I have been a patient of Dr Fein for the past 10 years. I recently just had a baby and had a wonderful prenatal, delivery and postpartum experience with her and her team. Prenatal I felt that she took the time to explain everything and my appointments never felt rushed. She always encouraged questions and was available via email, in person or had an emergency line to answer them. Tamara and Olga were my ultrasound technicians. Both were warm and explained everything they were looking at during my appointments. Dr Shaw had taken two of my emergency phone calls and I met with him once in the office. Having never had treated me prior, I felt that he took the time to read my chart and address my concerns and pregnancy related issues. My delivery with Dr Fein went very smooth. being a first time mom, everything was explained and she and the rest of the team were very calm and encouraging throughout labor and delivery. I truly had such a positive experience throughout my pregnancy and delivery with Dr Fein and her team. I don’t think it’s possible to find a more caring genuine provider. I am so grateful to all of them!

Dr. Fein is professional, knowledgeable and attentive and she is a women gynecologist which makes me feel more at ease.It was my first time at the office -I was seen on time, the appt went well .I really liked their patient portal that I just signed up for that makes it easy to communicate in case I have questions and see lab results.The office is beautiful, clean and my experience was pleasant.

Some mix up on the part of the office resulted in waiting more than an hour after my appointment time to be seen by anyone. At first I was told that it was because I arrived late, which was not the case— I arrived early. But Dr. Fein was very apologetic, nice and thorough, so I could not stay angry.

Dr. Fein is the best. Beyond grateful for having her as my doctor.

Dr. Fein has been my gynecologist for the past 30 years. It has been a truly amazing journey. Dr. Fein is the ultimate professional, skilled, dedicated, caring, experienced, with a great staff, always courteous and polite. Dr. Fein is a treasure to know and have as a doctor and as a person. I am blessed to have her as my gynecologist.

If you’re looking for a pregnancy and birth experience filled with kindness and a deep medical knowledge grounded in years of experience, Dr. Shaw at Rosh Maternal & Fetal Medicine is the way to go.Dr. Shaw takes the time to answer all of your questions. While he doesn’t sugarcoat (thank you!), he delivers the facts in a comprehensive way. If/when there may be a cause for concern, don’t be surprised if not only Dr. Shaw calls you, but someone from the office to ensure you have all of the information needed.The ultrasound techs are also amazing — Olga won my heart! While they may not answer the million questions new moms may have (me), they explain what is on the screen and/or what they’re looking for.Lastly, I experienced the office/staff before and during covid. At all times, they were professional and when covid hit, they enforced guidelines to help make us mamas feel safe.

I’ve had I’ve had 3 appts with the Rosh group. 2 of them had to be rescheduled at least once because I was scheduled incorrectly. I work in healthcare myself and during a pandemic you can imagine I don’t have the most flexible schedule. I didn’t feel heard by my doctor, I don’t feel as though I was properly explained to and felt rushed. I asked multiple times to be called by my doctor regarding my test results because the front desk wasn’t able to explain them in full and still haven’t heard back. The front desk forwarded me the results and I spent some time on Google trying to decipher it myself. The PA I saw at their 40th st location was very attentive, knowledgeable, and thorough, though.

Sorry honey but Dr Shaw is the reason I will consider having another baby. Truly a wonderful experience considering that the world was going through a pandemic. He puts you at ease as you undertake the 10 month journey to have your baby. He gives you all the necessary information to put you at ease and he is quick at responding to any concerns even after office hours. I am definitely recommending Dr Shaw for any mum thinking of having a baby and for OB/GYN needs.

I have to call 7 times to get someone from the front desk to pick up the phone, when they finally pick up they just put you on hold till you get tired and just hang up. The have no respect for patients time, I have to go to the office in person so I could get an answer about my insurance coverage on my IUD after almost 3 weeks of waiting and several calls, ts been a month now and still havent been able to get the procedure done, my insurance assures me its covered but Im still waiting for someone at this office to figure out how to get an approval. I have to go to another doctor and it is a shame because Dr. John Migotsky is an excellent doctor.

Dr Shaw and his staff are wonderful. I always feel comfortable at the office and know that I’m well taken care of. I appreciate that Dr Shaw takes the time to sit with me in his office and talk, answer all of my questions, and always calms my anxieties about having a child. Though the office could be updated, the focus is always their patients.

Doctor Howard Shaw and Rosh Maternal Fetal Medicine have been amazing!! Doctor Shaw delivered our first baby 3 weeks ago and we felt so taken care of every step of the way through pregnancy and even a very dramatic birth that happened 4 weeks early. After almost going into pre-term labor Dr. Shaw had us admitted to Lenox Hill for monitoring and while we were there they discovered a potential issue with the placenta and he made the decision to deliver early in case the baby wasn’t getting what he needed. Dr. Shaw was supportive and caring every step of the way and has years of experience that makes you feel in the best hands possible. We trust him implicitly and couldn’t even imagine having another OB for our next child.

Dr Shaw is the best doctor in the world and the front desk staff is just as wonderful. I’ve been seeing Dr S since I was pregnant with my first and can’t imagine seeing another doctor. And the front desk staff is just as wonderful and a reflection of him; anytime i call to make an appt or check on the status or results, etc, the front desk staff is always so friendly and gets back to me quickly. I’ve never sensed them being stressed so it’s very calming. I refer Dr Shaw to everyone I know in need of an obgyn. He also never allowed me to stress over anything that wasn’t worthy to stress about (which is hard to do because I am an easily stressed out person) and I don’t think I’d trust anyone else at this point as much as I trust Dr S. So thankful to be a patient at this practice. Anyone looking for a doc and reading these reviews - I HIGHLY recommend this practice, you will not be disappointed!!

Ive always love my doctor. Dr. Migotsky. Ive been his patient since I was 16, he delivered all 3 of my boys and I am now 35. Office employees were welcoming and professional :)

I am now 27 yrs old and Dr.Shaw has been my GYN since I was 13.He is practically apart of the family as he sees my mom as well.I am always comfortable, at ease , and happy with the staff and their service.Lastly, no one likes a trip to the GYN, but Dr.Shaw is extremely personable, and often used humor to put you at ease during your visit.Believe me, he’s pretty funny.

I was referred to this facility by my sister. I must say, coming here for my prenatal visits has been the best decision that I’ve made.

Personally the doctors there were wonderful but the front desk staff is a mess. The Madison location the doctors are amazing but the staff needs improvement. One of the girls were so rude they did not want to help me she seemed very annoyed and was huffing and puffing under her breath and all I heard was an older lady screaming from down the hall. I personally believe they need new management! The doctors however are great Dr Roshan is a well respected Doctor and I wish his practice the best of luck but with that type of staff up front it will be pushing us away. Which I ended up just leaving!

3rd baby, 3rd delivery at Lenox Hill by Dr Howard Shaw, couldn’t be happier and wouldn’t want anyone else looking after me. Can’t recommend enough.

Ughs I really want to like this place but just been having bad experiences with the front desk staff and I see can it frustrates the lady that does sonograms as well.I went into my appointment but they lost my referral I had to wait over two hours for them to try to find it and they couldnt so they had to contact my doctors office to get a new one. (my doctor is only in one day a week so another doctor in the practice had to send over a new one. such a mess)I had pleasant experience with the sonogram lady before but this appointment was different she seemed upset and seemed like she rushed through the whole thing. my husband and I spent about ten minutes in there. I also didnt get all my pictures when I left I realized we only got pictures of one baby and not both. I could feel the vibes off of the lady. She was given two papers one for me and I guess for someone else she was going to have me wait more but I told I been waiting two hours. I felt she had to rush my appointment because the front desk staff messed everything up and had to make up the time. I really do enjoy her I just knew it was the front desk staff mistake that trickled down to her.I am hoping my next visit is pleasant I am pretty much stuck here for the time being because my doctor cant find another place that accepts my insurance :( The ladies who do the sonograms are nice the front desk people dont seem to know how to do there jobs or least one of them doesnt.(I almost forgot to add about the phone. 67th street location is impossible to get ahold of ever! everytime I call to make appointment no one picks up or you are on hold forever. I call 9/10 times get transferred to Madison location and they book my appointments. This has to be frustrating for that office to pick up another offices slack)

Every time we have been to an appointment we have waited over an hour to be seen. Then we are rushed through our sonogram. The images we get back are so dark they are barely visible. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values their time or wants a picture of their sonogram that is actually visible.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Im telling you. The people at the front desk messed up my appointment, I called THEM to confirm my appointment multiple times and they still managed to screw it up, and on top of that they were rude. My husband changed his flight to get back for our scan, we both took off work, only to have the incompetent staff at the doctors office mess things up. If youre pregnant, you dont want this stress. Go somewhere else for your scans. If the doctor was smart hed replace all the people who do their scheduling.

I received the best care at Rosh Medical. The staff was great especially Michelle the technician and Dr Howard Shaw. Thanks for everything.

I am giving Dr. Roshan and his practice 5 very deserving stars. My experience from beginning to end was superb. His staff, all the doctors and obviously Dr. Roshan himself geve me the thorough, friendly, kind, professional service i was looking for.

After waiting for an hr and a half to be seen, the technician rushed through the ultrasound, told me things about my baby before having the dr look over it, and then told me to ignore everything she said. The dr never came in to see me and discuss the results because he was too busy. Poor service
