Very clean and nice environment. Reception and dentist are very friendly and welcoming. Dentist is very professional. They won’t sell you anything that is unnecessary. My 7 year old son has a very nice experience in there. Our whole family is looking forward for our next checkup. Really highly recommended.

I cant give this office enough praise. I called at 9am, right when they opened, because I had cracked a tooth the day before and an old filling had fallen out (a filling not done by Birch). Iris and Dr. Justin were able to squeeze me in that day due to a cancellation. Not only did both of them remember details of conversation from my last visit (over a year prior) but every member of the staff was so kind and sweet. I have severe anxiety relating to the dentist, and have since I was a kid. I didn’t even have to say that I was anxious, the dental assistant handed me a stress ball to hold while they were working and even had a massage roller that he used on my forehead to help keep me calm while I got numbed, and gave me headphones to listen to music to keep me distracted. Dr. Justin walked me through how bad the extent of the damage was (not terrible thankfully) and Iris gave me a full financial breakdown before the service was performed. I recently lost my dental insurance, and they all worked with me to get me the care I needed immediately and at reasonable out of pocket expense without insurance. Not only that, Dr. Justin told me I had 2 options, to either replace the filling that had broken (a more temporary fix) or get a crown (a more permanent but more expensive fix). He worked with me to get me the best fix for my situation without having insurance. Ive had many previous doctors who would have pushed a more expensive fix onto me simply because it would make them more money, and Dr. Justin put my needs before his own by suggesting the less expensive but relatively temporary new filling, and informed me that eventually I would likely need a crown in the future, but that “eventually” could mean anywhere from a couple years to a decade just depending on how well I care for my teeth. I was in and out in barely over an hour, with a small bill to pay, all before lunch. I couldn’t be more thankful, 100/10, would always recommend.

The major reason that I choose Birch Dental for me and my two children is based on the online rating, and I know Dr. Justin can speak Mandarin. My English is communicable but when it goes to Medical terms, my understanding is very low. It proofed that Dr. Justin can speak both English and Chinese very well. Everyone here is extremely friendly, caring, and professional. Dr. Justin explains everything in a thorough manner and is straightforward with how you can care for your own teeth. Iris is super nice and you can tell how knowledgeable she is in running the office. Brenda is a really spot-on dental assistant and is super quick in prepping everything. I did not go to a dentist for 9 years and they helped me reverse my periodontal disease. Their prices are also extremely reasonable and every procedure is always based on sound reason and medical science, rather than upselling. I would highly recommend anyone to go here!

Found Birch dental on yelp as I was looking for a new dentist in the Irvine area since I just moved back here from LA. They did not disappoint, they were very helpful prior to my appointment and I was warmly welcomed by the doctors wife who was working the front desk, she gave me a tour of the very clean and inviting space. During your cleaning they have a tv with headphones to help relax you. Overall experience was very nice and excited to continue going back to them.

As a busy real estate agent I only go see a dentist when I have a tooth problem. I broke a crown last week and they are the only office that could get me in first thing in the morning. I went in thinking I was just going to get some emergency dental work and then be done, but was pleasantly surprised at the service and decided to make them my regular dentist.The office itself is nice and relaxing, the ladies at the front desk are always nice and helpful as well. Dr Justin did a great job on my crown with the new scanning technology. I gotta admit I was a little worried at first when he said the tooth might be hard to save but he absolutely nailed it! Great quality care. Good Covid precautions in place (they text you while you wait in your car). Dr Justin spent a good deal of time with me, explaining everything in detail and giving me good suggestions/recommendations. Wow! I have been terrified of the dentist all my life, so I put off getting work done for a long time. I started to have some pain and knew I needed to find a dentist to take a look and thank goodness I found Birch Dental. I have never had such a fantastic dentist experience. I felt so welcomed as soon as I came in the door. I received a tour of the office which was not something Id ever had before. Unlike my past experiences, I didnt have to wait to be seen, I was signed in and seen right away. One thing tat contributed to my fear of dentist was just being told that something was wrong but not why or how they were going to fix it. Dr. Justin went into great detail about every problem area, showing pictures of my own teeth along with demonstrative videos and graphics to help me understand where the problems were, what they looked like, how he would fix them, and how it could be prevented. They also were very clear about how my following procedures would work an dhow much each would cost with my insurance. After my first visit, I was actually excited to come back for my other procedures, which is something I never thought I would say. The patients comfort is of the utmost importance to them and its very apparent from the minute you walk in. I cannot recommend Birch Dental, Dr. Justin and his team enough! I’ve been coming to Birch Dental for the past year and my time has been amazing. In the past year, I came in with teeth pain, cavities and all sorts of Oral health problems. Once I started getting treatment from Dr. Hsieh the pain started to go away, had a treatment plan I could follow, and saw my oral health improve.I have been to multiple dentist offices before, and none of them have offered me the same amount of care, respect, and quality of treatment than what Birch Dental has given me in the past year.I’m very thankful for Birchdental for treating me and helping me improve my oral hygiene.

When I was told that the dentists in UC Irvine have been fully scheduled till next month, I decided to have a try on Birch Dental since I can use UC Irvines insurance here.It turns out to be great. The whole place is new and clean with advanced facilities. Dr. Hsieh is very professional and patient, he can speak both English and Chinese so that I could understand my situation and suggested treatment well.Im quite satisfied with Birch Dental and have made my appointment for the next time.

The doctor’s brother and the front desk lady are both very enthusiastic and friendly in Chinese. It’s the first time I see the teeth and it’s more serious. Directly explain to me in Chinese and give me suggestions. The whole process is very smooth. The insurance will not reimburse them for the first time. I did a second effort for me and I finally reported it. I really appreciate them T^T. I sincerely recommend international students who come here to go to this clinic. There are many professional explanations of teeth, or they can speak Chinese as long as they can speak Chinese. After all, health is the most important thing~
