This is an excellent spa. I have had 2 laser treatments. The spa is very clean and inviting with goodies at the reception desk. The technician was professional and friendly; she did a terrific job. I have nothing but praise and will return in the future as needed.

Trifecta Med Spa is the best spa in the city in terms of customer service, professionalism, prices and types of treatments. It’s been 6 years since I started getting Botox and Valentina is hands down the most gentle injector I’ve ever been to. Seriously- she has the hands of an angel. I purchased a groupon for 6 underarm sessions. My last session is in two weeks and I can say Ive seen a DRAMATIC difference and the process is painless. For one of my appointments they were running late and called me to give me a heads up so I could plan accordingly. The office is also very clean and sanitary. The staff is wonderful, despite only seeing me once a month my technician always remembers me and asks about things going on my life that I mentioned last time. The only draw back is without the groupon sessions can get a little pricey, but I understand they are getting a new machine so perhaps you wont have to buy as many sessions.

The woman at the desk was very friendly, checked me in (I was early) and I was actually seen within 5 minutes of waiting.I had a consultation with Elizabeth. She was wonderful. She answered all of my questions, listened to my concerns, and helped me pick the best treatment option and plan. She did not try to push any procedures on me, and explained to me in her experience what I should do to receive optimum results.Trifecta was running a groupon but they were also running a in house special which turned out to be better pricing than the groupon!I had my consultation as well as procedure within the same week (this was super nice!)On the day of the procedure, I was early (about an hour). I got seen immediately. My procedures lasted for about 4.5 hours (inner and outer thighs). It went great.Will be going back in a month for a check up.Overall, the facility was clean, the staff was very friendly, and I will be going back there if I ever need something else done.

The first time I went to Trifecta I was very happy. But a few days later I called to make an appt. to redo the filler. They gave me an appt. to redo it but when I got there they said, no.They were going to give me botox instead. That was a huge mistake. They injected botox around my lips. After that my lips would not close. When I drank anything, it would leak down my chin. I could not form a seal when I used my inhaler. And, I could not properly say words with bs, ps or ms.I told them and they said ultherapy would help but they only did it two times. My left bottom lip still droops.

Excellent! Botox was a success for my TMJ and the price is unbeatable. They always have specials. Doctor is professional and great bedside. Everything I would expect as a first time customer and first time receiving botox. Just made my second appointment :)

I visited Trifecta for a consultation for an IPL facial treatment. The space is very nice, and I appreciated the advice I received from Jackie. Another med spa quoted me over $2,000 for a program to address minor sun spots, including a chemical peel, 4 IPLs, and regular facials in between. Jackie didnt try to upsell me at all, and instead recommended using a Clairsonic at home to exfoliate instead of a chemical peel (saving me $500). I really appreciate the practical consultation, and I bought a package of 3 IPLs for a fraction of the price the other med spa wanted to charge.

I did the HCG diet thru the clinic. It went well. I wish I lost more weight on it though (only 13lbs), but overall had a good experience.

I went to Trifecta a couple of months ago when they were offering a sale. The doctor and staff were so helpful, and I learned alot about my skin needs that I didnt know. I wish injectibles were not so costly, but I know Trifecta keeps the prices low, and really tries to make sure you are completely satisfied. I was given excellent service and treated very well. I will definitely go back, and I would recommend Trifecta to any of my friends. I hope to go back in several months. I was given a injectibles that looked natural. I am a satifified customer and have no complaints.
