I had a very bad experience with this practice. My daughter has croup and needed to go to the ER but this was not diagnosed by the pediatrician who kept telling me that it was going to be ok. I trusted my gut and went to the ER where indeed they confirmed that it was the right call.

My experience with Dr.Stern is always fantastic the only time I had to see another doctor for excptional visit I saw Dr.David Horwitz ,he was ok untill asked if I took covid 19 vacine and I replied no, he started to be rude with me, accused me of being irresponsible mother and asked me to step away from my child.I beleive no one should push a mother to take a vaccine without knowing her medical condition specially when there is no enought studies for breastfeeding, pregnant women and people with autoimmune diseases.I went home so dissaponinted and felt insulted.

Our experience with Dr. Stern was wonderful as ever. She was caring, efficient and always ready to help.I took two stars off because the receptionist was very rude. We got an 8 o’clock appointment and got there at 7:50. The moment she saw us, she said in a reproachful tone “You guys are so early!”. When I gently reminded her that we were 10 minutes earlier as we didn’t want to be late, she yelled at us to step right back to the door and to wait for temperature check.I understand people are scared about COVID-19, but it could have been said in a nice way. What’s more, we all wore masks and there was a partition between her and us. Their door was ajar and it was three meters away from the front desk. There was no way for me to announce our arrival from there before entering.She was icy when I waited for the health form later on. It took her a long time to get it ready, but there was no update of the vaccination. I had to call back.We have been coming here for 7 years. Doctors and nurses are always nice. It’s a pity that you encounter rude front desk staff from time to time.

Great service, quick to have appointment with preferred doctor. Doctor takes time to listen to patients and ask questions.Slightly on the expensive side considering no detailed invoice of each service can be provided when visiting, clients are told to wait for their financial department to send the detailed invoice.

My 3 year old and 5 year old love going to see Dr. king. Everyone at the office makes the visit fun and easy. There’s movies, prizes and magic at every visit! They’ve never been afraid of the dentist because of our experiences there. Highly recommended!

I am completely dissatisfied with this place. I told them I was upset with what my height would turn out to be. They did nothing for me in regards to that. Told me it was fine went it is barely over average. Don’t go for helpful advice. Their advice is terrible.

The medical care here has been exceptional. The doctors run very close to schedule, but at the same time, take the time to really listen to you as a patient or parent. Our daughters primary physician Dr. Natale is great with children and talks to parents as partners in the childs care. There is always a doc on call that is responsive to after hours emergencies and the practice assigns doctors daily to handle sick visits so when our daughter has had a medical issue that we thought needed to be addressed quickly, we have always been able to get a same day or next day appointment. It may not be your primary doc, but everyone at this practice we have seen has had great bedside manner with kids and has given effective medical advice/care.

I believe this office is running a scam. First of all It was very difficult to get a hold of a live person to initially make an appointment. Weeks passed and I never received a confirmation or reminder call or message from them. I forgot about it and later on was reminded of my daughters appointment when they mailed me a 50 dollar bill. I have been trying to call the office and there is no way for me to get a hold of someone and I cannot leave a message. Its been a couple of months now and each month Im constantly receiving this 50 dollar bill charge. I am highly dissatisfied with my experience with this doctors office. I am afraid they will send me to collections for this for which they NEVER mentioned a fee for a missed appointment the first and only time I was able to reach a secretary.I believe they do this on purpose to trick people..... I will definitely not be making an appointment with them in the future and will alert my friends to not take have their kids seen there. I will also be reporting them to the better business Bureau, they are scamming people.

We highly recommend this practice. Dr. Burstin is an exceptional Physician! He has treated all 3 of our boys since newborns. Sadly we moved out of state & well never have a Pediatrician as great as he. Were going to miss Pediatric Associates. :(

We LOVE Pediatric Associates. We met Doctor Burstin when I was pregnant and really liked him, he has a calm demeanor and always takes the time to answer our questions. We have never waited more than 2 minutes in the waiting room. The staff seems competent, organized and they are always very friendly.Our daughter is now over a year old and weve seen several doctors in the practice. They are all GREAT! We still have a soft spot for Doctor Burstin & prefer to see him but any of their wonderful doctors will do when hes away.Weve only ever called once for a question when the doctors were on call & they called back immediately and were very kind even though we were bugging them on a weekend.I could not recommend them anymore! I wish I could give a million stars.

This place is disgusting as well as the front desk, while making the appointment the witch on the phone made fun of my English, and was super slow herself..she took All! the numbers front and back !!! of the insurance card ( not only id number and name/ surname as usual in other normal offices), and then she said to bring my credit card so that to copy it...to what I said no, and asked to cancel my appointment..she said OK if you dont want it is not IMPORTANT! And guess what..when we were there on time ,we were said the credit card information is required no exceptions!! I am glad we are not their patients..that smelly, old place with unprofessional staff doesnt work for us !

When my newborn daughter was still in utero, my wife and I sought guidance on potential pediatricians from our close, trusted friends who live in the city with their infant children. They advised us that they take their children to Pediatric Associates of NYC, and we decided to do the same.Our experience thus far has been incredible. We have seen Drs. Stern and Horwitz several times before and after our daughters arrival, and we believe they are both fantastic, passionate pediatricians. They also have incredible bedside manners, and they are excellent communicators. Although we have not had the occasion to meet the other doctors in the practice, based on my experience, I have no doubt that they are all equally competent and engaging. Id strongly recommend Pediatric Associates of NYC to anyone who is looking for pediatric care in the city.

Highly dissatisfied with the office staff. They had my appointment wrong. When questioned, they blamed it on the morning staffer who did not note the change. At least take some responsibility for it instead of telling me they would try to squeeze me in. Your office messed up, you should fix it. I ended up waiting an hour and a half to see a doctor. Picture yourself waiting with your young child to see a doctor for an hour and a half. Its not fun.The doctor apologized for the mishap. It wasnt even the doctors fault.

They are amazing! Dr. Stern is our primary pediatrician and she is absolutely amazing . Also I have the opportunity to see Dr. Burstin and Dr. Horwitz, they are lovely and professionals. I feel my baby is in good hands.

Love all the Doctors here! Everyone has always been kind, caring and professional.

If youre comfortable with a factory-type setting where your child is just a number and the doctors are eager to get them checked off the schedule vs. spending time answering your concerns, then this place is for you. Ive waited with my son numerous times over 45 minutes waiting for our turn and *one* time we are running late because of traffic the doctor couldnt wait 10-15 minutes, even when I was on time explaining that my son was en route. Reception doesnt have a good handle on the schedule sending mixed information...then, they tell me I spoke to the doctor and she cant accommodate you; the 15 minutes grace period is up and youre her last appt of the day but yet the doctor is 5 feet away sitting there behind the door, with no attempt to engage in conversation with a loyal customer. Reception is icy, doesnt make eye contact, passive aggressive. Office is dreary and unkempt, old toys strewn across random tables. Classic symptoms of an overpacked practice. Theyve been lucky there is such demand in Manhattan but there are lots of other new practices out there now. Ive been wanting to switch practices and this was the catalyst! This post wont go live unless you give at least one star which is the only reason there is one.

Christina is very rude over the phone, talks over you, and when Im giving her information about the insurance, she tells me Im talking over her and she didnt get none of the information. I think she should learn how to listen. Its her job to get patients information especially prospective ones. Extremely rude and potentially lost a patient. I dont understand how this type of person can be working as a receptionist. Shame.

The reception is Anita is very rude does not listen to your questions over the phone very inconsiderate and heartless don’t waste your time going here she asked a bunch of questions and give No Anserw

The front desk and billing office can be impolite and inefficient!! I have a refund that has been pending for over 6 months and they always say the check is ready when its not. Very disappointing service!

My 18-year old daughter has been a Pediatric Associates patient. since birth and we couldnt be happier with the care shes received with Dr. Horowitz, Dr. Burstin, and (when she became a teen and requested a female doctor) Dr. Natale. They have always been respectful, kind, candid, and very wise about both physical and emotional issues (everything from needle phobia to healthy diet to bullying to homework). We have always gotten called back promptly when weve needed help; weve never felt rushed during a visit; and we cant recommend them highly enough! This practice is made up of warm, caring human beings.
