The Doctor was extremely thoughtful and professional, he took the time to listen and answer questions calmly which was very appreciated. Highly recommend the office, which was clean and ran on time once one arrives for appointment.It took forever to get an appointment here however, and I wish it was easier to get through to the office by phone - its nearly impossible and takes ages to connect with the right department, to make or change an appointment, or to reach the doctor ! It would be great if this system could be simplified for more direct care to patients. Thank you.

Dr. Wan was patient and knowledgeable. I was only able to have a Zoom call with him but wanted to talk to him about my stomach problems before my colonoscopy. He offered some helpful suggestions and I feel more comfortable knowing how easy he was to talk to.

I really like Dr. Wan. He provided detailed descriptions of my options, gave reasonable and sensible advice on my treatment, and listened carefully to all of my questions and concerns. Ive gone through two endoscopies with him, and he prepared me thoroughly beforehand, was professional, and communicated results and options very clearly. Excellent!!

Very nice well spoken love that he showed me diagrams called me with my results answered all my questions and got me in for my procedure fast! Staff was very nice .! And his medical assistant Wendy was awesome.! She drew my labs fast no pain she was very nice and I liked that she waited to make sure I was good before she left for the day.! Great team

My whole experience with Weill Cornell was great. Due to Covid-19 the process was different but smooth and efficient. There was a temp check, computer check-in, then you go upstairs and wait not even 1minute I was called. I was greeted with a pleasant nurse who explained the process. Everyone was nice and detailed. From the nurses to Dr. Wan. He explained everything to me before and after my procedure. He made me feel comfortable and put my mind at ease. I would recommend the facility to anyone. Thank you
