I just had my first visit and it was such a great experience! My dental hygenist, Gus, was so wonderful. He was personable, knowledgeable about his field, did a thorough but painless cleaning, and ensured I was comfortable the whole time. I’m so glad I found this practice!

The staff are wonderful and always friendly/helpful. The dentists/surgeons are excellent. I just had the most thorough cleaning with Gus and highly recommended him.

Really professional and kind dentists and the waiting room was totally decked out for Halloween! Its unusual for a dentists office to feel comfortable and homey, but they succeed!!

Everyone was incredibly friendly and willing to answer questions. The dental hygienist was super thorough but quick and explained everything before she did it. There’s a whole team there and they work together so if you need check up or some work definitely pay them a visit!

I am very fearful of going to the dentist. Dental hygienist Justine put me at ease right away. She was very kind and patient and walked me through every step of the X-rays and cleaning. Dr Kendall also made me feel I was in very good hands. She addressed my problem areas, answered my questions thoughtfully and put together a treatment plan. My spouse and my children are also patients of the practice. My youngest sees Dr Choi for orthodontic treatments. Dr Choi is very skilled and very encouraging. Park Smiles staff is very welcoming and friendly. The office is clean and beautiful and appointment times are adhered to. I would recommend this practice to anyone I know.

I visited the Southampton office with my 6 year old son. He very unfortunately needed a tooth extraction and although it was a tough visit, Dr. Van was so gentle, comforting and reassuring. I would recommend the office as well as Dr. Van in particular as a pediatric dentist.

Made an appointment for a new patient consultation and dental cleaning and they cancelled me the morning of, the front desk who called me was very rude and didn’t even apologize. Girlll don’t talk to me with attitude when ur calling me to cancel and expecting me to reschedule to be seen at ur practice. There’s so many other dentist offices out there who will take my $$.

My boys look forward to each visit. They enjoy being on the tablets or playing with lego pieces until called. Stacy-Ann takes good care of them & They love that Dr. Kaplan interacts with them.We switched to this office because their previous Dentist did not say a word to them during their visit. They said mommy, I asked him his name & he didnt answer me.

I’ve been going to Park Smiles for years and each experience has been excellent. From just regular teeth clearing to dental surgeries, they have always made me feel comfortable and literally like home. Julie has been the most wonderful and all the staff are extremely nice. They generally care about my teeth and I’m very happy with all the service and my teeth are definitely healthier than before.

My wisdom teeth surgery went well! It was speedy and Park Smiles made sure I was informed about what to do prior to and following the visit.

Second bad review - the first Google seems to have 1-erased and 2-contacted this dentist office because they rang me to inquire. They are not good don’t go here. I’ll be more specific - their dentist filled 2 cavities which were so poorly done they cut up my cheeks and a 2nd dentist in their practice smoothed fixed. Only he didn’t bother to check his colleague had done a proper job - turns out not do much. She left decay in both cavities which needed to be fixed in my last check up with another dental office. Also they tried a bait and switch with costs - telling me a white filling would be 30$ a cavity (had in writing) more than a silver. Tried to get 500$ more after the fact. I flat out refused and they dropped it. Shady and shoddy. And if you delete this again I’ll keep reposting and report you.

So helpful! I hate going to the dentist and hadn’t been for 5 years, so I was terrified to come back. But Park Smiles was courteous, gentle, and gave me great recommendations for how to care for my teeth!

Everyone was fantastic when I went in to get my teeth cleaned. I was greeted with bright smiles and welcoming faces. The X-ray process was flawless 18 pictures in total - they made it seem easy and comfortable and laughed at my jokes. On top of this it was Halloween, the office was decorated. So nice to see especially during Covid times that people are trying to spread positivity. The team of hygienists were also wearing capes. My two favorite hygienist were the green and purple cape ones because they did great work!Thanks again -J

I am not one for writing reviews, but when someone is as exceptional as Dr. Heck, it is the least I can do. She is absolutely peerless amongst anyone I have dealt with in the medical profession when it comes to her bedside manner and concern for the emotional wellbeing of her patients. She took the time to walk me through several options, and was clear and warm in her communication with me and my daughter. In a world that is oftentimes about the bottomline, and lacking a human understanding, it was a breath of fresh air to have someone that capable and caring helping us through a challenging situation. Hoping your child does not have the dental issues mine does, but if that is the case, he/she will be in good hands with Dr. Heck.

Such a great office with all the specialty procedures all available in house I was referred by a patient who is friends with the doctor. Anyone can spout nonsense about being careful with autistic patients, but this dentist truly walks the walk. As an autistic adult, Id been through the gamut of infantilizing, disrespectful, and even cruel dentists, to the point where I havent been for almost eight years.Autistic adults in my position, please come here! They actually listen! Theyve got sunglasses, theyve got headphones, if you tell them to stop, they stop. The hygienist went out of her way to not use the loud brush on me, instead hand scaling and using an ultrasonic cleaner thing on my teeth. It was the most comfortable visit I ever had, even with the huuuge amount of work I needed done. At no point was I talked down to, yet their bedside manner was still soothing and friendly.This place was an honest to goodness miracle for me!

Started coming to Park Smiles after a serious injury to my jaw/mouth/teeth. The dental hygienist is super understanding of the pain, sensitivity, and trauma involved and I greatly appreciate the efforts to make each appointment and procedure as least miserable as possible.

Reviews for this place may be fake. They said they would put this fluoride paste on my teeth that normally cost $95 for free if I gave them a review.Overall not happy with my experience. They tried to charge $300 for a really small filling. It just seemed like they were trying to max out insurance. The receptionist was also rude.

My experience at Park Smiles Pediatrics was one of the best dental experiences Ive ever had! Im normally super nervous about going to the dentist but everyone was so polite and welcoming, I felt so comfortable throughout the entire appointment. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Dr Cohen is beyond amazing he literally saved my toddler. When my Pediatrician called Dr Cohen and informed my sons condition, he stayed late so he could make the emergency surgery possible the next morning. The office is already closed, he stayed and set up everything just to accommodate my son. Hes a high caliber doctor, very knowledgeable, very efficient and most importantly hes a very LOVING and CARING doctor. Dr. Vaugh and my sons anesthesiologist (I feel terrible for forgetting her name.) They are both amazing like Dr. Cohen. After my son surgery, he ate a little bit the same day and he was good spirit. The next day he ate and played like nothing happened. Thats how amazing the team is! Thank you so much! God bless you all!

I brought my twin daughters for their first dental appointment. Dr. Jessica was excellent. Practice is beautiful. However, for a place that has a dedicated pediatric practice there could be more accommodation for very young children (changing table, ramp, etc)

My Favorite Dentist office on the UES! Julie and Dr. Ray were super friendly and gave helpful advice on maintenance for my dental hygiene. Julie did an Awesome thorough job with my cleaning/fluoride coating. The environment is always so clean and high-end feeling. An overall great experience from check-in to their goodie bags, and adjusting well to post-covid world. Highly Recommended.

Park smiles provides excellent dental services and the best dental experience I have ever had! The staff is very friendly and the office is extremely clean!

Dr. Kendall and Rachel were great—they were very thorough, explained everything well and did a great job with the cleaning/exam.

Dr. Van did a fine job with our 2-year-old, but the office is deceptive in a predatory way. They prominently list Guardian as one of their in-network insurances and affirmed over the phone to me in advance that they take Guardian, then I got a $400 bill afterward. It took me 4 months to finally resolve the issue, with Park Smiles insisting the whole time that they were in the right because of my specific Guardian plan, but with their story changing constantly each time I pointed out a flaw in their reasoning. They do not really take Guardian in any meaningful way. Dont go there!

I have never had such a pleasant experience at the dentist. Coming from very traumatic experiences at the dentist as a child, it was hard for me to come to a new dentist. From start to finish the staff treated me like royalty. I initially came to have my lower right tooth extracted, Dr. Cohen was able to do it on the spot. I did not take any pain medication and was fine to go to work the next day. Dr. Cohen was accommodatingMy next appointment, I came to see the hygienist, Julie and Dr. Ray for a cleaning and check up. They were gentle and thorough. They made sure to specifically address my needs and make me feel comfortable. I have very sensitive teeth and gums and did not feel a thing. The TVs on the ceilings were a major plus!My treatment plan was explained to me clearly, so I know what I need and why I need it. My experience was positive from start to finish, and honestly I cannot wait for my next appointment.

I got my wisdom teeth pulled and I was really nervous but my recovery process and the actual experience of getting them pulled was 100% better than I thought it would be. Dr. Cohen and his staff ensured that the procedure was quick and I was treated really nicely both on the day of and on the day of my checkup.

My wife and I were visiting New York and staying in Manhattan. I woke up one morning with a horrible toothache and asked a friend in NY for a recommendation to a dentist. He referred me to his dentist: Dr. Cohen at Park Smiles NYC. I called his office and he fit me in the same day. Turned out to be a broken crown -- and he also fixed it the same day so I could enjoy the rest of our trip! I found Dr. Cohen and his staff to be extremely helpful, comforting and knowledgeable -- and the office itself is also amazing (they were also on my insurance plan). My dentist in Dallas is good, but I would definitely see Dr. Cohen if I lived in NY. In fact, I may have to schedule my dental appointments around future trips to NYC!
