said to take three advil. I took three ibuprofin (generic) and it didnt do much. Maybe I needed the brand name? Anyway, no biggie. Oh, and she said to avoid anything cold or hot, so I did that.She told me to eat white or clear foods for the follwoing twenty-four hours, so I bought mashed potatoes and chicken to eat (white meat counts, right?) and some vanilla yogurts. And of course, I avoided coffe for a couple days. Not sure what foods are clear (lol).Im pleased with my results. My teeth are whiter, but no white to the point where theyre unnaturally white.I go back for a touch up in three months.Oh, and I briefly met Dr. Nili, and found her to be a very nice, pleasant lady.Its a great deal, go for it.

To be honest, I came in using a Groupon to whiten my teeth. I knew I had some actual dental problems to address from my own dentist, but I currently dont have insurance. As any professional dentist would do is to do an exam before bleaching. Obviously they saw a cavity that was in my front tooth. I explained my situation. We worked out my payment and fixed my tooth. Not only did they address the cavity, but unlike most insurances that only cover they Amalga filling, they matched up to the whiteness of my other front teeth. Except for the lil pinch to numb, no pain whatsoever...and Im the biggest baby!!!!!! They are friendly and do a great job.

I had my called returned by a receptionist I would assume whose customer service seemed poor and pushy. Excuse me if I simply did not understand or misheard a date to proceed with a potential appointment. The receptionist then SREAMS the date at me. I was appalled to be frank. The receptionist then hangs up the phone without effort to digress. I was extremely surprised. You cant buy class no matter the area i suppose. Just thought to share my experience. Its always good to call and get a feel for a place of business before taking a trip in. A phone call goes a long way as well as a pleasant voice.

Dr Nilis patients couldnt be in a better place. Dr Nili is caring and very skilled.

I chipped my front tooth, and looked like a hick. Dr. Nili made it look perfect again; even the ridges matched the other teeth. My mom was stunned and couldn’t figure out which one it was that had been chipped. This is the second one Dr. Nili has had to fix. She is a perfectionist and an artist and even her standard cleaning is insanely superior to any regular cleaning.

Always have a pleasant experience here, the technician pays attention to details and makes sure you are comfortable as well as pain free.
