This review is about the front desk and customer service.1) They messed up my appointment. Good thing I followed up to confirm my schedule through email after the call.2) They lack of coordination. 2 different ladies called within 20 minutes before my appointment to confirm whether I was going to come in.3) Their attitude was bad. e.g.,3a) Who did you call to make an appointment? - Does it matter? And do people typically remember who pick up their calls (if name is even disclosed)?3b) Theres a reason why they (people who made my appointment) are no longer here - If you knew theres an issue with your ex-employees, why did you ask me who they were?3c) Do you have your health record - If you look at my profile, you would find it, which is what I asked them to do.3d) The front desk lady asked me to pay in the middle of my conversation with the doctor. I questioned the order of operation, since typically I visit a doctor / dentist, then the front desk calculates the charge, and I pay. She just said nevermind, I will just charge it to your insurance and stormed out of the office.3e) Doctor said to obtain her contact at front desk after the session. I asked the front desk, the lady asked back what contact? Another doctor who was at the front desk knew what I was asking for, and handed me a business card. (i.e., I dont think my communication was unclear for the front desk lady to react like I was not speaking clearly.)4) Sketchy charge. Per email prior to my visit, please keep in mind your insurance has deductible, so $150 charge will be applied because you’re a new patient. Your insurance doesn’t really work until you meet/pay your deductible. After the visit they sent me the bill. They charged insurance $373, and I had to pay $215 after insurance. Thats $65 more than whats quoted. The reason they gave was the discount in the amount of $150 was offered to you prior to the appointment. If this amount is not paid prior to the appointment we charge the full amount as per insurance reimbursement rates. $150 was never mentioned as a discounted amount anywhere in our communications. Nor did anyone disclose that I had to pay BEFORE appointment to get the discount. I ended up paying the agreed $150 after quoting email communications.Bottom line is, if you have to visit this office, make sure to communicate everything through emails.

My wife has been going to NY Medical Office under Dr. Igor but we havent been able to get hold of this doctor once. The NP weve been seeing is very nice and courteous but hasnt been able to diagnose my wifes condition so far and its been almost a month now.I was trying to avoid writing recommendations on Google review for doctors but I had to this time and Id recommend anyone reading this NOT to go to this place. One can definitely find a lot better experience elsewhere in Midtown.Id give one star but the extra one is because of the courteous nature of the NP my wife saw.

I have been seeing Igor Kletsman for many years. He is always to the point and does not waste your time.When I got covid, as scary as it was, doctor was guiding me to my recovery. He checked in every other day on his own to make sure Im alright. I highly recommend him.

The receptionists and nurses always sweet and helpful. Very short wait times and easy to accommodate appointments even on short notice. Anna is also very dedicated to her patients’ healthcare and keeps them well informed. Would highly recommend this office.

Doctor Kletsman is amazing,I am his patient for 2 years and can say no problems to make an appointment, no long time to wait, all stuff is professional and polite. Doctor Igor is professional and he treats not only illness but also the soul. I highly recommend him.

I love Dr. Fleisher, she listens and takes everything you say very seriously. Her first concern is doing her job and making you feel better, shocking that I have to say this about a DOCTOR but very different than my other doctor experiences in NYC. The office is also very accommodating, I came an hour earlier than my appointment today and they took me right away.

Very helpful and understanding. My insurance terminated me last month. I dont have insurance until March through my job. That said, they still filled an emergency prescription. Its only an antibiotic, but still helped a sick patient in need! :)

I am literally BOGGLED by some of these negative reviews. i have been searching years for a consistent PCP in NYC.I FOUND HIM HERE.finally!!! F I V E S T A R S!!!dr. igor was the kindest, most concerned doctor i have seen. not to mention the girls at the front desk were kind and patient as well. vanessa helped me figure out insurance costs by calling them for me!to those people complaining about insurance or CAB costs—that is NOT on the doctors office whatsoever. to those people complaining about doctors not writing prescriptions, i understand how that can be frustrating as i am on a number of them as well, but they are VERY clear about what they do not prescribe beforehand. to those patients: you need to have some responsibility as well.anyway- i will conclude this by saying, although i do have a high deductible, i will never seek another doctor’s office again. they are worth EVERY penny.thank you so much, you’ve been a fabulous team.

An incredibly knowledgeable and caring doctor with a very understanding bedside manner. I did not feel rushed at all and felt a very thorough examination was done. I truly felt I am in great hands and would recommend to everyone who needs a great physician. Very very happy with my visit.

Havent had too many medical issues so far (knock on wood) but have been seeing Dr. Kletsman for the past few years and he has always been very dependable. He is very connected and organized and there is never a wait for appointments. Good guy. Highly recommend.

Spent $30 on a taxi (while I’m sick) to come here only to learn they want $150 up front to be seen even though they’re in network. I didn’t have any money on me so they told me to go somewhere else. All I needed was a prescription.

The worst experience. I did not even see the doctors because apparently this doctors office can’t refill certain prescriptions. I was trying to get a new doctor because I no longer live in my home state. The women at the desk were beyond rude and kept rolling their eyes. They made me change my appointment time to earlier because frankly they did not have anyone after me and wanted to be done sooner, so I changed the time to help them out and they were so rude. The building is also very worn down, not in a good way. Would not go, find a more experienced doctors office.

Avoid this office. This doctor is one of the most unprofessional doctors I have experienced in my adult life. His nurses are right out of school, the front desk staff behave as if this is their second job after a fast-food joint.The doctor is a cold, cold money maker. He doesnt care about your health, he cares about his money. he will withhold meds that youve been taking for over 17 years just so he can make another couple hundred bucks off seeing you.I begged his office - please fill my script because I am out of meds. I will come see your office next week when I have time. But I need these meds to live! and they all refused despite my pleas.Do yourself a seriously big favor - and go to any other doctor.

I havent seen in New York for long and I am happy that I found Igor as he is attentive to patients and professional.

DO NOT GO TO SEE HIH. His only response to every question was Go to the ER even when I was just trying to my prescription (and it was just about the common side effect). It was also difficult to understand with his strong accent. He also refused to provide explanation in writing. After I left the comment this on Zocdoc, he harassed me on the patient portal saying it was my fault. He didnt even refer any doctors, and his response was find a surgeon on Zocdoc. And I tried twice and it was very difficult to find the general surgeon without referral. I had to see another doctor for the second opinion and got referrals for specialists. I am very disappointed about the whole experiences and his so many typo, unprofessional responses. How can I trust this doctor!?
