Dr Cross was very detailed oriented when replacing my crown. I had a temporary installed while i waited for the crown. Additionally I had teeth whitening by zoom and cleaning during the time leading up to my new crown arriving. Overall I was very satisfied with the level of service from his entire staff at OC Lifesmiles. I highly recommend Dr Cross.

The most trustworthy dentist Ive ever visited! Dr Cross has been exceptionally honest with me and all of my family members, as he has recommended more practical (and less invasive and less costly) solutions to dental concerns versus other dentists that we have seen for the same issues. OC Lifesmiles is the best dental practice in OC. Dr Cross changed my dull teeth to a bright youthful appearance. Tiffany my hygienist is excellent; knowledgable, gentle and painless. The staff are friendly and very helpful with billing/insurance/scheduling etc. The receptionist greets patients by name at sign in. The facility is clean and parking is abundant. Search no further, OC Lifesmiles is perfect and painless.

Dr. John Cross is the best dentist in Orange County. I left for 4-5 years because of a billing issues, but after a few bad and painful experiences with other dentists with 5 star ratings on Yelp, I had to come back to Dr. Cross. I can’t dispute that he is a top notch dentist. He is quick, but also a perfectionist and always ensures you have zero pain during and after procedures.

Ive been going to this office for over 20 years, every dentist and staff member has been wonderful. During a brief period where I was stuck with an HMO plan, I had to find dentists that took the plan....and there are some very unethical groups out there.....in both instances, the FINANCE person was the first person I saw, and the office refused to do the cleaning I am covered for unless I first let them charge me >$500.00 for a scaling. SO glad to be back with Dr. Cross and group!
