Cannot emphasize enough how fantastic Dr. Fay is. Not only did she do BEAUTIFUL work, but she has the best bedside manner I have ever experienced from a doctor. She took as much time as I needed to answer my questions and I was never rushed in and out of the office. After my surgery she took as much time as my mom needed to answer questions about caring for me while I recovered. In all of my follow-ups after surgery she was thorough and caring and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. I had my surgery a few days before the city shut down because of Covid and she went out of her way to open the practice for me for my immediate follow-ups even though everything in the whole world was closed. Truly an exceptional experience!!

By far the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I can’t even believe it. The staff is very professional and kind. From check in to check out, they provided very pleasant service. Dr. Fay is very knowledgeable and super nice herself. My consultation was a full hour because she thoroughly explained the procedure and answered every single question I had. In no moment was she dismissive or in a rush to get me out. By the end, I felt completely comfortable going through with the surgery. Post op was another plus. The team was available when I needed them in the middle of the night and even checked in on me a few hours after our call to see if I had improved. Hands down, I absolutely recommend Dr. Fay. 5-stars do not come close to what she deserves.

Two exceptional visits, years apart, consistent quality healthcare.I had two separate visits (around 8-9 years apart) to have my wisdom teeth removed. My first extraction was stellar (slightly impacted if I recall) and I had already ear-marked Dr Fay if/when I needed the remaining wisdom teeth out.Dr Fay is warm, honest, and caring [quick-witted too :)] She and her team stand out in my mind amongst healthcare providers because of their pre-op, op, and post-op care and attention to details. The best single word I can use to describe their approach is “anticipation” - they understand common concerns, they understand coming from anesthesia getting post-op care breakdown you don’t remember everything so an evening call is made, lastly they understand me personally and made me comfortable.A++

I made appointment weeks ago and I was told my insurance is accepted by the doctor. The day of the appointment, the receptionist told me that my insurance is not accepted and I have to pay everything out of my pocket. They give me the reason that they dont have enough staff member to call the insurance to verify for weeks. And they finally get the time to call once I stepped into their office. Such a joke! They wasted my valuable time to schedule appointment with another doctor. I have to suffer another few weeks for the pain that I am enduring now. This doctor is certainly not put patient as their priority.

Dr. Fay and her team were exceptional. All my concerns and fears were met with genuine care and professionalism. I was a stranger off the streets in terrible pain but was cared for and treated as a life long friend. Two visits (1 random and 1 procedure), 4 wisdom teeth, and a few days of minimal soreness is a fair price for the experience and treatment provided to me. Thank you Dr. Fay and team. Sherrill Fay left my friend with permanent nerve damage and I’ve heard of others who have suffered complications after visiting her. She’s apparently a rouge doctor getting away with malpractice — avoid her like your life depended on it.

Sherrill Fay is the worst and most dangerous doctor I’ve ever visited. She leaves people with permanent nerve damage. Incompetent. See Dr. Fay at your own risk.

I had my wisdom tooth extraction surgery here with Dr. Schiffman. I had all 4 taken out at once and was very anxious before the surgery. Dr. Schiffman was extremely professional and, after speaking to him, I felt much calmer about the whole thing. The evening after the surgery, he even called to follow up to give reminders about post-op dental care. I had very little pain and the recovery was significantly better than expected. I highly recommend a visit here if you need oral surgery.

Dr. Fay is an absolutely amazing doctor. Im a nightmare patient for every dentist, but Dr. Fay managed to make me feel at ease, she was wonderfully kind, patiently answered my silliest questions, and she was extremely professional and careful in her work. She didnt push me to get more work done than what was absolutely necessary, which is hard to come by these days. I highly recommend Dr. Fay!

If I could give them more stars I would. Dr. Schiffman extracted two of my wisdom teeth, and having had a previous bad experience with teeth extractions I was a little scared. But Dr. Schiffman explained the whole process step by step and answered all my questions. Their was little to no inflammation and he and his staff were great pre surgery and post. I have to say I highly recommend them!

Beware. Dr. Fay seriously injured me. She left half of my mouth numb after wisdom teeth removal. Others I know who saw her also suffered serious complications. I was forced to undergo painful $50,000 corrective nerve surgery and may still have permanent damage. Avoid Dr. Fay at all costs.

Dr. Fay and her team are one of the best dental and overall medical experiences I have ever had. My husband needed his wisdom teeth out quickly and her team got his x-rays from his dentist and got him booked for consultation and potential surgery the next day! They were very clear about the insurance coverage and qouted clean estimated prices. In all my medical experiences, I have never had a practice be so clear about how much it was going to cost and how much would be covered. When we arrived for the constulation the office was super clean and well decorated. Lizzy was extremely helpful throughout the enitre process and I am so grateful for her. She consistently answered all questions with a genuinue care and willingness to help. She also stayed a little later the day before to get the x-rays from the other office. During the constulation, Dr. Fay was very thourgouh and took ample time to explain and make sure we were confident in the decisions for the procedure. She walked us through the entire process and answered every question. The room was spotless and also all the equipment was modern and looked brand new! For the procedure, it was very quick and they let my husband stay in the office and relax and until he was 100% ready to leave. They walked me through taking care of him and provided insturction papers as well as two reusable ice packs and very nice bandage for his head. When I left previous oral surgons they just gave me ice in plastic baggies to hold against my face :/ My husband recovered extremely quick with literally no pain and it was all because of the professionalism and incredible care of Dr. Fay and her team! Thank you! I highly highly recommend her!
