Vitality NYC has been a completely amazing experience. I had a million questions that were patiently answered. Matthew Laurenzo, my HRT Concierge was great at walking me through the process and giving me great advice. My biggest fear was actually giving myself a shot (Im a bit needle shy), but quickly learned it was easy and fairly painless.Since I have been on the program, I have increased my sex drive, increased my overall energy and changed my overall appearance for the better. My strength increased dramatically and my gym routine gave me much more definition. Periodic checkins from the HRT Concierge makes sure everything is going smoothly and keeps everything on schedule.Overall, I give the program and the service that comes with the program an A+. Highly recommended.

Ive been a client of Mikes for over thirteen years and worked with him in all of his previous studios. The new space is amazing! You can really feel the years of experience come together in the custom made treatment rooms. Not many people can do this work at the level they do here. Colonics are not something you pick randomly off the Internet. If youre looking for expert treatment this is your place!

I have gone here for Cryo twice now and love it! Really nice facility and their Cryo prices are very reasonable. I also really like Mike the owner and Nick who works for Mike. Mike is really knowledgeable about a wide range of health topics and is more than willing to take the time to chat with you. I started listening to his podcast recently as well; it is called the Everyday Detox Podcast. After the summer I am going to do a juice cleanse followed by a colonic. Based on my experiences so far, I would recommend this facility for a wide range of health related services.

Wanted to do cryo for the longest time and finally had the time to! Super friendly and awesome staff, who even did pushups with me, and made me feel so comfortable given the fact that I was about to get super chilly!! If I lived closer I would totally be a regular and this is a MUST for anyone! It’s only 3 minutes and you feel GREAT afterwards! I’m a competitive CrossFitter and obstacle course racer and 100% recommend for all you athletes out there trying to recover faster!! Thanks Vitality :)

Tom DeVito has been an integral part of my prenatal care throughout all of my three pregnancies. I cant imagine going through them without the benefits and relief of weekly colonics. It is one of the best ways to take care of Mom and Baby in the safest, most gratifying way. I truly believe that colonics at Vitality combined with Toms expertise and dietary advise were one of the main factors for easy deliveries and beautiful, healthy babies called by many to be looking very clean (no eczema, red spots, etc). I cant say good enough things about the procedures, the establishment and Tom. If you ever wonder whether to give colonics a try, dont walk, run. It will change your life, in a good way!

Super professional and personable. Brand new state of the art equipment. Walked in and grabbed a cryo session and my shoulder pain and my entire body felt like I was a kid again! Had rotator cuff surgery a year ago and still have a pain when I lift over my head. That was my test to see if it really works, well!! When I got out, I raised my hand like if I was doing a deodorant commercial! BRAND NEW. Cant wait for my colonic now.. I would love a new colon as well 💩

They do not have the proper working equipment to check your blood pressure. Drove all the way out from New Jersey and told my pressure was too high when they were using a cuff that was way too small to check my blood pressure because the larger one was out of order, way to waste my entire afternoon. Very very upset. How can they possible get an innacurate reading and reject me for the treatment because there machine was out of order. Youre not real doctors. It should be the person they suck.
