Smart RX really went above and beyond for me and my family. My family recently got diagnosed with covid, and I called Yaakov from smart rx to see how he can help. He organized a covid 19 monoclonal antibody infusion for 4 of my family members within the same night. I cannot thank him enough!!! We reached out late at night and needed a Regeneron infusion at a remote location (not in the hospital) and the SmartRx team was all over it!! They set up an appointment for the next day, followed up with all the details of getting their medical technician into the location, checked in to make sure all was going well, and gave a call afterwards to make sure we had all the information about how to care for the patient after the infusion. Incredible customer service, response time, and follow up…and genuine concern for the patient and the patient’s family.

The service here is impeccable! The vaccine was quickly administered and safely and clean. The associates are really friendly. I highly recommend to get your vaccine here, same day appointment but make sure to call to find out which day they give Pfizer or Moderna. They have different days for both so make sure to check that. Besides that everything is great. 10/10 would recommend.

We came to get the vaccine and the service was amazing! They even gave us advice on where to get vaccine-sponsored stuff like donuts and fries lol.

I received the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine here. I scheduled my appointment online through their website. They called to confirm my appointment. Everything was well organized when I arrived. They processed my ID and insurance card and I received my shot within a few minutes. Super quick and easy. Everyone was very friendly and attentive as well. If you’re looking for a pharmacy for purposes other than the COVID vaccine, they accept all insurance and deliver medications regardless of your location. I highly recommend this pharmacy!

My pharmacy closed and I had to recently look for a new one. Tried the local CVS and nowhere pharmacy but wasnt crazy with the service. My friend recommended SmartRx which has been incredible. Great place, I went here in Oct 2020 to have an eye exam for the DMV. Staff was very friendly and informal on how the submission of the eye exam works. In February 2021 I received an email from DMV that I needed to submit my eye exam results. I was concerned that 4 months had passed and I may have to do the exam again. I called the pharmacy and the staff were able to resubmit my results the same day.AMAZING service and AMAZING staff. Definitely, recommend the place.

My kids got tested for covid here last minute with very little wait, it was so convenient and gentle that I decided to get my second covid shot here, again it was last minute and there was virtually no wait, the shot was a small pinch and the staff was very friendly and made sure to ask me which was my dominant hand so that I could get the shot in the other arm.

Everyone is nice and friendly and they take their time explaining things to you. The staff do not rush you out of the store or off the phone. The staff is very patient and knowledgeable! I love this pharmacy and will continue to do business with them! They deliver as well which is amazing!
