Lexi is so incredible! She is an absolute magician and keeps my face looking fresh and youthful. The vibe of the space is so energetic, accepting, and non judgmental (and very COVID safe). Its nice to have practitioners who actually care about you and offer suggestions based on whats best for you, not just to increase their bottom line. This spa and especially Lexi are top notch! I wont go anywhere else.

Loved my experience at Upkeep. I was greeted by Alyssa who is wonderful and very knowledgeable when it came to all my questions. Michelle was my Nurse Injector, and let me tell you she made me feel at ease. Plus she didn’t rush me, which is a big plus for me. Most spas I felt rushed. I got my lips done and Botox. Love how my lips came out, especially since I told her my concern was looking exaggerated. After I was done, she reminded me I can reach out to her if I had any questions. Can’t wait to go back for my touch up. I also loved that Michelle is available on Saturday’s.

Update: I went in twice now for lips. I was injected by Jessica and when I say she is the absolute best, it’s an understatement. My lips are so beautifully natural, and it’s all thanks to Jess. I will follow her to the ends of the earth for anything regarding my face. This is a long term relationship now. She takes the time to sit and talk to you while you’re being numbed, she walks you through every step and tells you what she’s doing, and is an absolute perfectionist. So far I had a syringe and a half injected, and it’s too perfect and natural that I think there must be some strong magic at work here. It was (in my case) absolutely painless. If you are nervous, GO TO JESS AT THE GREENWICH LOCATION. I will shout this to the heavens. She is made of pure magic and deserves $10 million dollars.Went in today for a consult with Jessica at their downtown location. She was so amazing at easing my nerves about being injected and there was zero pressure to do anything that day. She answered all my questions thoroughly. I ended up doing a few units of Botox, but am going back for my lips soon. Highly recommend for first timers if they’re nervous.

Three months ago Cynthias hands blessed me with her gifted talent. She was very informative and gentle. She used a whole syringe of Restylane and there is not a moment I regret my experience. I loved the fact she has an RN background which made me feel very safe to be getting injected by a nurse( no offense to anyone who isn’t I just loved the extra bonus. DO NOT GO THERE!!! Im new to NYC from LA and finding a good filler place has been tough. This is not the place! I went to the West Village location to get my under eyes done it was fine. Not great, not horrible. I also wanted to get a touch up in a small dent I have in my nose and then put the rest of the syringe in my chin (I usually do this once a year with Voluma, no problem) but the nurse there said she doesnt touch noses. The front desk person called around to the other locations to see who could do this. After speaking to Iryna at the Upper East Side office and going back and forth on the phone with front desk she says she can do it and I booked an appointment. I live in Brooklyn and took an hour train to go to the Upper East Side just to sit in the chair for 5 minutes and be told that she cant do what I asked and tried to blame the company policy. I walked out. The entire staff must be under 25, which is fine to be young but they are obviously uneducated or experienced and when dealing with medical issues having a trained staff is key. Also the front desk girl wasnt even wearing a mask, which should have been my first clue that this wasnt going to end well! The owner did call me and try to offer a free syringe due to the fact that my request is doable and rather simple but I wouldnt trust anyone in that office to wipe my face with a wet nap. Save your time, the deals on their social media sound good but its a trap to get you in. Dont do it!

I’ve gotten the best Venus freezes for my face about 4 treatments now and my face looks so sculpted and tight I absolutely love it. I’d also recommend micro needling I’ve gotten 3 so far and I absolutely live by it. taryn is the best aesthetician ever she makes you feel like one of the girls. I live by this place 5 stars ⭐️

I have been getting Botox and laser hair removal for a long time. This place is great, incredibly friendly service, knowledgeable staff, overall it’s just a fantastic establishment. I will be back and I’m excited to try a Hydrafacial next time.

Stay away! Had my lips done at this place with russian lip technique, it looked nice for 1 day and then it all became big swollen nasty blob. Had to go to another place to have them dissolved.

Love this place. I was scared for my first lip filler but Naz was so sweet and precessional. She made me comfortable asked what I wanted and executed greatness. The spa is beautiful and cute unfortunately due to covid the back yard is not active but previously upkeep loved to have mingles, events meet and greets ect. Can’t wait for that to come back. The spa has so many beauty options and so many random sales. I love this place. Customer service I also give a 5 star.

My Upkeep Medspa experience was absolutely amazing. This was my first time getting fillers, so I was anxious and even debating if I should do them or not. I did my research & found upkeep medspa. Their communication: 100%. Their response time whether it’s on social media (IG) or text, they reply immediately. This helped lower my anxiety. Their prices: THE BEST. Their prices are affordable but I absolutely love that they have specials & giveaways literally almost every month. Their bedside manner: fantastic. The moment I booked my appt, and came in to the upper east side location, the front desk team member was warm and welcome. Now, let me get to the actual juicy part. MY LIPS. I did some heavy research on the team because ultimately I wanted to choose who I would get my lip fillers with. Honestly, all of them and their work looked great. But CYNTHIA PEREZ... I knew the moment I saw HER work, I had to have her do my lips. Her bedside manner (nurse-to-patient) relationship & etiquette was OUTSTANDING. I showed her some pics and she communicated what she loved about my lips and how she would enhance them to show it’s ultimate beauty. She communicates the proper patient education in means of knowing what happens before during and after the lip fillers. For example, telling me what to expect with pain, swelling, what to avoid for 24 hrs and how to manage with it all. I had a a bigger top lip to begin with, but we agreed that my bottom lip needed love and she would also work on my top to make sure everything looked beautiful. The numbing cream worked like magic and she came in and did her work in about 20-30 mins..As far as the pain, like I said, she already prepped me in areas of the lip fillers that would be painful upon insertion but ultimately the pain was nothing and I don’t have a high tolerance for pain. Like any lip fillers, Immediately they are SWOLLEN. BUT, do NOT worry it goes down 24-48 hrs. Even so, she did such a beautiful job that even with the swelling it looked so good. After the swelling and bruising went down with ice & rest (again information she tells you about), my lips looked beautiful. I had already thanked her privately but I truly cannot have enough words to thank her and the upkeep med spa team. I know this is a written novel, and they did not force me to review but I just really wanted to share my experience. I truly believe all the NPs, RNs and brand reps overall are such a great collaborative team. They make you feel loved and confident before and after your treatment. Cynthia Perez & upkeep medspa will definitely see me again! Thank you all again ❤️💋

I thought it sounded amazing so I asked how I could participate. They stated all you have to do is leave us a 5 star review on yelp or google and send us the screenshot. I asked if I should specify that my review was part of a giveaway (as one does when promoting any paid or sponsored content for ethical purposes). They said no. I informed them that this was an unfortunate giveaway that incentivized leaving skewed reviews and using the yelp algorithm unethically to promote their business (since yelp shows more businesses more when they have more 5 star reviews) by preying on folks who were just interested for money to pay bills.This may or may not matter to you and if you are one of the people posting for the giveaway, best of luck. But if you are a first timer looking at yelp reviews to find a place that has honest good reviews, this place is not it.2) Experience at the West Village location in February 2021: It was fine, nothing special but nothing awful. I went for one of their spring specials for an upkeep facial which is meant to be a customizable facial. They did some basic extractions, hydration, and I believe laser. Overall it was an okay experience but I didnt leave feeling 5 star review overwhelmed by any means. The special price was good but I would not have paid their regular price for the services I received -- definitely have received better facial at other locations for similar prices.

Saw Taryn for a microneedling facial this week and the entire experience was amazing - not only did she do a great job with the facial, she made sure I was super comfortable and everyone who works there is SO sweet. Will be back soon for some injectables!

This is a business that deeply cares for its customers. I own a disinfecting company and when preparing our service agreement for Up Keep Shane the owner had a million questions. He didn’t leave a single detail uncovered and wanted to make sure his clients would be safe. Shane you are a very responsible business owner and your clients are lucky to have you.

This was my second visit to Upkeep Med Spa on the UES in the city. I am not able to capture in writing how amazing this Med Spa is! From the aesthetics of the office, to the extremely courteous & attentive receptionist, every element of my experience here was perfect. Most recently, I worked with Neha for lip filler. Neha is a true master of her craft and I could not be happier with my results. She has EXCELLENT bedside manner (which I tremendously appreciate) - I explained my vision to her, and she was able to take my needs into consideration while at the same time, far exceed my expectations. As an Esthetician and clinic owner myself, I am very critical when it comes to skincare treatments. Yesterday I had a hydrafacial and Restylane filler in my cheeks. I did the hydrafacial with Florella. She added some extraction and I am very impressed with her gentleness and efficacy. She has absolute magical hands with her massage and I have reschedule another for next month with her as well. Absolutely sweet personality and I felt very comfortable with her. I had my fillers done by Naz. My hydrafacial ran a little behind schedule because I forgot to fill out the forms online and had to do them when I got there. She was almost unable to take me because her next appointment was coming close. In our consultation, I explained I didnt need the full cheekbone as I already had them done but I just wanted a little more added to the apple part. She was able to squeeze it in without rushing and we were done in 20 mins. Her personality was fun and she was very knowledgeable. I felt extremely comfortable and at ease and my cheeks look incredible and natural. The spa in all, follows strict Covid guidelines which also made me feel good. Awesome crowd in all, great vibes, very clean and ADORABLE environment. I do recommend. Pricing is amazing!! The only thing I found weird was my skin type was never discussed, lifestyle, home care and concerns. These are topics I make it a point to touch on with each of my clients before we begin so I have a better idea of what they require. Even the forms I was required to fill out in the beginning didnt ask much. Just what treatments Ive had done in the past, covid questionnaire and liability wavers. This was my first time getting a hydrafacial so I do not know much about the protocol. Im not sure if any of those questions are relevant if there is a standard treatment for all skin types and if there isnt, i do feel like its customary to explain very basic to the client what was done and what type of products were used. She did mention glycolic at one point. All in all, my face was GLOWING afterwards and my skin this morning looked radiant and hydrated. Definitely worth the visit and I can not wait to go back (mainly for Florellas massage).

This was my first experience with fillers and from the moment I walked in I felt extremely welcomed and comfortable. I was nervous, because #1 I am terrified of needles and #2 I really wanted something extremely natural and I had seen some places go overboard with their clients. I originally had an appointment with Olga, but after she examined my face she suggested that I wait for Lauren to do my cheek filler because where I needed it was an area she was not fully comfortable injecting and she wanted me to get the best results. I cannot begin to say how respectable that was and how that put my anxiety at ease.This place is absolutely gorgeous inside and out. Everyone that walked out looked amazing. The staff was super friendly too. I am so glad I waited over a year to find a place that puts their clients first. Thank you!
