MiracleFace made my hip dips go away. I was almost desperate and was thinking about doing surgery to increase volume to make them look fuller. I then found out that Sculptra could be used to fill in the dips without surgery. The treatment went fine and I liked the results

I had to have everything that was done here reversed. I found the Dr. to be extremely heavy handed and won’t go back. I’m really surprised at the reviews. My experience was not good. In my eyes this place is run by someone who is probably a skilled surgeon but not a skilled injector. I now go to a place where I get the type of results I had idealized. The clinic I go to now is passionate about what they do and don’t come off as sales people who aren’t truly invested in your outcome.

Got filler for V-line chin and Botox to shrink the muscle in the chin. Saw immediate results even after being informed it was a little swollen and after swelling went down it looked even better. My friends were complimenting me afterwards and saw the immediate change when I got done. The Doctor has a keen and clean eye. I love it. Thank you Miracle Face MedSpa!

Overall I had the absolute best experience and am beyond thrilled with my results. This was my first time ever getting any cosmetic work done, so I was a little nervous- but Dr. Schwarzburg was very reassuring. He was informative in every step throughout the process, from educating me beforehand to what exactly was happening during each injection. I love this spa. From booking my appointment to receiving services, I have always been very pleased with the professional and friendly service provided. Laureen is amazing at getting back with clients in a fast and timely manner. As far as the cosmetic services are concerned, Marianna has always been so comforting and competent, and she takes the time to listen to my wishes. She doesnt try to force services on me. The only weird thing about this Med Spa is its lack of a formal waiting room. There is no receptionist there to check clients in, so it’s a bit strange at first. The spa shares a waiting room with other businesses. This has never really bothered me, however, because Marianna is quite good at checking for clients in the shared waiting room. For this reason, make sure you are on time or early. With all of this said, I will definitely continue to come here for all future services!

I love this spa! The space is clean organized and welcoming. The technicians are knowledgeable and explain with care the treatments and what to expect. They are very accommodating when it comes to appointments and work with you. I have had a few sessions of microneedling and now I have the confidence to walk around without makeup. My skin has never been all that great but I am on my way to loving it. Laureen checks up on patients after the treatments; very nice personal touch. I highly recommend it and will continue to use their services.

Ive had 4 rounds of Botox here, each round only 10 units, they let you split a 20 unit package between two sessions which is great for the budget if you only need a small pick-me-up. In and out within 15 minutes, flexible online booking with Laureen who is friendly and always responds immediately. Marianna is very kind and professional. The treatment area is just a single room, but I love that youre in and out!

Very easy to make appointment with short notice. Conveniently located in midtown. Super efficient process that I was in and out pretty quickly. With that said I did feel the injection (Botox) is working better than a lot of places I had been. The effect starts to show in two or three days and doesnt have undesired impact (like pushing one eye harder than another, which unfortunately I experienced before). If the result will last for four months (now I am only two weeks into it), its a place trustworthy to go back.

This place is clean and very close to all the transportation. Doctor and nurse are professional and friendly. One Dr. told me that I dont need the entire 20 units to get rid off the crows feet. He will save half of the amount for the next time. Now I am very happy with my results. I really appreciate his work. Ill definitely recommend this place.

I was recommended to MiracleFace MedSpa by a friend and went for my first appointment back in April with the Doctor. I had been for forehead Botox before at other places but had decided to do some around my crows feet area in addition to my normal forehead treatment. Unfortunately I bruised VERY badly which is not abnormal but surely uncommon. I had a black eye for over a week. Also had to go back for a second round of forehead injections since the first werent high enough and I still had a weird forehead wrinkle close to my hairline. That said, when all was said and done it came out really nice and the communication was easy. They were also very responsive when I was unhappy with the initial results and scheduled my follow up right away.I recently went for my second treatment with the Nurse and she was excellent. I had the same treatment of my crows feet and did not bruise at all. The amount she administered was perfect and it looks amazing.Also, Laureen is great at both scheduling and following up. Its super easy to text to schedule an appointment which is always a plus. I would recommend especially at this price point!

Once my appointment was approaching they told me they were no longer doing laser hair removal and would refund me my money. I followed up and they never refunded any money. The doctor is extremely honest with you. Which is exactly what you should seek in a doctor. He will suggest things you might want to think about (this always irked me, but he isnt saying you NEED it, he was suggesting it as something to think about which I found far more palatable). I just want one Botox for my eyebrows and frown. The doctor quickly suggest me to do one more for my forehead. I was worried about that my eyes might become smaller, my eyelids will disappear and the shape of my eyebrows would change. And he said quickly no problem and nothing would happen. But till now, about three days, all these happens. You know what? They just want you to pay more. I want to go again and let them see if there is other ways to help my eyes become normal. Since right now I feel like I am sleepy and can’t open my eyes. They answered: sorry today there is no treatment for you.

Please be very careful with that Miracle Spa. Laureen and director of this clinic apply fillers under my eyes. Eventually I couldnt see very well I got literally bags under my eyes. When I told them about happening they started treating me as a anemy. I took pics of it. Laureen was very disrespectful to me. They didnt care that they broke my life and put me into depression. When I ask from them at least an apology Laureen told me to get out from office. I hope one day they realize what they have done!

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! I’ve been using such services & Groupon for the past 10 yrs and never had a single bill to dispute until now. I found this place through Groupon and it’s actually my 3rd time as a client. The initial 2 visits a nurse had performed the beauty procedure. Before each procedure the nurse sits you down to agree upon a price. Once there is a verbal agreement you sign a credit card authorization form and the procedure is performed. Afterwards an email receipt is sent. The initial 2 visits I received a bill for the amount which was verbally agreed upon. This time, however, they literally doubled my bill. We agreed upon $950 but my card was charged $1,850!!! Insanity. I would never have agreed upon paying double the agreed upon bill. I immediately contacted the business and they kept ignoring my messages. When I finally got through, they said that they would look into it. They still haven’t responded with an answer and the charge is now on my credit card. I reached out yet another time and received the same lame response that they will look into it. None of the business directories, especially Groupon, should be dealing with this company. I was scammed for almost $1,000. That is a ton of money. The NYC Dept of Consumer affairs will be notified and I promise to post this review on every review board I can find to warn others not to do business with these shady people. Stay far away from these scammers.

In DC, tipping on medical services is not allowed, but here in NYC it is (optional but) encouraged.I also receive occasional text messages from the practice owner Laureen, who periodically checks in to see if Im happy with the practice and if I have any questions or concerns. If you sign up for text alerts, you can also get notice of special deals and prices... on top of the already low prices that the practice offers.

The doctor & RN who perform Botox & fillers are honest-- they will not try to sell you anything you dont need & are conservative in their approach. Ive had both done there & results were natural, well done & minimum of bruising. The waiting area is a little weird-- dont let it throw you off. Once youre in the treatment area its totally different. Prices and appointment times were beyond reasonable for what youre getting. Ive paid double & had less than optimum results but both my Botox & under eye fillers came out great here!

Literally hands down the best place for injections. The only place I didn’t get any bruising after juvaderm on smile lines and Resalyn for under eyes. Just an amazing doctor because if he feels you don’t need it he will not take your money.

Ive had bad experiences with botox before, including diluted treatments and bad administration. But I have visited Miracleface twice, and both times were the best administration Ive had. Ive purchased 60 units before for my 11s and forehead at other places, but MiracleFace was able to do my whole forehead and 11s with just 40 units. They are quick, courteous, and professional. I saw the doctor within 5 minutes of my scheduled appointment. I would highly recommend them.

First let me say that I am very knowledgeable about beauty treatments since I was a manager of a spa, so I am really picky! I could not say enough about what a great job was done with xeomin. She knew exactly what to do and made sure I knew what to expect and what to do. I actually want to go back for other treatments, that is how happy I am! And they called to make sure I was ok.

Horrible experience. A week after my (unusually painful) injections, I still have noticeable bruising on my forehead and my eyebrows have DROPPED, when normally I see a lift in their appearance. Ive done Botox treatments several times before and never experienced either of these side effects. The nurse also randomly started pointing out things on my face that I should consider fixing as well, like injecting fillers into my under eye region... totally unsolicited commentary! Very rude and unprofessional.

Ive visited Miracleface 3 times now, the first late November for lip filler, and twice in early January for cheek fillers. The treatments were done in a spotlessly clean office by a nurse who was friendly, professional, and very,very, good at what she does.She explained everything to me before beginning, made recommendations,and performed the procedures with skill. Im beyond thrilled with the results- I look twenty years younger. There was some mild pain at the time of the injectons (none after) and some minor bruising and swelling after the lip injection but those are common side effects and resolved quickly. i have been getting a ton of compliments, but no one knows exactly what is different unless i choose to tell them-they just say i look great:) I highly recommend miracleface.
