Dr. was helpful. Be prepared with questions that you might have otherwise visit might be more brief. Knowledgeable.

On September 27th. I had a procedure. As always I felt at ease with Dr. Crespin. I don’t live in the city anymore. But I still come in to see my doctors.

Dr. Crespin is my primary care doc and my gastroenterologist. He listens to my concerns and makes suggestions for treatment options. Dr. Crespin is very personable and relaxed in his manner, putting me at ease. He usually responds quickly, and his staff members, both on the phone or in person, are always courteous and professional. I would recommend Dr. Crespin to friends and family.

Was triple or quadruple booked for a single time slot, I showed up to find no record of me in their system, despite getting confirmation emails and texts that morning, and learned that there were multiple other patients for a single time.Left without being seen as Id rather my doctor have time to see me and not rush.

I went to see Dr. Crespin regarding recurring issues with heartburn. I had a few consultations for prescriptions and he also performed a endoscopy. He is very knowledgeable in his field and shows compassion, took the time to become acquainted with my issue. I was pleased with his exceptional services.

The doctor is good, but his staff is terrible. They take everything too lightly, they dont give the doctor the right messages. I have been waiting 10 days for the doctor to reply to the pharmacy and 4 days for him to call me with lab results.

Didn’t take me seriously. Never contacted by anyone from the office to review results of bloodwork. I think he’d be a better doctor if he didn’t overbook.
