If I could give this place 0 stars I would, the experience that I had at the Amber Spa at 232 Sherman Avenue was a complete disaster. First of all, the staff at the reception desk are so unwelcoming and have no manners. When you ask them for a paper or referral they do not only roll their eyes but even make you faces! And several times I have asked for a referral and they have given me random papers.I dont know if Dr. Patria Gonzalez has been checking her staff but she definitely should.When you call to make an appointment they leave you on hold for min of 30 mins since they have no idea what they are doing. On top of that, when I went in person, they had the audacity of denying me the service and treating me disrespectfully.Its a complete circus.I had 13 years as a patient at this office and I am officially leaving; Patria has lost 2 clients, as there are better quality doctors that offer a better service.

Made an appointment which is a new feature because it was walk in waited for 50 minutes and the ladies in the front where not nice or helpful forced us to wait outside in heat but allowed all the other patients inside…. They did not want to help and they lost 3 costumers today because I took my friends to get an appointment as well.

Dr. Patria Gonzalez & her staff were beyond professional & accommodating to all my needs & questions. These bad reviews Ive read, make no sense & seem fake. Im not one to even write reviews but her exceptional service was to brag about, so I need to give credit where its due. Ive experienced care in both offices & they both were pleasant experiences. Both office managers Dalia & Julie gave me their number & told me do not hesitate to call if Im not feeling well or have any questions about medications. Dr. Patria Gonzalez were one of very doctors that stayed opened during the entire pandemic & does not get enough credit. I would recommend her to any family member or friend.

I dont know why it expresses itself that way since my experience has been a success.I have visited clinics in Miami fl, Los Angeles and had never had the same treatment I feel very satisfied with the service employees but above all the prices. I refer above all to the manager who is taking care of the clinic at the moment is a very person humanitarian, delicate, Just like the DR Patria G who is always at the forefront of having her girls be on the lookout for their patients service because for her the most important thing is the service of her patients.
