Our whole family pretty much has a punch card by now with their practice: they have been very accommodating, thorough and empathetic. Dr. Ziets is very knowledgeable, laser focused, and gentle.

Never saw the doc, so heres my review of staff. If you are a type A person whose life is totally in control, this office is probably fine for you. I am not that type of person, and was pretty concerned when urgent care referred me to a hand surgeon for a broken finger. The fact I had to wait 5 days to see Dr. Ziets did not help my anxiety. After the office moved my 10:45 appt to later that afternoon, I had to take off work to make the appointment and got there on the hottest day of the year. Fill out forms, wait 45 minutes, and then staff tells me I cant be seen because my insurance card and my license dont match. My license is in my maiden name, and insurance in married name. The reason they said this was important was because if I need surgery, the hospital would need my ID to match my insurance. Fine, I get it, but cant I see the doc to find out if I need surgery? Nope, they just assumed this would be a big problem and told me to come back in 2 days after i got a new ID. This was bureaucratic and the opposite of compassionate patient care. Id rather lose my hand than deal with people like this.

Dr Zeits repaired a 40 year old torn and retracted rotator cuff tendon. I suffered all those years with pain and limited overhead use of my arm. He gave me a pain free and totally useful arm. He is the best!
