My younger sister went in today to get her hair checked. She had been going a couple of weeks ago because she had lice and wanted to keep checking she was free of it. When she went to her appointment today, the door was locked. After she had knocked non stop, she heard someone inside say her name and complain that they had already checked her a ton of times. My sister proceeded to knock and attempt to open the door. No one ever came out. She waiting for 30 min and left. After she texted and told them what happened they said the door has been open the entire time, which obviously it wasnt. Do not go here. Also, they moved my sisters appointment from yesterday to today-- and STILL no one came to help her.

We visited here on 06/26/19. The staff is pretty friendly. The environment is comfortable. We had our first session and were told to come back in 4 days. We followed their instructions to wash my daughter’s hair daily for the 4 days and keep it in either or braid or bun. Fast forward to July 8th I began to notice my daughter’s scalp becoming alarmingly dry. Pieces of her scalp were coming off! I had not used any new hair products in her hair so I’m almost positive it was because of the lice treatment. I was never told not once that she would experience dry scalp. I gave them a call and the woman on the other end was rude and gave me a nonchalant reply. I told her what was going on and she basically told me their was nothing they can do. She claimed their products are all chemical-free which I’m pretty sure is a lie.

My first treatment was thorough and I was immediately put at ease by the amazing Deniseia after arriving in a panic. I have long hair and picked up the buggers from my toddler when she brought them home from school. The length and thickness of my hair was just too much for me or my husband to go through- so happy to have found a place where a professional with experience in lice and nit removal can treat my head. Great , natural, safe and easy to use products to bring home for preventive treatments and for me and my family.

Woke up one morning to the unpleasant realization we had 2 family members infected with head lice. Called Hair Fairies and they took us right away! Margie & Alyissa were our technicians and they could not have been more pleasant or professional. We were there about 4 hours while they combed, combed, combed the lice away. Was it cheap? No, but you get what you pay for and this is lice, people. We have follow up visits scheduled and we have all the products they sell. They also give lots of good advice and printed sheets with thorough instructions. Also, if all your family members come for a screening, they guarantee their work.

While the staff is very helpful and kind, the prices are too high for the service. Cheaper to go through independent contractors who also guarantee their work at a fraction of the cost and come to your home.

Margie, the Manager at Hairfairies, did an informative Head Lice presentation in our program this morning. It was very nice of her to step out of her busy schedule in the salon to educate our staff and students parents about Head Lice. The presentation was about the basics of Head Lice: how it is spread, causes, treatments and preventions. Thank you Margie for being so nice and for sharing your knowledge to us! :)

Absolutely excellent experience. My gf was hysterical. I was able to call and promptly make an appointment same day. When we arrived Margie was very friendly professional and reassuring. Throughout the experience she was able to turn her frown upside down. We went from crying wondering if we would have to cut off her hair. To laughing about my insensitively calling her my little lice head. The salon is cozy and perfect for keeping children comfortable as the treatment process can take some time depending on the specific severity. Overall. It was the best possible resolution.despite being indoors on such a gorgeous day. Thanks Margie. See you again when we follow up.Returning for our followup appointment went entirely smooth as well. Despite finding out that my gf had a rather severe case, the first treatment was 100% successful. ALL LICE REMOVED. My gf did not complain about having to shampoo regularly between appointments and shared instant physical relief on her scalp.If anyone is unfortunately enough to catch a case of lice, it is in your best interest to go see MARGIE! I guarantee the quality of service and peace of mind is priceless!!!
