This place is by far the best I’ve ever visited for aesthetic procedures. The staff is so kind, professional, and knowledgeable. They take ample time to address your concerns and goals and make sure you feel entirely comfortable. Mimi, who did my lip filler, is an artist. After several sessions elsewhere, she finally helped me achieve the look I’ve been hoping for that other injectors couldn’t seem to give me. I recently came to Beauty Fix for a Hydra facial. The front desk greeted me warmly, and checked me in. I had a few questions about the process, and they were able to answer everything. That’s where my good experience ended…Corin, my esthetician, was annoying to say the least. I wanted a relaxing experience, yet she talked almost the entire service. I felt uncomfortable with the TMI she gave me about her life… I paid good money for a facial I couldn’t wait to end. Next time please be more professional!

Corin and the rest of the team are masters of quality service. She took her time to understand my needs and was very honest about my results and what it takes to get there. I already feel different and am looking forward to adding other treatments to my plan.

I live in Pennsylvania and I chose this practice based on reviews I had read. I had my reservations about driving two hours just for a facial treatment — I told myself the first time that if I don’t notice a difference after my first treatment, I wouldn’t return. Well, Angela held herself to higher standards/my expectations - she took pictures of me on the first day and has tracked my progress with pictures every time. Beauty fix staff are very welcoming and professional. Through the pandemic they have implemented safety measures to keep clients and staff safe which has been very important to me. The front desk is very helpful and friendly. Tiko and Stephanie are great and will recommend the best treatments to satisfy any of your needs. I have booked most of my treatments with Nathalia. She makes me feel very comfortable during my treatments and we have the best conversations! My visits have always been a great experience and I always look forward to them.

I regret coming here altogether to be honest. When I booked the eye filler service I had to go in for my appointment to learn that I would need to come back an additional appointment to get the full service. They made me pay a deposit and never mentioned once I would need to come in twice for one service. I then had to wait longer than I intended because they were backed up. I also got lip fillers and the swelling looked better than the final result. I do not see any noticeable difference with ANY service I have received. I’m not opposed to going back to give a second chance. However, I’m not impressed with the service, nor am I impressed with the results. High costs and Mediocre at best. I was offered a discount to post a positive review but I would rather be honest. They need to do better.Note: THE INJECTOR DID A GREAT JOB. My issue is with admin giving me the wrong information/ not giving complete info via phone call. Before you take my money, I should of been told I needed to come back twice to get the result I wanted.

After having surgery. I began to do research on what would be the best form of healing after trauma. I was happy to find Beauty Fix Med Spa & purchased a package of 5. I happen to luckily come across - Angela at the Flat Iron location. She is dynamic with amazing energy, an incredible, caring individual with immense knowledge in this business. After addressing what my concerns are; She took photos and spent much needed time to have an action plan on how to help my situation. The thought of having someone truly care to want to help me was the BEST feeling in the world. After seeing results every week. I purchased additional treatments to further speed up my healing. I counted on pics to verify that the treatments were effective as they showed me pics to sell the service. They took 3 pics 3 different times and every time I asked to see them they couldn’t find them saying it was because the wi-do was bad and it didn’t save. The worst part is the pics they took between my last and second to last pics they confused the before and after and tried to point out the change not even knowing they were showing me that the “after” was actually my “before” I had to point out my outfit and they she was quiet and didn’t know what to say—tried to laugh it off. The whole thing was a waste of $5k

I had a great experience coming to beauty Fix. The quality of their work is EVERYTHING! I did the cool sculpting with Stephanie and literally saw results within 2 weeks. Stephanie was super nice and checked on me frequently to ensure that I was okay. The establishment is super clean and everyone wears their mask. The staff are all very professional and I love the fact that they called me days after my appointment to follow up with me.

I came to BeautyFix MedSpa hoping to achieve great results with Alla. After reviewing her Instagram profile, I was confident enough to book an appointment. My appointment with Alla was set for 6pm and I was her last client. She seemed nice, and we had a friendly conversation. She asked about previous lip filler in August. After our introduction, she asked “so you want more volume lips right?” I agreed, thinking she would do an amazing job. I trusted her...I was literally waiting for her to start a professional consultation). She just started injecting my lips, gave me the mirror half way through & half my lips were extremely large, I thought it was fine... what do you look for when your lips are half done? (They were not done!) What am I looking at? It’s like getting your nails done then, halfway through the design you’re asked if you like it . It’s not finished to see the final results. I had lip filler done once before in Texas Aug2020, Restylane Kysse, (Beautiful results) that lasted a few months. However, April 2021, a few weeks since visiting Alla and the filler is virtually gone; It dissolved.Long story short, I HATE MY RESULTS. I have before & after photos.

Went in for a vi peel, was very quick and easy.Stephanie was very friendly and professional..-edited 2/23/21I wrote this the day of only because they said I get a discount if I did a review before I left. So I wonder how many 5 stars are actually genuine.When it was applied I got burned under my eye and have a darker mark on my face that wasn’t there before, and now there’s nothing they have done to try help with that.Just had people reaching out to see if it’s doing better isn’t helping. It’s going to take months for it to go away on it’s own. I’m putting a 2 only because the rest of my skin feels more soft, but that one area that was burned?Not happy. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. As of right now, I won’t be returning back and regret that I had this done here.

I waited 40 minutes past my appt time with Alla before I gave up and left. The front desk then brushed me off with a “you should plan on being here 2 hours”. Two hours? For glabella Botox? Some of us work or have kids (or both). To top it off, they won’t refund me for services not rendered. A typical chain spa experience.

All of the injectors have great technique. I was very happy with my results with Juliana . This was my 3rd visit in the last 2 years, Im always satisfied with the services honestly no complaints . I only wish they had a closer location to me in Brooklyn or even Long Island. But for now its worth the trip.

This place is great. With COVID-19 when you arrive you are approached at the elevator with a temperature check as well as sanitizer. Everything is mobile so you will sign in through a link on your phone and fill out your information to avoid cross contamination. Everyone there is super personable and nice! I’ve been going to Beautyfix for a few years now and I love it there. The spa is very clean and inviting. And the staff is very friendly and always patient when answering my questions. The aesthetician that I’ve been going to is Stephanie and I love her. She always makes sure that I feel comfortable during my treatments and curates the treatments to my skin needs. She also always remembers my skin history which I really appreciates. I highly recommend it!

My skin had developed a few issues during a year of quarantine. The one that bothered me the most was how very dull my complexion was looking. I had never seen this before. I bought a SkinFix package and was so fortunate to meet Angela. She moisturized my skin and relieved me of my dullness. I could see immediate results. In fact, as soon as I got back up on zoom, people remarked about how I was glowing. I have to commend Angela because she is truly a professional, who is skilled and caring. She even called me to see how I was doing afterwards. I received excellent customer service from the moment I walked through the the door until the minute I left.

I got the SkinFix package for a mix of microneedling, laser genesis and chemical peels for acne scars. I just finished my last session of the 6 over the weekend and my skin looks completely different!! Angela took such great care of my skin, knowing exactly what it needed each session.
