I had a very pleasant experience at the New York Center for Travel. The place is super clean and they are abiding by all COVID-19 prevention policies. Everything is very organized and if you do your pre visit paperwork before you get there you are literally in and out. I think I spent a maximum of 20 minutes there and mostly because my baby was running around. I came here to get the yellow fever vaccine, there is a national shortage so this is one of the few places that are offering it. It is also the most affordable of the 25 places I contacted. Passport health quoted me almost $400 for the vaccine. Most travel clinics also do not accept insurance (even if your insurance covers yellow fever vaccine, mine does). I would definitely recommend here for a quick and seamless pre-travel consultation.

I needed a yellow fever vaccination for travel. After an internet search and calling other providers, I chose NY center for travel and tropical medicine. I liked the response right from the start. I was given a same day appointment. The intake was extremely Professional and kind. The procedure was explained thoroughly by the Nurse along with possible side effects and other precautions to take. All in all a very good experience. Even the shot did not hurt. Thank you.

Really fast and easy covid testing pre-travel!

They are good at testing and results but the prices are ridiculous and extra prices are dropped on you at the last second.

Wow! Such a lovely experience. They got me in same-day. The office is beautiful, reception is helpful, and Olga the consultant was so informative and friendly. I couldnt have asked for a better pre-travel clinic! And they were significantly cheaper than all the other NYC clinics! I cant recommend them enough.

This was the first time going to a travel clinic. Olga Whyte was extremely helpful. It was a last minute trip with very little preparation, but Olga went out of her way to provide me and summarize for me a lot of the information I needed and gave me the vaccines and medications I needed.

Dr Connor is knowledgeable, attentive and believes in the power of preventative medicine as all doctor should!

A quick visit for a flu shot...in and out in no time, but don’t confuse efficiency for lack of warmth and charm. Just the best.
