As a mother of 2 young children who has been loyal to this practice, I will *never* return. My son had an eye problem, but they would only see him for a very rushed video conference. Dr Kercher gave no valuable advice and charged us $250 for a useless 5 minute video chat.Last week I had a well visit for my baby for which I had taken off work to attend. The office cancels it 45 minute prior due to a doctor emergency. They could only reschedule later in the day - so I had to miss an entire day of work. Then they CHARGED us for missing the appointment. They are truly a horribly run organization- if you are a busy parent and care for your children’s health - do NOT come here. You’ll just be a number in a bureaucracy with no accountability.

I gave this review 3 stars only because my doctor and the medical assistant/nurse that works with her was just fine. I had no problems with our interactions, but the overall experience was unfortunate. I have gone here as a gyn patient for many years and have had an overall great experience with all doctors and staff I have encountered in my time here. Today, however, made me question further attendance here. As I entered the lobby of the offices right before you get on the elevator, I observed two medical staff members with dark blue scrubs speaking to each other. They did not stop me. When I got to the second one standing closer to the elevator, I decided to stop and ask if they were checking people in prior to entering the elevator. Neither of them answered my question. One responded with, whats your name? Ob or Pcp? I answered, my name was checked and I continued walking towards the elevator. I guess they were checking people in?Before my exam, I was instructed to go to the bathroom for routine testing prior to my exam. When I exited the bathroom, I saw another medical assistant/nurse (light blue scrubs) standing with her arms crossed with her foot on the wall facing my direction. When she saw me come out of the bathroom, she moved and went to their office. I found it strange and felt as though she was waiting for me to come out of the bathroom. I did not think anything of it until I went back into my exam room and heard her very loudly in an annoyed angry tone say, What was she doing in the bathroom? It sounded as if she was angry that I was using the bathroom. She repeated the question a few times until someone responded something I could not hear. Then I heard another medical assistant/nurse say to her, No, thats okay. Lets be clear. I do not know this woman. Have never seen her until today. My exam room door was closed, but she could very loudly be heard by me and anyone else in any other exam room nearby I am sure. I have a bad temper and I am surprised I did not say anything. Nothing was brought to my attention. When I left, I left my cell phone and realized when I got to the elevator. As I went back to get it, she stared at me and then turned her attention to the room she was standing in front of. A different room from where she was before. I do not know what this was about, nor do I really care to bring it further than this. This is a serious place of business and care that tends to sensitive matters daily. Professionalism was lacking with these ladies today. This is a doctors office and yes, everyone in a doctors office is held to a higher standard. Which is how it should be. Reviews are intended to bring the good and bad of any business to the attention of that business. I hope this office actually reads this.

Run, run, run. Keep running and never look back. Absolutely worse experience with a primary care physician I have ever had and ever hope to have. 5 minutes with me and no diagnosis given. Antibiotics prescribed incorrectly. Diagnostic test ordered incorrectly. Then a nurse called me later at home to confirm I got a flu shot for her records. I dont know, did I get a flu shot? Shouldnt she know that? This is a dangerous institution with many errors, careless doctors and money making as the prime motivation. I would not advise anybody to put their health at risk at this institution.

This place is literally the worst. Every time you call, expect to wait on hold for twenty minutes. During a pandemic, they don’t enforce any social distancing rules and apparently people with children get priority check-in. Literally, they have people waiting ten minutes in line to check-in during a pandemic. They’re disorganized and are an epidemic waiting to happen.

I had my yearly wellness check up with Dr. Fenster yesterday. I highly recommend her. She genuinely cares about her patients. She is a great listener and is always willing to spend time with her patients to solve for any medical issue. In addition, the reception team is just lovely. They are very organized and do their best to minimize wait time.

Negligent and unethical. Go elsewhere. Unfortunately, similar to other reviews. (Here’s why) When you have the “site director” call you about your concerns, only to have him disregard them and manipulate the truth of YOUR experience, (because of an unflattering reflection on his lack of leadership?) INSTEAD OF taking responsibility and putting in change to avoid another patient this kind of treatment....it’s time to communicate this inappropriate behavior!Having your primary give you info on your spouse is against HIPPA, on top of that, the info wasn’t even based on REAL DATA, they just threw it out there...”oh those numbers are fine”. REALLY? With NO results in front of you doctor?? I’ve been misdiagnosed by her on more than one occasion (in a short period) and obviously not treated correctly for my issues. The staff from behind the counter has called out my personal health info and another asked for personal health info. I’ld been given incorrect test results by a doctor, a nurse, and a cna all in a matter of days. What is my primary’s response? “What do you what meet to do? Uh, Im sorry?” That’s the response?!Zero accountability. No professional standard. The patient’s suffer the consequences by prolonged APPROPRIATE treatment and unnecessary harm to their body. The majority of your facility needs to be “RESET” doctor. Will continue to seek more relevant consequences to my experiences, in spite of your dismissive response.

Just got a bill for a copay...after my wife’s well visit. They claim they are filing for copay for two visits in one day BECAUSE MY WIFE ASKED ABOUT HER CHRONIC MIGRAINE HEADACHES and they consider that to be a separate consultation! What else is a well visit for if not to discuss any happenings or changes in health? Note, her headaches were not treated nor were any tests ordered from or for the office .

Have been going here for years for both adults and kids. They do the right tests to confirm things (like bacterial vs viral infections) to give the right treatments, and they’re often quite helpful even without visiting in person. Huge fan of this practice!
