It’s obvious that no one wants to get hurt or go through trauma, but I honestly have to say that my experience with Dr. Mark P and his staff has made my experience one of comfort and care.I fractured my wrist in the early part of 2020 and the procedure Dr Mark P did on my wrist was above and beyond. My surgery included 2 plates and 2 screws which under his watchful eye was carefully executed. The follow ups were just as precise and very quickly helped me regain strength and mobility. Recently the metal plates and screws were removed and now we’re working to continuing building strength and mobility to get back to a place of normalcy.The words to describe Dr Mark P are professional, honest, diligent and caring…all to the highest level.I am extremely grateful to Dr P and his staff for all of their care. I had an almost life-changing experience and highly recommend Dr. Mark Pruzansky.Surgery performed by him on my wrist allowed me to use my hand without pain for the first time in years. Dr. Pruzansky instantly knew what was wrong and offered me several treatment options, including very conservative ones. I chose surgery and don’t regret my choice even one bit. With some occupational therapy and self-massaging, my wrist healed perfectly, and the scar was barely visible already after a few months. Both at the office and in the clinic where surgery took place, every one was extremely friendly and caring.

I would highly recommend Dr. MARK PRUZANSKY. I was seeking a second opinion when I met him. He was very professional, very thorough and explained the surgery in detail and what to expect. He made me feel really at ease . I was not even scared to go to surgery because I know I am in good hand. The entire staff were very professional. His physician assistant ( Eunice) very kind and sweet. wait time at least 5 minutes and plenty of social distancing. Dr. Pruzansky checks on me to make sure that postop is going well as plan. He is very thorough and watches my wound closely to ensure its healing well. For me that is awesome and makes me feel that he really cares about the patient and perfection. Answers all my questions and I dont feel that I am being rushed. Recovering well. Excellent care.

Dr. Pruzansky took the time to make himself available and answer any and all of my questions regarding my fractures and options available to treat them. I didn’t feel being helped throughout the call rather than being interrogated and humiliated. I apologize that I speak English with an accent and my name definitely discloses that I’m Asian. Doctor Pruzansky is for sure one of the best doctors I ever met in my life. I broke my right hand, and a metal plate had to be put into the right wrist. The surgery was on 18 April 2014, Good Friday. Today my right hand (which is my primary hand) is like before, I dont feel any pain at all and I can use the hand like before. I can play the piano like before. Another amazing thing are the scars, actually they are nearly invisible. He did a modern artwork, thats what I tell my friends... What impressed me a lot as well is the patient education. I like when doctors explain what they do with my body. (By the way, Dr Pruzansky explained everything in German to me!) And the staff is exceptional as well. Its also his modesty and humility that impressed me, when I said that I was so happy, Dr Pruzansky just replied: Happy to help! He was recommanded to me by a friend who had both wrists done by him (Im quite new to the US, arrived here a year ago for work purposes from Vienna, Austria.)

Dr. Pruzansky and his staff were extremely helpful and professional. He was able to diagnose an ailment I had been seeing a chiropractor and other doctors for a few months in just one visit. After a consultation and explanation of the issue he answered all my questions, countless phone calls and talked about my options. We were quickly able to set up a time for surgery. Although it seemed to be a complicated and invasive procedure, Dr. Purzansky was able to fix nerve damage in my elbow (Cubital Tunnel Syndrome) that had been effecting my finger strength, dexterity and grip for months.Now only 6 months after my surgery Im stronger and feel better then I did before I fully noticed the issue.If you are seeking a hand expert he should be your first appointment.

Dr. Mark Pruzansky performed three surgeries on me, right and left carpel tunnel wrist surgeries, and right distal muscle tendon. Ive been in his care for about ten years. All three procedures were sucessful and comfortable. Dr. Pruzansky and his staff were comforting and gave me confidence with his treatments for me. I was referred to this Dr. after suffering an injury at work. My complaints of hand pain, numbness in my thumb and index finger were totally dismissed. He suggested I take the weekend for my “symptoms” to clear up, he wouldn’t even provide me a letter beyond that Sunday, I saw him on a Wednesday, for my job. 4 months later I’m still out of work due to severe wrist pain, torn ligaments, carpal tunnel , and a pinched nerve (found this out after consulting another doc who suggested and MRI)For this Dr to come so highly recommended, I was extremely disappointed, Worst experience ever!!!

For 2 years I’ve been suffering from joint pain on my middle and ring finger. A local hand doctor said cortisone is the answer it wasn’t. The the Rheumotologist said it’s arthritis put this cream on 4x daily along with this pill. Another failure. Then reading an article on the BEST SURGEONS IN NEW YORK it was there that I noticed Dr Pruzansky. After one appointment I finally had answers rather then voodoo remedies. I requested Dr Pruzansky to perform the surgery he recommended. Within 24 hrs Post op I was making a fist with no pain other then the entry hole which was sewn closed. Today not a week after surgery mybandages came off and my hand is healing quite well with the results I was hoping for. I am an avid winter mountaineer, and a few months prior to an expedition in the Northeast US, I suffered an injury to my shoulder. I booked an appointment with Dr. Pruzansky, who I had previously seen before, and very quickly he diagnosed my injury (rotator cuff) and created a treatment and recovery plan in order to get me in shape in time for my climb. True to his word, by the time I was scheduled to scale the mountain, my shoulder was in tip top shape and I summited without issue. Even though Dr. Pruzansky wasnt with me on the mountain that day, he was certainly a part of the team that helped me reach the top. Id recommend him to friends and family, and would see him again.
