The entire team at American Infusion Center is top notch. My daughter and I are always greeted with a friendly smile, taken well care of by a wonderful team of nurses, and Dr Kramer is so caring and understanding of our complex health history. She has a wonderful bedside manner and takes the complexity of our health into close consideration.This infusion center has become like family to us. We travel from Pennsylvania and have to stay in the city for a two day treatment. They lessen the burden of the trip and make it more tolerable. I couldn’t imagine receiving this quality of care anywhere else.

I was referred to Dr Kramer whom I had the pleasure of meeting last week.I immediately felt comfortable with the warm greeting at the front desk and was thrilled that Dr Kramer topped that.She is very warm, shows concern, listens intently and actually quite comical.Not to mention she communicates results at 6:30 AM while most of us are asleep.While I am happy I will not need treatment at this time I am so glad I met her.

Front desk is so kind on the phone and in person, generally not a given with other doctor’s offices. Doctor Kramer is so thorough, personable and has a no BS attitude, my type of doctor. Very happy to have found her.

As usual everyone was very pleasant and inviting. Ana was wonderful and worked very proficiently, makes my biannual visit feel at ease and comfortable. All the doctors stopped in to check on my progress, all in all a reassuring visit.

Staff is attentive. One additional consideration that would be helpful would be have some food items available for purchase on site, especially considering that individuals undergoing infusion are unable to forage.

I had one of the best experiences at a dr’s office - everything from beginning to end went seamlessly. The office is immaculate and the staff is so friendly, they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I initially called for an appointment as a new patient and due to my circumstances, they were able to squeeze me in. The receptionist Ivette in the midtown office is one of the nicest women; she was very responsive and prepared me for my appointment before arriving so there was no wait. The nurse Jose took my bloodwork and he was very personable and worked efficiently so it calmed my nerves.Dr. Kramer is amazing. I was anxious about going to see her but she relieved all anxiety I had when I walked into her office. She’s caring, honest, and very knowledgeable. I didn’t feel like she was rushing me out to get to the next appointment because she made sure to explain everything and listened to any concerns I had.I would highly recommend this office!

I was really nervous for my first appt but that quickly dissipated as soon as I got there. The front staff was friendly and organized which made the process more streamlined. I didn’t wait for more than 5 minutes before being called in by the nurse. They explained the process before doing anything (which I appreciate). She found my vein right away and before I knew it, I was hooked up sitting back comfortably. The office and Infusion area is clean and organized. I was taken to a large room with 5 recliner chairs each separated by a white board due to Covid restrictions. The only draw back was my husband couldn’t accompany me due to social distancing and not being allowed to have too many people in the same room. I was told they also have private Infusion rooms when requested but since this was my first time, I didn’t ask. The staff was calm and personable. They offered me water and snacks. I met with the doctor who was very nice and took my history. He listened to me and didn’t rush me off like some others do. He was very respectful. All in all it was a pleasant first experience.

I am not usually the writer of reviews but my experience was so good I felt people in need of this service should know something better is out there. The Dr. and nurses were great answered any questions I had and made me comfortable. Front desk took care of my insurance, I did not have to wait , it was seamless from begining to end. Everyone was friendly and professional, plus a beautiful office not like going to a hospital!!

Don’t look any further- this is a top-notch operation. First of all - how often can you say the front desk crew is fabulous? They are organized and always greet me with a smile. The nurses are true professionals- also exceptionally nice, they are never in a rush, and always explain what they are doing. Drs Gelfand and Kramer always make me feel at ease and are very thorough. Most importantly - I feel safe inside- everyone wears a mask, social distancing is adhered to and seats are wiped down thoroughly.
