After initial problems scheduling a visit through the Flushing Office, I managed to reach the Manhattan office by phone. They were extremely helpful, and slotted me in. The pa who saw me was expert and kind. Dr Ng is an extremely skilled practitioner

Dr. Ng was fast and straight to the point. There can be a longer wait time if you have an afternoon appointment so try going as early as possible.Thank you for great service!

Very helpful! Super efficient, clearly explained what I needed to do for a colonoscopy, the process was seamless, helped me out with insurance, etc. Aside from the fact that I was there for a medical reason, a great experience!

I was referred to dr Anthony NG but he was unavailable for personal reasons so I met with dr. Donald Tsynman. He does appear to care about his patients. He seemed like the kind of dr that rushes through his apts so he can up the number he sees in a day, making more money. He asked me a few rushed questions then he wrote me a prescription for a strong PPI Inhibitor. DIDNT explain anything, did not care for what I had to say. And when I expressed concern about jumping to relying on a prescription he responded rudely and with a patronizing tone- as if I know nothing about my own bodyI did not enjoy my visit there and I will be finding a different GI practice
