Doctor Roya and her staff were very pleasant. I came here for my annual checkup and the whole experience was absolutely painless. They were prompt and efficient and made sure that all of my questions were answered to my satisfaction

Dr. Roya was amazingly kind. It was great communication with her. I am glad that she is my primary doctor!Staffs are welcoming but one of the receptionist gave me kind of awkwardness. I don’t know why it is so hard to say sorry for their own mistake. That person confused me with other patient because we share last name.Even though I gave all my IDs she didn’t even look at my name on it. Finally she gave me wrong person’s name on my consent form, and I said it wasn’t my name. She blamed me that I gave her my last name right. Is it my fault to have same last name with other patient and not being asked my first name, and not being checked my ID card thoroughly?Finally she asked me to hand in all IDs again and emergency contact again without any apology. Not even showing any sorry gesture for my inconvenience. I was so impressed by this staff.Maybe she was embarrassed by her mistake, but it would be more smoother if she accepts it and sharing small ‘sorry for your inconvenience’ communication.I don’t want others to have same experience at the beginning of the visit.Because this first expression has no relationship with following services.I only wish this feedback will help to improve your service! First time visiting the office and Dr. Seibert was very thorough and thoughtful and caring. Great office staff. I had a great experience with a doctor that genuinely cares about his patients.
