My favorite place for EVERYTHING! Dr. J and Sonya are super informative. They take such good care of you. They want you to look and feel your best. 12/10 recommend! I travel from MA for them! They are worth every penny

Scheduled an appointment over two weeks ago. Confirmed multiple times and still I was unable to have my services performed. Prior to my appointment I called and confirmed the services and was told to come in. I arrive and they were double booked so I was out of luck. I live in NJ and specifically came into the city for this service. Extremely unprofessional. Doubtful Ill return.

I was coming to Just Melt for my em sculpt sessions. They did a great job, I’m more than satisfied with my results.

Went originally to test out their tanning & had great results! Made another appointment to go back and when I arrived they had no record of my appointment. The woman at the desk said that she was the only person able to give spray tans & I told her that I got one a few weeks ago by a different woman. She looked into it and apparently the original lady wasn’t supposed to give anyone a tan. There was another woman in the lobby with me who had made an appointment for 6:00 and the woman at the desk said that her appointment was at 6:30. Turns out, the business emailed her yesterday asking to move her apt up in order to close early. The customer showed this to the receptionist and she had no response. Overall, unprofessional & they are extremely disorganized and showed no sympathy for messing up both of our appointments.

I booked an appointment for cool sculpting here on a Saturday (very nice of the staff to take time out of their busy schedule on a weekend) to treat my inner and outer thighs and I must say, I had an amazing experience from start to finish! The staff is so friendly and professional (Araksya is the best!), the treatment was literary painless and I was able to walk out of the office without any pain. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who has been thinking about doing cool sculpting.

Great experience! Did Coolsculpting with Sonia. I was quite relaxed during the procedure and impressed with the her knowledge and vast experience. I will definitely be going back!

The worst experience I have ever had to deal with. I received a massage as a gift from here and had to get it rescheduled 4 times. They constantly called me and asked me to accommodate their schedule, which I did. I got a phone call on the day of my original appointment asking if I would be comming in, when they had called me a few days prior asking me to switch my appointment because the masseuse was sick. It came to a point where I had to ask for my money back because this place is a mess. The fact that it was so difficult to even write an appointment change is beyond me. And the fact that they charge $75 for a missed appointment is unrealistic. Unreliable, Disrespectful, and beyond Disorganized.

I love this offices spray tans. I send all my patients here to have them spray tanned after procedures once they are fully healed. Melinda is phenomenal. I have never seen spray tans look so natural.

Araksay aka Roxy is an Amazing!! Her expertise and knowledge really made me feel extremely comfortable. She was able to assess my procedure and gave me a thorough breakdown down of what I needed. I was referred by a great friend that had a CoolSculpting procedure done. The place is clean the staff is friendly. You even got a choice of hot tea, coffee or water when you walk in it. They pay close attention to detail and thats definitely a plus and perk in my book. I highly highly recommend this place for any cosmetic/ non-invasive med spa. They have the latest technology.

The service during my first visit was adequate however, I was not offered any water or asked if I might need anything. I do not remember the lady who performed the massage however, I do remember that some of her instructions were unclear. None of this was really a problem and I was willing to go back for a second appointment. I made the appointment and realized that I had to reschedule, which went smoothly. Then the day of the massage came around and I realized I had started menstruating. I have been to a few different massage places in the past and have been told mixed advice regarding menstruation and massage, especially full-body) where I have been told to cancel my appointment and that they would help me reschedule without any issues. So I called Just Melt as soon as I found out which happened to be only 30 minutes prior to my appointment (I was getting ready to head to the appointment and realized it as I was in the restroom). I called them immediately and asked for their advice on whether I would be able to keep my appointment. The receptionist stated that she didnt think it was a good idea but that she would speak with the manager and call me back with confirmation. I didnt want to start my journey over if there was a possibility they would not take me. I did not hear back and my appointment time arrived so I called them back. I explained everything to the manager who made me repeat my inquiry several times stating that she did not understand my question (I stated that I called earlier to find out if my menstruating would affect my massage and if I would be allowed to keep my appointment). She finally told me that there is no interference. They refused to take any responsibility for me being late to my appointment and stated that due to policy they would either cut my session short or charge me for a reschedule since it is the day of the appointment. I felt that this was unfair because I did my part in trying to find out what I should do and waited to receive a call back. It was not my fault the situation happened so close to my appointment time and that I was not called back like I was told they would. Instead of trying to work something out with me and attempt to be accommodating, they only cared about their own time and money. This shows me that customer service is not their number one priority which is disappointing because I thought I would really love this place. I would only have had maybe 20 minutes of my full hour if I had kept the appointment and would have had to repurchase the massage if I rescheduled so I sadly opted to cancel the appointment entirely. While I understand the policy, I believe that there should have been some accommodations made considering the circumstances and considering I took responsibility in respecting them by calling ahead of time.

As soon as I walked in I had a feeling it was going to be a great experience and it held all the way through. I’m happy.

Nice clean place just the right service and low cost treatment

Went to Just Melt for a consult as they have the latest technology as it relates to aesthetic procedures. Met directly with Dr Jackie is truly a pro. They now offer Botox and fillers as well. I am a big fan recommend JM to family and friends.

I have now had 2 Hydofacials here! Such a nice, relaxing, and clean facility! in addition the staff is so informative!

Michelle was very pleasant and informative. She did an awesome job with my tan before leaving to Miami.

I’ve gotten a hydrafacial and a Venus Freeze once. Each time was with a different technician (my decision due to my own scheduling conflicts). Each technician is so friendly and professional. My skin has gotten so much better! I have naturally even complexion, but struggled with Whiteheads and dryness around my nose. I was advised to consider coolsculpting to remove excess fat i wasn’t happy with, and I could not be happier. Everyone of them is so knowledgeable, i feel very comfortable with this place.

Just Melt is a beautiful MedSpa. The team is so friendly and knowledgeable!!! I recently had a HydraFacial at Just Melt and it was amazing, my pores were cleaned out and minimized. Serum treatments were added and I can honestly see a difference with my skin! It glows! Just Melt has EVERYTHING you could ever need to beautify! I cant wait to go back for my next treatment!!! I had not scheduled with any specific person. I found out about the place on Groupon. Made an appointment first by the websites message box and I also called. The person that answered the phone was very nice, helpful and the scheduling was done efficiently and quickly. I even got a reminder text ( I guess you can opt out that if you prefer )All the staff I met were nice, friendly and helpful. Shaney was the lady who treated me ( I hope I got her name right ) she is nice, and friendly. She asked me if there is any special instructions I had in mind . I explained that my muscles of upper back and shoulder gets usually very tensed. She spotted all the areas of tension and work more on those areas. She is very knowledgeable of the anatomy and it is very important I believe . The place is advertised as medical massage therapy and I think all of the therapists there hold higher degrees and well knowledgeable.The place was clean and the room was nice with nice dimmed ligjts and very pleasant music. It is not a very fancy place like some other spas ( I havent been to to many anyways but I was to one fancy one in the past ) the massage itself was good in that place but I liked Shenays treatment better.Just one note . I mentioned My upper back and shoulder and she well worked on those areas. She also treated other muscle groups really well but I think maybe a little less on those specified area and more on other groups would have been better.Also one thing I liked about the table , it was heated . I am not sure if the heat could be adjusted, and I forgot to ask. I think that temprature is pleasant for many people . I am a little less tolerant to heat but it was not bothersome to me. You might want to ask that.So overal I recommend the place.Thanks Shaney and the staff if you get to read this note .
