Very effective, noticed a difference in less than a week, have re-ordered to give my body a chance for 8 weeks. Would like to test the consistency of the product for that duration. Cinnamon, vanilla is easy to drink. I like the fact that it is a natural product. If the containers could be recycled that would be icing on the cake! Does it really have to be plastic? I believe there is room for a new initiative.

The powder is a very powerful medicine that really does work. Problem is that it doesnt dissolve well in cold water...better with hot water. Also the taste is not very pleasant. Would be great to have this in capsule form. So works great for my digestive issues until I cant stand it any more.

I have overall been very pleased with this product. In the beginning after my first several months of use I experienced some bad gas several hours after taking it. I re-read the instructions and didnt feel like I had been drinking enough water when I would take the capsule in the morning so I began drinking the full 8 oz. of water as suggested. This seemed to alleviate the problem. I recommend this product to anyone wanting to have regular bowel movements.

Ive been using the United Naturals Symbiotic 365 for about 6 months. I had previously been using probiotics so did not have any severe problems, so perhaps my affects were less dramatic than if I had been experiencing severe gut issues. However, I like that this product is so stable and packaged well and is so complete. I have tried many brands of probiotics over the years and I think this has the most complete list of strains and I can take it on the road with me without refrigeration. Gut Connect has made my stomach feel much better in the mornings. Flavor is pretty good
