If i could give 0 star i would, however, google doesnt allow that. The customer service at this place is very poor. Disorganized and not professional. How can you trust someone with your body when they dont show any consideration. They dont respect your time. To pay a bill you have to wait for two and three hours. They change appointments date and time without previous notice. When you leave messages, they dont call you back. Its a very stressful process. Even to get your first appointment is such a hassle. The service is not free. You are dealing with human beings.When you have a business, customer service has to be one of your top priorities. I will not recommend this place.

I had surgery with goals plastic surgery and it completely changed my life not just my body type,From the moment I walked into goals just to sign my paper work I was greeted with smiles and it didnt feel like a tense environment (as some of these reviews say)I wanted to have lipo 360 BBL but because of my BMI I was unable to schedule a surgery date until I lost the amount of weight to get my surgery date. I joined there Diet program which helped me loose all the weight I needed to get on the schedule.I also did a few skin treatments with the wonderful Silva and let me tell you the Voskin peel is the best if you have hyperpigmentation.my surgery day slowly approached and on my day of surgery I showed up at the surgical office and was greeted with more smiles and a load of information and education I would need to 1. Calm my nerves & 2.know what to do and eat when I was home. My Doctor was Maria Lotempio and let me just tell you down to her demeanor I knew I was in great hands after my procedure. I was in some pain but it was manageable I was able to go to the main office the next day for a manual drainage and massage ! ( Yes I said the same place ! You dont need to find a beauty spa!) Goals has really helped me get my confidence back and made every as seamless as possible,Thank you so much goals for changing my life.

We have been trying to get a refund but the scam is deep. They shuffle you around from person to person.There is a video on Instagram. His wife is demeaning patients and staff.Its disgusting.

I appreciate all the staff here at Goals! They treated me and my girlfriend who just had a procedure here on Monday! I hear great things about the post operative care she is getting so her body can heal! I want to thank Dr. Voskin and his wife Ella and Verna for all you have done!

My experience at goals was and is nothing short of amazing, the staff are phenomenal, dr. Perkins was great, very personable and I’m completely satisfied with my lipo. The massage team does an amazing job and i feel great every time my massage is done. I def recommend goals for all of your asthetic and post op needs!

I just want to say how thankful I am to Goals Plastic Surgery && Dr. V for making my dream of getting my pre baby body back a reality.. like most moms, I often daydreamed about revamping my body with plastic surgery, but was skeptical for many reasons... I was told about Goals from a friend and decided to check them out. From first stepping foot in the building, I was blown away by the staffs friendliness, professionalism and concern for their patients. Dr V. has to be the coolest plastic surgeon out there.. he made me feel very comfortable during my consultation and I left knowing he was going to do a great job that I would forever love!! Fast forward to my procedure.. which was 5 days ago.. that was another shocker.. I went in for lipo 360 with fat transfer to my hips. I was treated wonderfully. The nurse made sure I was calm and well informed of what was about to take place and what to expect durning and after the procedure. Dr. V worked on my body and when I say I felt no pain.. NO PAIN.. I was awake and relaxed.. Post Op care has been going well. I personally, have only a small amount of swelling and barely any pain or soreness. Goals makes sure my massages are done on schedule.. the Massage techs are experts at what they do and magicians with putting in Faja’s with boards.. I would recommend Goals to anyone looking for a great plastic surgery center where your goals are met 100%.

I give 1 because it is not 0 here .... I had surgery in August ... 7 months later, still there, black yesterday was that a doctor saw me for that ... the doctor who did my procedure is a spoiled and very little professional ... they know that the work is badly done that it is ugly and they did not remove the fat that they had to remove and more say one buttock was square and the other round .. now they want me to pay a second round to fix what they they did wrong .... 😡
