A true life savor , A real hero in New York City. I would share my experience. I got a very serious injury 18 years ago on my upper arm it actually damaged ulnar median both nerves and artery. After a few years from surgery my left hand started getting weak. I went to many doctors in 18 years but not a single doctor could diagnose the real reason. They kept telling me gradually I will lose my left hand. Two doctors from New York told me that I need plates in my hand. Dr Jacques Hacquebord was the first one who diagnosed after 18 years that real reason is something else and he performed successful surgeries according to his diagnosis. Finally he saved me from disability, mental stress , disappointment.

What a wonderful experience today at Dr. H’s office. I am a frantic mom with an injured 18 month old and ever member of this staff was kind, patient and knowledgeable. Highly recommend for the best level of care!

I would actually write a decent review if I actually saw the man! I scheduled an appointment months ago online to see him virtually which was then changed to a week later on like the day before it was supposed to be.I was told the wrong time for the appointment for 4:30 instead of 4. I logged in both at 3:30 and 4:30 and he was not on. I would have liked to see him virtually to have gotten his opinion on my arm. Also this is not the first doctor I have seen in this practice. The other was rude and no help of all.

I have been to see Dr. Hacquebord 5 times now and each time he has listened and helped me understand as well as taking care of the problem. I never feel rushed. I feel listened to. I highly recommend him and his entire office!
